Visited the location on 4301 Moss St., in Lafayette, LA on 11/11/22 at 530 pm. I went to the register with my purchase of Dr. Teals 3 lb bag bath salt. The sale price indicated $5.00. Two workers were present at this time, a male worker stocking, and a female behind the counter. As I approached, the female employee acknowledged me, with a sigh, as I placed both bags on the counter. The price rang up as the regular price, of $6.15. I mentioned the sale price, and we went to the location of these items.
Upon arriving, the employee, started the sale ended yesterday, she noticed the tags, and did not remove them. She removed the one tag & we walked back up front. She asked if I still wanted the items at the current prices. I indicated , "No, I would like them for the sales price". She replied, "She's the manager & makes her own prices." She continued saying, I was a "racist [censored]!". As I was leaving, she said she doesn't serve white people in this store anyway.
The actions of the "manager" are uncalled for and unbecoming of a professional.
Desired outcome: Not my call.
Missing item
I made an online purchase of a space heater on Oct. 25. I did not receive anything to indicate this purchase. the was charged to my debit account. I don't have any information to track this item with. The item (Electric Space Heater)

Crystal Geyser spring water 1.5 liter bottles
I have been shopping at the Family Dollar store in Glendale Heights, Illinois for approximately 4 years. I have regularly purchased 6 Crystal Geyser spring water bottles in the 1.5L/50.72 fl. oz size. The most recent time that I purchased any (only 3 were there) was October 16. When I returned on October 24, 27, November 3 and 9, there were No Crystal Geyser bottles in that size. I prefer this size for convenience.
Desired outcome: Please send more Crystal Geyser spring water in the 1.5L/50.72 fl oz bottles to the Glendale Heights store.

I visited your store at 8425 Colerain Ave on 10-29-22. I bought several items paying close attention to pricing because I have become suspicious of different prices being on the self than at the cash register.
Sure enough I was questioning the pricing when I got to the cash register and was told by the Cash Register attendant in a very nasty way "do you want it or not mam" I told the cashier if I did not want it I would not have these items in my cart.
The line was long and some of the customers started to yell at me and tell me I was holding up the line. I was still questioning the cashier because there were more items that did not match. The people in the line started calling me names and threatening to jump me because I was questioning my money.
I left your store in tears thinking I was going to get jumped for holding up the line. Needless to say I got home and checked my receipt and was even more horrified as I was overcharged for almost every item on my receipt. My bill came up to $152.70.
I went back to the store to talk to the cashier and she was indeed putting the right prices on some of the items. I took pictures of the items I purchased and and of the receipt and I was indeed overcharged.
Desired outcome: A full refund and compensation for my embarrassment and harassment of not only the female cashier but the customers for questioning what I knew that I was going to be overcharged.

I went to the store to make my usual purchases, and the cashier behind the counter was very unprofessional. She was on the phone yelling, and cussing in front of the customers! When I approached the counter to pay for my items she greeted me very rudely, and was still cussing on the phone. Her name tag said babygirl! I am very dissatisfied with my experience
Desired outcome: I would appreciate a response, and for that employee to be disciplined on how to behave in a professional setting!
About store opening and closing late or early
I live in Charleston,SC. I go to family dollar everyday when it opens for the last 10 years. Your new manager is not opening the store on Old Towne Rd 29407. They are closing between 3:30 and 5:30 everyday. Today they are still not open. I am a good paying customer that uses there services when they are open. I have been in management for over 15 years as a manager if someone does not show up it's your job to stay until business hrs are over. That is why you put them on salary.

A dangerous employee
Hi I am writing to to inform you about and issue with one of you employees at the family dallor store 4145. I don't remember his name but he has long dark brown hair that he wares in a pony tail and wares black thick framed glasses. I think his name started with a j but any way he was very rude and insubordinat and started getting very angry as he raised his voice at my freind as we where checking out.
He needs to be fired immediately, what if he loose control and hurts someone next time.

Went to Family Dollar in Prescott, MI on 10/27 at about 2 in the afternoon.
We got to the check out and the teller was restocking the candy bars and she said she would be with us in a minute. About 7 minutes later she finally came to check us out after she had restocked all the candy bars and picked up the empty boxes. My fiance' wanted to walk out but I needed the items I was buying.
While she was checking us out I noticed her body odor was awful. I almost vomited. I felt she must not have taken a shower in about a month. In reality it was probably the cardigan she was wearing. Not appealing at all.

Customer service and sales
I have visited the nearest Family Dollar to me (Belfontaine & Chambers) many times and I am not exaggerating, every time I purchase multiple items there are at least 3 items that display one price and I am charged a higher price.
Specifically last night I purchase puppy pads that displayed $15.75 and I was charged $17.00, The puppy small cups of soft food displays $1.10, I was charged $1.20 for each.
At one time I started going to the store on Bellefontaine and Dunn Rd. They are now closed. That is why I returned to the Bellefontaine & Chambers store.
What makes it more aggrivating is your personnel there. Namely, Tamika? She is very mouthy unnecessarily. I asked her to refund my money and I will have to find another store that is true to the displayed prices. She proceeds to tell me that is fine. She not the one make the rules. They cannot honor the displayed price. Don't expect her to change it. All that was not necessary. She continued to verbalize how she sleeps well when she go to bed at night. I could not believe her attitude. Even the worker with her said something to the effect of going to another store. I said I beg your pardon, Tamika said "She was talking to me not you". That is what made me take the time and register a complaint.
Also I said I am sorry they closed the Dunn & Bellefontaine store, Tamika said that is because they had thieves in that store. That was not necessary either. She will someday mouth off to the wrong person.
I plan to periodically take a poll of the customers that comes out of the store and see what can be done about this pricing issue.

On October 28,2020, I went to the above mentioned store, the clerk who told me his name was Terry, was very rude and verbally abusive. It was 9:00 am, i was trying to get i the store to purchase a item, this individual Terry informed me that he was the only one there, and he was not going to open up the store. There was also a vendor at the door, waiting to enter as well. Terry allowed me to enter, but the store and stated these motherfuckers make me sick. I basically ignored him. Upon leaving the store, I told him that he shouldnt talk to customers like that if he wanted his job, he stated I dont need this dam job. I shop at this store frequently, and I've never been treated like that before, I would ask that you look into this, and whatever resolve that your company have for hopefully no one else will treated like myself.

I am a Legal Assistant at Wade Bettis Law in Pendleton Oregon. I shop or did shop at the local store in Pilot Rock Oregon until two employees began to harass myself, my husband, and now my two children aged 10 and 7. This is happening due to a citation the employees' teenage daughter received based upon my complaint, and now my family is being targeted by these people. 241 gateway plaza in Sanford Fl 32771 store address. for 9 years and never have i seen it in this condition everything is all the floors boxes every where it is hazardous i ask for the manager was told he is not there at the moment the assistant manager response when i complain about the conditions her response was you should see the Lakemary one in Sanford only one cashier and either the manager or assistance .honestly that's bad business why they don't take time to put stuff on the shelfs instead of costumers breaking boxes looking for what they went there shop for i went to the Lakemary one to shop its in the same condition until one off these seniors or any one fall you have a law suit in your hands can you get people to pit these stores back together

I went into family dollars store in columbia south carolina on monticello road near the high school. Going in for a few items, I believe it was only 4 items. The one cashier open had a line that curve around yet no other employees came to assist. Finally, I get to the counter watching as the cashier is ringing up my 4 items only to notices not properly priced... The ice cream said $2.50 from the frozen section yet $3.75 came up I told her what I saw and that there was many more on that same rank in the refrigerator area. She called someone who came and believe it or not, I walked back to see that they got it correct only to see that they never went back to the refrigerator area at all and came back saying the prices went up yesterday on everything... Ook but what I pick up said the price was $2.50 not $3.75... I left the store because there, right there he lied.
Ooh, please let's not forget while standng in the one line that is curve around. The cashier female has music on that was degraded to any females, you can hear it loud enough calling you [censored]es, very inappropriate. I will also call the number to complaint because it's a shame to even be open and get this poor services, lies and music that shouldn't be playing in a business. I left the store and refuse to pay$1.25 more for something. A shame and needs to be close down now

pricing and getting a refund / treatment in store
I went in to store number 01568 this morning to purchase., food and other supplies. I bought 8 cans of Campbell soup shelf price 2 for 3.00, it rung up at 2.10, After getting and seeing what happen. I returned to the store to have the price changed and a refund. I was told to get in line. When i made it to the cashier the security guard told me to get out line and wait. No one wanted to help me, after about a 10-minute wait a manger came she didn't come back; She said she informed someone who didn't inform the cashier. once she was informed. I was sent to the back of the line. Upon coming back to the cashier she told me she was busy and to wait on the side. The security guard was standing in front of me with his hand on his pistol. i took what they gave me and just left the store.

coupon offer displayed but not received
I went into the Fiesta Plaza store on Armenia Avenue Tampa Florida around 11 am on October 24th to purchase ..amongst other items ..2 packs of Angel Soft toilet tissue for $9.40..which meant a saving of $2.50 ..This was displayed on the App and on the shelf in store ..I had the coupon in my App wallet and had scanned the item which confirmed it was on offer. At check out ..it didnt take the $2.50 off the total ..so I queried it and was told by the assistant that she could not take it off manually so that I would have to pay full price for the item and that sometimes the coupons worked and other times they didnt and if I came back later and tried again ..it may work. I was shocked and surprised and as im 73 years old and have to rely on someone being kind enough to take me to the store I had no way and no inclination of retuning to the store at a later time in hopes of the coupon being accepted ..I left all my shopping and walked out in disgust. This is not the first time I have had this problem. I had a similar problem at the store in West Columbus Drive a few weeks ago concerning boxes of cereal ..The staff there were very rude and there was extremely loud Rap music blasting in the store which made the communication very difficult ..Im afraid from now on Family Dollar have lost a long standing customer ..

Refusal of service
This store refused service because I had my service animal. I walked in approx 2:15pm 10/22/2022. The clerk was first at the register and told me I cannot have “My Dog” in the store. Mind you, my service animal was contained in a stroller. I turned to the clerk and said, “She is a service animal” I continued to go to the card section. The clerk came from behind the counter and I told her to back off. She yelled, Well what is your disability. I explained that by law I do not have to answer that. She then said, “Well I won’t check you out! I told her she will hear from my attorney!

I was at the Family Dollar in Hazelwood Mo. with my grandson. We was trying to make a purchase and 4 of the items did not ring up correct.I brought to the cashier and he said nope that's the price, I replied that's not what the shelf price was showing he said yes it is. So I asked to speak to the manager and he just stood there, I asked again and he just stood there. My grandson said what are we waiting on, I said a manager. Then the cashier rolled his eyes and gave a smurk and I said your saying your a manager, he says YEP! I told him he needs to adjust the price he says nope that's the price. He was very rude! So I was PISSED! I push the items that didn't ring up correct off the counter and said I'll just take the other items. He's says nope he's refusing service to me. I'm sure he was discriminating against me beings I was the only white person in the store. The store is a filthy mess! The only reason I was in the Hazelwood store is because I'm visiting my daughter and need a few things. You don't have to take my word, plan a pop in visit and you will see for yourself. I've worked in retail for over 40 years and would have never treated one of my customers so rudely. I'm sure nothing will come out of this, but maybe someone needs to check things out before your business goes under. Because you know the old saying word of mouth goes along way.

I am a 67 year old lady I went to Family Dollar in Belzoni MS. Store # 01104. After selecting my few item I went to the cashier to pay. Then I notice as i was about to leave the store the prices on the receipt was different from what was on the shelves. I left my basket at the front of the store and match my receipt with each item. I ask to see a manager to see what was the problem. The manager were not in so I spoke with a cashier and she stated the girl that waited on me was assistant manager. But I continued to talk to the cashier because her attitude was more pleasant than the assistant, she did not greet me nor thank me for coming. She (the other cashier) explain to me that they are going through price changing, and whenever the get the memo they make the changes. I understand that. She stated there was a notice outside the store saying they are going the changes. I looked as I was leaving the store, there was no notice to that effect. I think they need to let the customers know about theses changes. It's embarrassing to get to the checkout and do not have enough money to pay for your purchases.
