Worst service ever. Last week, I ordered a meal on Mr D, from burning spear brandwag. There was no option to choose onion rings or chips or whatsoever on Mr D and they still sent me chips and onion rings. Last night I ordered from falcon lake and they sent no onion rings or chips. They were so prepared to answer me when I called telling me that it's because I did not select an option for sides. That option was not there.
Hi my name is Veronique Murray I ordered food from Bergvliet spur in cape town south africa . I called the manager to advised that my chicken Wings was raw and that my pepper sauce was mushroom sauce instead ... she is constantly busy and says she will call back but doesn't .

We were served the breakfast with butter that was opened. The waiter was Musa.
The butter was replaced but no apology was offered.
Please look into this matter as it seems as though other patrons food items are being served to me.
We are at the Wold Coast branch in Port Edward. Just come have a meal and this place is probably the most disappointing Spur I have been to. Steps used as a rubbish bin outside, windows and Restuarant is filthy. Serving cold cofffee, waited 20min to get order taken for drinks. Stood up and fetched a waiter twice. Close it down...
