Fandago’s refund policy are just plane annoying. I recently ordered a ticket but he date and location was wrong so I contacted help but they said they can’t refund me because it was after showtime. I don’t care if it’s after showtime. I didn’t attend the stupid showing because I wanted a DIFFERENT DATE and LOCATION is ALL. They didn’t try anything to help so they basically just took my money and called it a day. So basically if you make a mistake in ordering tickets and want to fix it they just don’t refund you or compensate. I know there’s gotta be some sort of exception for this but they are just so unhelpful and the customer service ladies are so sarcastic trying to sympathize with you as if they did everything they can like whatever they do not care the just take your money and that’s it. I should have listened when so many people talk about why you shouldn’t order on fandago, it’s always issues. Why would they even advertise movie showings for a movie that already started? Why is that an option? And due to that it made me just mess up my order. Their website is misleading, you click on one thing and it moves to another. Do not use Fandago to order tickets ever. I would say other wise if they helped me or did something but nope they didn’t even try. I know yall make exceptions so why don’t they just refund me or the least exchange my tickets to the place I WANTED them to go and the DATE! I’d even be satisfied with that solution rather than just having my money stolen.
Claimed loss: 30 bucks down the drain
Desired outcome: Refund or an exchange for the correct order of location and time I wanted!!
