I placed an order last month and unfortunately had to return some items that didn't fit the description at all. It's been over a month since I sent it out and it finally notified that it had been delivered back to them and I have yet to receive any Gift Card or form of refund. At least give me the product I paid for back of this is purely just theft. FIX THIS ISSUE, it's not okay.

My order was $174 Australian dollars you took this from my account then proceeded to take another $175 from my account when I did not purchase anything else or make another order

October the 5th 2021, my package was left out in the open in the hallway lasership delivered it at 3:45 by the time I arrived home from work my package was stolen none of my neighbors say that they seen the package I try call fashionova to let them know that this happened I can't reach them order number [protected] I called lasership to make a complaint

I ordered from this company more than a month before my trip. Order number [protected].
It said delivered but it never was. My surveillance reflects the same thing as well. I received other packages that day and throughout the week so it doesn't make sense how i have not received it. The address was correct as well. I would like a FULL REFUND for my order. No gift card, I will not be purchasing ever again due to their continuous problems and lack of concern. I'm extremely disappointed. I also reached out to the courier as well which hasn't been any help either. This has ruined my trip and online shopping experience.

I have paid for express shipping (2-3 business days) on 2nd October 2021 on the order [protected]. FashionNova confirmed that this can be delivered by 7th October 2021 but has now changed it to 11th October. I have therefore paid for service that I have not received.

I sent in my return and it was accepted on September 20th. I have not received a refund and it is passed the 5-7 days outlined in the return policy.

I've emailed twice through the Customer Help center on the website with no response, and they do not have an active phone number or direct email to reach anyone.

I placed a order on September 6, 2021 and never received a confirmation email or my order. My card was already charged. This was my first and last time ordering from you guys. I am very disappointed. If I do not hear back by the end of the week I will be contacting the BBB ( Better Business Bureau) This is ridiculous. There is no way to talk to anyone about this issue.

Before one year they have stolen more $1,600.05 and nothing come to me, I try to contact but no answer/ now I order 3 orders and u pay more to save my order and come with VIP shipping but nothing come fashion nova hasn't handed DHL my order the said it's shipping but hasn't any movement and when I try to contact to support no one answer direct just say will come!

I purchased a coat including shipping from Fashion Nova in August 2021. Coat never arrived. I immediately contacted them. They sent the same coat. The coat was too large. As such I purchased the coat in a smaller size and returned previous coat. In addition, I purchased their Shipping label for $7.99. Fashion Nova received the returned coat 9/13/2021. I have contacted them numerous times and they are giving me a sing and dance. Their response time of 24-48hrs., are not 72hrs plus. It is now 10/4/2021, 5 email complaints to Fashion Nova and, I have yet to receive my credited refund via email code or otherwise. I work very hard for my money and I want my full refund including my shipping cost since I never received my shipment.

I placed a purchased for 2 separate Fashion Novs orders within days of one another. I had to return a few items from each order due sizing issues. I was fine with receiving store credit for the items. I paid for the shipping label from the site and was able to place all the items to return in 1 package. I received a refund about a week later for 1 of the orders even though BOTH orders with their separate packing slips printed from the Fashion Novs site were in the same package. I am not being told by their team that it is against the return policy but no one can show me where this is stated. I need this issue to be resolved or I will be taking legal action. That is insane how they can steal my money and product even though it was delivered to their Return Center.

My amount was Rs. 1790 but it debited Rs.9352.76 suddenly without asking for Otp. I ordered it on 29/09/2021 . My order no is #[protected]. I want the refund as soon as possible. The site should have asked for otp before processing my order so that, i can see the amount from before hand before placing it. I need refund as soon as possible. Please refund me as soon as possible.

I placed an order through Fashion Nova in 9/10/21. On 9/23/21 I received an email from Fashion Nova that my order was delivered and I did not receive it. I contacted shipping carrier laser ship for them to investigate where my package was. I had not heard back in a couple of days. I called and spoke with a customer service representative named Kings that I advised me that my package could not be found. She emailed me proof and I sent the proof to [protected]@fashionnova.com and they advised me that there is nothing they can do to either refund me my money back, provide me a store credit, or simply reship my order. They did not want to assist me. I needed the items so much that I replaced the same order on 9/23/21, the day that my 9/10/21 order was supposedly delivered to me on 9/23/21. My apartment leasing office manager dud not retrieve my package from the leasing office, mon of my neighbors, or even the msil man did not have my package. I placed my order through Quadpay and fashion nova and Quadpay could mig refund me my money because fashion nova would not refund them their money from me arranging a payment plan through another pay source gFashion Nova uses called Quadpay. I need a resolution regarding please assist. This is all I ask.

So I ordered a jumpsuit that I really wanted on 7 September, for some reasons i didn't receive any tracking number and it was just saying ordered all the time. I emailed them before and they told me that they saw that my order got shipped, so Okay I wait, and STILL NOTHING. No information about my order! They told me that I will get an email about my order, so I emailed them again and then After one day I got an email saying my order got refunded. I didn't even ask for a refund, I only asked for help with my order, I typed my address and other information right like always and I also checked if the jumpsuit is sold out and it's not! I ordered from fashion nova two times before and I got my order fast and everything was perfect, so I'm hella confused. I really wanted that jumpsuit, so I'm very upset.

I placed an order Sept 7, got an email stating was it placed and shipped within 3 days... fast forward 2 weeks with no updates and it stating pending shipping for 2 weeks! I messaged them asking where my order was and the NEXT DAY then it magically changed to delivered! I have no clue where it was delivered because it is not at my address or my neighbors. Fashionnova hasnt even responded when I contacted them about it! ABsolutely ridiculous!

Ordered items some time in July 2021, received an email they received they items, & I would receive another email within 72 hours with an egift card . Store credit basically, which is fine. It's is September 24th, & I have yet to receive my refund . There's no way to get a hold of them since they shut off their phone lines for customer service . Very disappointed, especially because my sisters, & I Order so much from them . I've heard SHIEN IS MUCH BETTER FOR RETURNS, & CUSTOMER SERVICE !

I ordered a package on Sept 5th, 2021. They said it was delivered to my front door, however, it was not. They investigated it and said driver delivered it. I explained I never received it at all and now they do not want to be responsible for it. My purchase was $115. I need help. I have been ordering from Fashionnova for YEARS, and i have never had this problem. Usually Fedex carrier would deliver the packages, now they have a new carrier called Lasership. Never has this been a problem.

I reached out because when I made a purchase during a site-wide sale of almost half off, my confirmation somehow showed I paid double. When I contacted customer service they were dismissive and told me I can use a promo code moving forward, which didn't address any of what my concern was. When I responded to them to tell them that they're super shady they ignored me and clearly don't plan on doing anything about the fact that they basically stole money.

I ordered from fashion nova on August 29. It's currently September 18. I still not have received my package. It's been in a distribution center for 18 days now. My shipping status hasn't changed since September 1st.
I tried contacting them and they haven't answered to my emails. I don't know what else to do. Please help.

Y'all charged me twice for something I ordered once I want my money back right now, I'm not playing that. Please give me my money back immediately, cause ion be working hard for y'all to stoke my money. This so stupid, I ordered September 16 and they charged me and Saturday they charged me again! First time they charged 377. Second time, 373 like WTF is wrong with y'all
