Family Dollar review: Injury

I was at the store in Arlington tax and was looking in a box and they had broken glass in it and cut my hand wide open I feel on my knee big bruise as well I néed the information to file. I’ve tried to reach out to store and they have gave me nothing this is my last resort before I contact a lawyer I have video and pictures as well it happened at 10:27 am 11/20/2023 I don’t have insurance er seen me but denied me they also said that I was sitting up in infection in my hand and I also need to get to a doctor soon as possible but I have no insurance and this wasn’t my fault. meds I’ve tried to contact y’all very hard store phone is disconnected is weird went back up there no one would help me I did give manager my info she just apologized and told me to follow up with the information on the receipt and the phone was disconnected. Had to drive way back up there. They said they use their cell phones weird looked all over the Internet trying to figure out who do I talk to for this so I can be seen because my finger hurts really really bad and nothing I will call the customer service number and they can even help me. They gave me a weird email address which came back in error so at this point not to resort and just get a lawyer because I’m getting nowhere we’re trying to resolve this matter.
