I received on November 14, 2019 a Cartier ring from Switzerland Jewelry Watch Shop in Hong Kong that I have never ordered. I have gone through my PayPal account to check but cannot find anything that might have come from these people. I've wanted to inclose a picture of the package and the invoice but I cannot add a picture because your site doesn't accept the .pdf The thing is I don't want to pay the 15200.00 H.K$ that is showing on the invoice and also the ring doesn't fit me at all. I couldn't find any email to contact them. What should I do? You can contact me at [protected]@hotmail.com
I just had the exact same thing happen to me. Could you let me know what came out of it for you. I'm at a complete loss as what the heck is happening. misha529@yahoo.com. The only thing I ordered from China was a pin pointer for metal detecting via Amazon. That was $15.00. I never got it but I git this.
I had the same thing happen to me, i ordered a down jacket from thechhcsale.com and got this Cartier ring i assume is a fake. I read about something called "brushing" where chinese retailers mail products not ordered, to try to generate positive reviews on their websites.
Hi guys, the same happened to me! I got this fake Cartier ring mid December 2020 purchased for $15, 200 at the Switzerland Jewelry Watch Shop in Hong Kong. The phone number is fake and doesn't exist. A friend of mine from HK tried calling the number. I suspected scammers opened up a credit card Online on my name to make this purchase. So far nobody (bank) came forward to ask for money. The receipt looks exactly the same as Ralph Snerd attached. Please let me know if you discover anything else.
Hi,
My wife and I separately tried to buy a jacket online. Nothing was delivered. But payment was taken for both transactions (my wife's transaction had actually appeared to be unsuccessful). Today, my wife and I received in separate packages, two fake necklaces. The invoice date for the necklace is very close (a few days) to the previous online purchase date.
The online 'purchase' appeared as instilly.com on my bank statement.
I don't how the necklace and the fake website purchase are connected, but they are connected. Maybe it is a way to demonstrate to the card payment company that a delivery was made - so that they can keep their card payment account open for longer?
I hope some of my story is helpful to you.
Ps. I'm based in United Kingdom
Well, the same thing happened to me. Today, January 14, I received the package with a cartier ring valued at 15200. At the moment they have not charged me anything. I have gone to the police and they have not been able to do anything because it is not yet a crime. I do not know what to do. If someone knows what to say. I am from Spain
I contacted the vendor in China i ordered clothing from (https://www.thechhcsale.com/), and sent them a picture of the ring and the package per their request, but i doubt i will get my money back. The tracking number i was provided for my clothing order matched that for the ring. I am in the U.S., under U.S. law as i understand you are not obligated to return unwanted items in the mail. I do not understand what the scam is, but i have found a number of people are getting the same ring, receipt, etc.
I bought some old rare computer chips from the late 80's new old stock in october, then on new years eve I received one of these rings as well. Luckily I paid for the "chips" with my credit card and my card company have refunded me the money. The ring and packaging is exactly the same as what everyone else has posted they have received so far. I also received a "certificate of authenticity" lol. Even though its all fake gear it must be costing them something to produce it all let alone the worldwide postage, surely everyone will get their money back, how on earth can they keep doing this? Im in the u.k.
I just received a very fake looking Cartier necklace from China today. I never ordered anything like it. A month ago I ordered a pool basketball set from a website that turned out to be fake and Am Ex cancelled the charge. I wonder if this is related. I don’t know why they would send me anything if I canceled the charge. The weirdest thing is that the fake a Cartier box looks like it costs more than the necklace which has a cheap paper tag on it that says stainless steel.
Anybody remember if they got sick right after getting this package?
On 1/4/20 I ordered car Floor mats from botgalsgoods.com and when nothing arrived my Credit Card gave me a credit. Now 3/23/20 I got the same Love Ring Switzerland Jewelry Watch Shop / 15200 Value - the same as others have posted.
Lesson learned
Don't Buy From China Directly ... find out where ANYTHING you buy ships from ! Not From China !
Ebay usually will NOT Have these Fake Listings - but Goggle WILL !
My guess is they take ANY order through their FAKE Selling Web Sites and some don't ask for refunds, so overall they make money +-
Mine came from SiChuan
I just received the Cartier ring also. Checked all my credit cards and all was good except PayPal. My account at PayPal did not show a previous fake Chinese purchase, but the their bank (Synchrony) did show the transaction. I disputed the charge and replaced the credit card.
