My mother and her friend call to make rsvp. same day two separate calls. and they both had the same experience. The lady answered with just hello.
moms ask is this the Fairfield inn? she was told " isn't that who you called".
Then when she asked the employee for the other Fairfield Inns number since they had no RSVPs open for the dates requested. The employee told her she could goggle it. This took place 16 North Shore Jeffersonville IN([protected]. on 2/25/2022 between [protected]. My mother has spent thousands at the location over the years. (Sophia Addison). I'm appalled at the rudeness of this employee.

As a recent former employee of Fairfield, I felt like I had to leave my job due to biased treatment, favoritism, and a supervisor listening to jealous rumors. As well as having a housekeeping supervisor tell me on multiple occasions that she was going to punch me in the face.
My exco-workers were allowed to bully me out of a job as much as they wanted, and say and do whatever they pleased. However, I was not allowed to say or do anything to take up for myself.
I have never worked with people so unprofessional and childish in my life. This is the worst place anyone could ever work. I don't understand how I get told I was a great worker then had to let 3 of my co-workers treat me so horribly and my supervisor say she's going to punch me in the face? Great company
Desired outcome: I hired a lawyer for an employment suit, we are discussing the outcome
A fist fight in the lobby
There was an incident last night at the Fairfield in Warwick Rhode Island. A fight broke out between two gentlemen in the lobby which started outside over someone being parked in the gangway for a couple of seconds and then escalated in the lobby. The young lady behind the desk had no idea how to handle The situation she allowed both to go to their rooms and only got the room number of one of the customers. When I asked her what the corrective action was for the corporation she didn't know the fact that she was not trained how to handle this situation is not good. I explain to her that the safety of all of the other customers is paramount and that she should not have let them go to their rooms and she should have evicted them immediately why do I has a paying customer have to feel unsafe? She would not give me the general managers name and phone number she gave me an email for a complaint line which is unacceptable and that level. When you have an incident as large as a paying customer we should be able to speak to the manager and find out what the correct of action is. My company is a corporate sponsor and put quite a few of their employees at the Fairfield and I will have a word with my company also. If you wish to speak to me about the incident my name is Kim Supik and my phone number is [protected]
Desired outcome: I would like to know what the corrective action plan is ans why your employees are not properly trained to handle escalated incidents
Dirty room/ poor breakfast
I am writing to report that I stayed in room 122 at Jonesboro Arkansas Fairfield Inn from Friday June 25 to Sunday June 27, 2021. I had to wipe out the drawers to put my clothes in there. And I had to wipe down the bathroom. Sink and toilet were not cleaned. Room wears not dusted.
Rooms are not being cleaned and with Covid going on that makes it even more dangerous.
Breakfast no dry cereal or fruit coffee was out several times. Guy running breakfast pants down a little and you could see his underwear. I do not want to see a mans underwear near food. A lady
with big eyelashes came from the back and made
her a plate and started eating and then fill a bag with food to take wIt's her.
Thank you Barbara Jones

False advertising of hot breakfast
It is not right to advertise free hot breakfast and then not have it. there was a to go breakfast that was not, at all, comparable and was still charged the full rate of $313 for two nights. We had to spend an extra money for hot breakfast at other restaurants which added to our stay making it over our budget for the weekend. We were not happy with the...

9/16/2020 @ approximately 8:30-9:00pm in Wake Forest North Carolina
I checked in to room 135. I went into bathroom, opened the shower door reached in to shower to turn on water so that I could take a shower. I pulled my right arm out and my was cut by the sharp edge of the handle on the door. The cut was painful and there was a cut on my right arm just below my elbow. I grabbed some toilet paper to catch the blood dripping. I went to the front desk area to see if I could get first kit or a bandage. I was told by the front desk clerk that he could not find a a first aid kit. I went back to my room and cleaned it with hand sanitizer and wrapped toilet paper around it. The clerk did an incident report and gave me a copy.
I contacted my primary care doctor and was told my tetanus was up to date. And to keep area clean and monitor for any possible infection. That I would need to be seen. The cut has left a Defined scar on my right Arm that is clearly visible even though it has healed.
I contacted the manager at the Wake Forest Fairfield In and Suites. She did not seem concerned at all
Any assistance is greatly appreciated.
Thank you

Room not properly cleaned
We have spent many visits with the Marriott Hotels and have always been happy customers. You advertise cleanliness. This is the first time my wife and I have slept out since the Covid-19 Pandemic came about. It was my wife's Birthday and we spent a wonderful day at Rocky Gap Casino and resort. We decided to retire our evening of rest at the Fairfield...

I stayed at the Utica, ny Fairfield by Marriott last nigh. I arrived late and really needed sleep. I had not been sleeping good at all. I told him it was really loud and...

I am staying at Fairfield Inn located in Niles, OH. It is almost 4:00am & I have slept a 1/2 hour! I am in Room 216 & the people in the room above me keep walking around all night & the floor creaks VERY loudly! There are several very rude guests & all night they slam the doors entering and leaving the rooms, talk loudly & the hallway smells like they just came from smoking! I can even smell that smoky smell a bit in my room! I am not a smoker and I have asthma! There was a guy who looked to be in his 20s who got out of a car in the parking lot and entered the hotel around 10:45pm. He had been sitting in his car for about 15 minutes before he came in and the whole time all you could hear was the loud sound of the Bass of his stereo! I have my young son with me and he kept complaining about all the noise and did not fall asleep until around 11:30pm because of the noise! I figured I would let the front desk know in the morning but the noise & smells from rude guests has continued throughout the night! I would have called down to the front desk but there was NO way I was going to chance waking up my son! I arrived tired upon check in and was looking forward to a sleepful night but that isn't happening! I checked in shortly after 3pm on May 2, 2020 and have a reservation until I leave on May 4, 2020. I HAVE to get some sleep tonight, May 3rd, because I have to drive home on the 4th. After I speak to the front desk, I need a different room especially if the same guests in the rooms I have mentioned will still be here or I may just check out and go to another hotel because of the smoky smell and creaky floors! I am VERY upset and VERY, VERY TIRED! This is the WORST hotel experience that I have ever had!

P.S. Due to COVID-19 there is No breakfast either which is normally included. I understand why they are not having it BUT when I made the reservation, it would have been nice to be made aware of it! Right now though, that is the lLEAST of my problems! I NEED sleep NOT food!😡😡😡😴😴
Problem with Refund due to being kicked out 5 hours after checking in.
Hello, I reserved a room from 2/28 to 3/1. I checked in on 2/28 aroung 6pm. My daughter and her cousin were dropped off at that time. They did have a couple of friends come by for a while. Now no one ever told us that their was a policy that states no more than 5 guest, which the duty manager stated she saw something stated I refused to sign the agreement...

We have always stayed at the above location with no major problems until a Friday, January 10th. The hot tub was completely disgusting...filthy the tiles around the window in that area were missing. The pool water was was cloudy and the microwave in the breakfast area had about a month of splattered food all over the inside and door. This is completely unacceptable! I would like some kind of compensation for a ruined stay.

While our experiences have typically been good with Fairfield Properties, our last stay completely debunked this. Staying at this hotel during its hard core renovation, was the worst choice we could have made, without even being told it was going on during the reservation process. You would have been better served to have closed, than exploiting loyal...

Read full review of Fairfield Inn and SuitesDangerous use of a secondary container left in a guests room.
To whom it may concern:
Recently my husband and I stayed at the Fairfield by Marriott, St Petersburg Clearwater. March 22-25 2019 We have stayed with your hotel group in the past and recently became members. During our stay at the 3211 Executive Drive location we had a serious incident occur when a member of the housekeeping staff left a secondary container of cleaning solution behind in our room. Please understand, I can accept articles or equipment being left behind, we are human. We will have errors from time to time, and we will learn from it. However this error could have been fatal to say the least.
A member of your housekeeping staff chose to use a POWERADE bottle to hold/contain a cleaning solution while in the performance of their duties. Choosing to use a secondary bottle is by all means acceptable, if it is clearly marked and identified as such. Using a POWERADE bottle which is a bottle indicating it is for consumption makes this a potentially DANGEROUS situation.
Saturday night we returned to our room with items to stock the refrigerator., Powerade being one of those items. I went into the bathroom to use the facility, as my husband washed up. When I exited the bath area I reached for the "POWERADE" bottle and proceeded to lift it to my mouth while asking if my husband just opened it as I got a WIFF of the chemical.
I could have ingested this. I am not sure what the chemical was. Not knowing could have caused such a lethal injury. Unaware of what could have been ingested assuming it was Powerade could have been a terrible enough but life threatening is what concerns me. Thank god it had a strong potent odor. I can only imagine if we were traveling with our children and one of them ingested this highly concentrated toxic chemical. They would be in a world of hurt, pain, irritation of the throat, possible burns to the esophagus and or stomach or DEAD. I am grateful this was not the case.
I am immediately went to the front desk with my concerns. I was assured it would be brought to managements attention. The following morning I asked to speak with the manager I was told they were aware but were not on property. I left my number to be contacted. I was there for a leisurely retreat and was not going to wait at a hotel to speak with management but I welcomed a call. I waited to receive this call throughout the day. Needless to say that call was not initiated by your staff. When I returned to the hotel after dinner, I was told by the associate who I originally reported the incident to, that her manager would be in Monday morning. I explained I had an early 5am flight and would await her call. Still no call was received. When I landed in Philadelphia I
Called the hotel. I had no resolve. I feared the secondary container could still be a potential hazard and wanted know needed to know my voice was being heard. I am saddened by the lack of professionalism. The Marriott Group is held to a standard and in my eyes have failed. When staying at any of your hotels one has EXPECTATIONS. Expectation which you are custom to when staying at your facility and interacting with your staff. I
Could have made this a social media nightmare, but that is NOT any style. I briefly spoke to the manager between connecting flights. She indicated she would credit me one night stay for my trouble and would follow up with an email. Well I never received that email. I did contact my credit card company and 1 night was credited but I would not have known that if I did not solicit that information from my chase account. Please explain to me how you can disregard such a valid concern?
I was following up because I want to know if this issue has been corrected. I want to know that the staff has been educated in the hazardous if using a secondary container. I want to know that other guests are NOT at risk. I also want a response from your company has to why they failed to follow up themselves with a guest to make things right. I also called a corporate number and was put o. Hold when they stated my concerns were going to be escalated to a higher priority only to be disconnected. Not return call was ever made to reconnect. Sad. I decide to email in the hopes that my questions and concerns will be answered. Awaiting patiently for a response.

room and housekeeping
Should have known there would be a problem with the room when we saw the ear plugs. The room assigned to us was on the the 3rd floor by the freeway and it was very noisy. We asked for a quieter room and we're asked to check out a room on floor 2. We checked it out and it was just as bad. We had to settle on a room on the 3rd floor down from the freeway. The room was ok the pillows were awful way to soft and the bed was not to comfortable as well. We also found leftovers in the fridge.
complaint on my former manager, deborah wall
I was an employee of Fairfield Inn Marriott as of August 2nd 2019. On August 1st 2019, I was told by the manager, Deborah Wall to not leave any creamer out for coffee, to just leave coffee when breakfast was over at 10 am. I was in the dining room cleaning and I heard the front desk attendant talking to a guest about where is the cream for coffee. I didn't see the guest or speak to the guest. I could only visually see the front desk attendant, Jeannie and I told Jeannie that the cream was in the refrigerator and that Deborah told me the day before to put it away at 10am. I didn't think anything else about it and finished my cleaning and clocked out for the day. Approximately two hours later I received a phone call from Deborah laying me out about my hospitality capabilities and my initiative with my job. Deborah would not let me get a word in to explain what happened. I just listened and we hung up. I was extremely upset about how she attacked me on the phone and I texted her later that afternoon my side of the situation and how she made me feel. Deborah answered me back and I thought it would be an apology but all she stated was she talked to Jeannie and Jeannie said that she should have been the one to get the cream for the guest and that it happened the way I said. No apology for insulting me and my work ethic. Deborah was in a terrible mood that morning because the same guest complained about bed bugs and I believe she took her frustrations out on me! I quit the next day through a text to the front desk manager because I didn't want to talk to Deborah at all. I have been an excellent employee, I have only missed work due to medical issues that I had the proper documentation for. I also received a bonus last month. She is a terrible person to work for and she doesn't appreciate the hard work her employees do at the hotel.
