Product order missing. Unable to reach fn customer service
Received email confirmation of delivered package, order #[protected] from Fashion Nova. Package was not received or delivered according to their tracking system. I was not able to speak to live customer service, only automated online service which is frustrating because it's only confirming the email stating package was delivered and it was not. I need to file complaint and request investigation where package is.

I ordered a formal jumpsuit in 2 sizes because i was going on vacation and a very important formal party Fashion Nova stated the item was shipped and once it was so called delivered IT NEVER CAME I have reached out several times in email no response I want my money back and will be contacting BBB im so unsatisfied I thought this was a great company and turned out to be a total waste of time and effort how can you treat your customers that way to not even make sure my issue was resolved .

My order number and email keep saying not recognized and the customer service number says to go to website. I have sent 4 emails to customer service.
When I put my order number in the tracking part, it shows up as delivered. So order number is correct.

I never received my items that I ordered.
I have been complaining since the incident happened. I was charged $393.92 on March 18th, 21 I contacted the company shortly after I received 1-of 13 items. The rep I spoke with gave me credit for the only item I received. -$34.99 I called back again only to get the run around. I contacted Fashion Nova in April, May, June. After months of getting the run around and a charge back on my credit card. I want to sue Fashion Nova for the amount owed on my credit card that I'm refusing to pay because I never received my products. I'm owed $358.93 and interest. No suitable resolution has been reached. I want contact in for Fashion Nova to start my Small Claim Lawsuit.

I placed an order for $121.86 of (4) items on 8/14/21 from FashionNova. My order claims to have been delivered from a carrier called Lasership on 8/23/21 at 6:51 am. I never received my order and when I reported it to FashionNova their customer support informed me of there no refund policy and that I will have to deal with carrier company since there carrier Stated my package was delivered. Yet there was physical proof, no image showing my package was delivered to my home like some company. For my first experience with FashionNova and there support team was horrible as there was no solution and it looks like I will lose out on my money.

I have been waiting for my package. I have spent over $100 dollars. Your agents are helpless. They cannot solve any problems, because you have no policy and procedure set up to deal with LSO. Please check out the reviews. Please part ways with this company. One girl said she ordered from fashion nova and she actually lives 15 minutes from them. They lied and said the package was delayed due to weather the same as mines. However, it was on different days and and she had good weather all week. her package finally came and 6 out of 7 items had been stolen.

Not receiving order after almost a month and nothing!
I am making a complaint because I was charged $63 August 4, 2021And here we are 20 days later I ordered on August 3rd and I still have no clothes I've contacted them through email numerous times and they're trying to say that no order was paid for which is not true because I have my bank statement showing that they took out the $63!

Never received order
I recently ordered a dress on Aug 13th. It said my order would come in a week. I also used quad pay. So once I clicked to pay for my order somehow I never got a confirmation email from fashion nova. All I got was a payment receipt from quadpay. I talked to someone from quadpay and they told me I have to get in contact with fashion nova, which I tried to do and their number doesn't work. And there is no way to talk to a human being. I've tried emailing them.. nothing. So now I'm out of a dress and $75.00. This company should be a shamed of themselves, no customer service and no help with refunds.
Package hasn't been delivered and there's absolutely no customer care
I made an order on the app back in July, the 3rd of July to be exact. I live in germany so I expected my delivery to possibly arrive late but hilariously it didn't even arrive to begin with. The 'tracking' claims it's been delivered, but it never got delivered nor do I have a single clue where it ended up. I still have no received my gift card refund. I also sent may other clothes back and no refund. I have emailed your company several times for my gift card refunds. You all ignore me and say you didn't get my package when I provided the proof of delivery and tracking number and the box was signed for. I need help your comany has refused to answr or help me. I have attached the gift card your are supposed to send me but never did please send them. Also I returned lots of other clothes in the same box. I need those to be processed as well. I have no idea why they were not processed with these gift card refunds or have been acknowledgment from your company. Well then how did your process these 3 refunds for me for gift cards and then you never sent me the gift cards in 72 hours I am still waiting. I have many other clothes in this box I need those returned as well. Like why is a return so difficult when you don't take it back in the store and then I phave to pay my own shipping and now 12 emails later and no responses or help or managaer. I am livid! What your doing is fraud and I will move this case to the next step if not resolved in 24 hours. You have all the info you need attached. I have many other clothes in the box and receipts were in the box I need those gift cards as well! This company uses 3rd party delivery company's that do not take pictures or confirm the shipment was delivered to the correct address. They are allow ONTRaC ( the company used) to confirm delivery made in the area, not the specific address and fashiona expects their customers to go around looking for the shipment. This is unacceptable and I was unable to locate my delivery that cost me $162 that fashionova does not want to issue a credit or a refund for.

Not recieving my refund/store credit
I spent over £200 on clothing from this company on July 30th. It was sent via Hermes to the UK. I recieved a time when my package was supposed to be delivered but it never came, so I went to Hermes website which stated 2 things.
First, a delivery attempt was made with picture of a place and address that was not mine.
Secondly, Hermes website said the package will be returned to sender, when I never requested it. And of course no one can reach out or contact this company.
So I contacted Fashionnova, and they said my package was delivered which it was not, and I informed them that the Hermes website said the package was returned to sender ( thank God I screen shot it). So they said after the package was returned to them I would recieve store credit. I have heard nor received anything at all, leaving me to wonder what the hell is going on! I am already pissed I didnt get what I ordered and now I am losing my money as well?! As proof of the madness that happened, there is a photo added from the Hermes website of a place where they said they attempted delivery, and its definitely not my bloody address.
Desired outcome: I would like to be refunded my money, and fashionnova should start using DHL or anything other than Hermes.
Never receiving a package from a low rated shipping agency
Lso has such slow rating as shipping company and like advertised, they have poor customer service or none at all. I have never received my package that says "delivered". This is unacceptable to a loyal customer to a brand like fashion nova. I am requesting my money back, a store credit for the whole order that has NEVER BEEN received ! Lso has a waiting period of over 2 hours on phone calls which is absolutely ridiculous. The least they can do is offer some assistance or guidance on lost/missing or STOLEN (by their employees) items.

Charged twice
On the 14th of August 2021, I ordered two pairs of shorts from FashionNova which came to the total of $63.60. When I logged into my bank account, I saw that they charged my account AGAIN for an amount of $62.50 when I didn't order anything else! I would like a full refund for the exact amount that I was wrongfully charged for, and when it does happen I will not be ordering from FashionNova again. I want my money back! and NOT store credit.

My daughters school clothes were never received
Ontrac is horrible service to use. They dropped my daughters clothes off to another locations took almost two weeks for them to advise that they dropped off her clothing to another location and unable to retrieve items. My daughter spent almost $100 on her clothes and had to go to school with with whatever she had. I have sent a dispute to fashion nova and still have yet to get a reply. I live in Fiji and I ordered $77.92 USD worth of clothes. The last email I got from USPS was on the 29th of last month saying that my item is still in Auckland Transit, I haven't receive any email since then, this is my worst experience buying online. I usually buys from ROMWE and SHEIN but I wanna try FASHIONOVA and then this happened.
I regret buying from FashioNova and if you're here looking confused about buying from FashioNova please don't, I just spent my money for nothing.

Double charged me
I purchased clothes from Fashion Nova on August 6th 2021 coming to a total of $527 which was fine. Then I checked my bank account the other day and noticed they had charged me again for $522. I only made one order, only got a confirmation email for one order and did not place a second order. They do not have a phone number to call and the only customer service they have is through email. They are not responding to me and this was a fraudulent transaction. They have to return the $522 to me that was never theirs to take in the first place.
