Ordered three dresses from www.fairyseason.com website and all three dresses were different sizes! Well, since I ordered these for myself it's obvious that I ordered all three in one size. One dress was very huge, second one was small and only one actually fit.
I contacted customer support and asked for an exchange but they did not reply. Then I found their Facebook page and sent a message there and they finally replied. Their message was short - we don't accept returns, so donated the dresses or something like that. What kind of service is that? They made a mistake and refused to take any responsibility! Total scam!

I ordered super cute reindeer stretch pants and a sweater to go with it. The pants finally arrived and they are extremely thin, almost like nylons and the sweater is so poorly put together that I can't even wear it. They have a no return policy, my fault for not checking before ordering. Luckily my order was less than $40.00, but sucks that I'm out the money for items that I can't even wear. Do not buy, the items look to be good quality and show up very poorly put together!

Never again will i buy from them very poor quality and size is that of a child, literally i ordered an extra large and i recieved an extral large but in children sizes.. have been in contact via email and they only want to give me 10% of amount paid... or i return at my cost... still fighting them...

This company is a scam! I ordered three items four weeks ago. Within a week, i received notice that two items shipped. Still have not received, nor heard word on the third item. There is a tracking number, but when i went to check the status, the website says you are unable to track packages that were shipped for free. Not a true legal statement. I attempted to send a message through their website, which states i will hear back in 24-48 hours, its been two weeks now, with no response! One of the items shipped was a holiday dress, another was a holiday gift. Worthless to me now! Going to attempt to contact my credit card company to see if there is anything i can do about the $35. I paid. Read their instagram account. All negative! Wish i read it before i ordered. And not sure where to turn...
Do not order from this 'company". Its a scam!

Clothes may look cute and reasonably priced, however i wont know for up to 2 months when i receive my order. I ordered 4 items for christmas on december 10 and still havent received them. I did receive an email stating one item was shipped on dec. 26 and the entire order shipped dec. 27. When i tracked it my shipment hasnt moved since dec 28. Its in china. And it could take up to 60 days to receive. This is bulls###! If anyone wants to place an order for next christmas... Do it now. Maybe itll be delived in 11 months.

Ordered 7 pairs of socks on December 5 for stocking stuffers. On December 25, 2016 received an email stating that order had shipped. I asked to cancel this order since I no longer needed them - Christmas was over. Received 1 pair of socks on January 4. Was told that order had shipped and that I could not cancel the order. They said we hope you will understand this - that it couldn't be cancelled. Today is January 9 and I still have not received the merchandise. Did the "tracker" and found out they were being shipped DIRECTLY FROM CHINA! That explains it. I have disputed charges on AE (my account was charged on December 5, the day I ordered them). You have to be crazy to buy anything from FAIRYSEASON!

Ordered some things from here on JUNE 8, It is now the 28th and the tracking is impossible since it is in CHINESE!

I ordered items 5 weeks ago and they keep telling me I can track my packages. That's a joke. Worst company ever. 2 Items shipped over 2 weeks ago but no one know where they are. The other two I'll probably never see. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY EVER!

They are liars, they take your money! You never get your items!

They do not ship products. Purchased 11/5/17 and as of 12/12/17, no product. No change in shipping status in China. Will not refund so had to file dispute with my credit card company. There are affiliated companies using different names to hide from complaints like Chicgrace and others so beware!

Sizes are two to three sizes smaller, but I believe that is explained in the fine print somewhere. I have ordered four shirts. They are not the greatest quality, but they are worth what I spent. I did get all packaged within two weeks. I didn't have the shipping issue, but I am not sure that I will be ordering again.

This company is terrible! Thier description of products are always off and usually poor quality. IF (a very strong IF) you receive your item(s) you will be lucky. If you need a refund you are out of luck - even when it is their fault!

The worst quality in clothes and swimwear I've ever seen! I made an order with 3 swimsuits and 1 dress, the 1 item did not come, the other swimsuit was torn, the dress was the wrong number and the 3rd swimsuit was different from the photo is shown...my order came after 22 days!

This company is bogus - their designs are pirated from other companies, their materials are subpar, their sizing is incorrect, their fabric is inferior... To add insult to injury, they also don't respond to any claims. BUYER BEWARE. I learned the hard way.

I ordered $50 dollars worth of clothes back in March! Still have not received it b/c THEY did not put my apartment number on my shipment. All they keep writing me back is...we are sorry for this delay, blah blah blah. [censored], give me back my money or re-ship! I can't believe this has been going on for over 2 months. Don't know what to do here.

I placed an order on 04/22/17, received 1 blouse but nothing else. I have since placed 2 other orders from other sites and received both. My order number is FS4150252781281274. Please tell me how we can remedy this issue.

i placed an order on December 5, 2016 and i still have not received my item...it is now March 27, 2017...i have emailed them 3 times and still no response from them...this company is terrible don't order from them. they are thieves in my eyes!

Never received it. Ordered from Fairyseason in NOV 2016.
Now nothing.
I paid for the 3 tops that I ordered and have received nothing.
this really sucks.
Sent in request for contact but customer service doesn't seem to be a priority.

I bought a dress for my girlfriend from an add on FB. When it arrived it looked nothing like the picture. It was to small and the material looked cheap. We gave it away. Will never buy or recommend this seller again.

I contacted the dept. for a refund, due to not receive my product. i was told that I was going to get my refund, I have been waiting and waiting and no refund they stated the produce a tracking number the number stated they left my product in my mail box . i do not have a mailbox.

I ordered $83.00 worth of socks from FairySeason on NOVEMBER 21, 2016. It is now JANUARY 2, 2017 and I STILL have NOT received my merchandise. These were Christmas gifts and ordered WELL before Christmas.

Items were paid for by my Pay Pal account.

I will NEVER order from this fraudulent company again.

Never received item like so so so many others. This site should be taken down so more people do not get scammed. They make it look like an legitimate site you are on. Please don't let others lose their money.
I purchased the end of November and nothing came. I emailed them 2 times. The last time they told me it should arrive soon. Never did.

I ordered and paid in full over 45 days ago. My order still shows Unshipped, and I cannot get a response. I will NEVER order from this company again. There is not a number to contact them and you have to hope that someone responds to your contact request.

I purchased 5 items from Fairy Season on 12/2/16, was charged but have never received anything. The tracking numbers they sent of course, cannot be tracked. I will be sending an official comlpaint to the WA state AG's office, as well as Senator Patty Murray. They are clearly just stealing money from people.

Made an order online 11/13/16. They took money that instant, and still to this day have not received my order. Have emailed several times, and keep getting a run around. No phone numbers. I want my money back. I have been scammed!

I have not received the order I placed on 12/3/16. They has been no response to the email I sent inquiring about my order and there is so phone contact available. Fortunately I only paid $ 7.00. I certainly will not order from Fairyseason.com in the future.

I bought 3 ladies hoodies sizes large, x large, and xx large. They are so small, they look like they are made for children. They requested a pictures but, that makes no sense. I will file a complaint with Paypal if they don't respond soon.
