I ordered some clothes, over four weeks ago, I received a call from a woman who has informed me she received my order by mistake. My order was sent to a wrong address she said my address was scribbled and her address was written on top. this is absolutely ridiculous.I have emailed the fashion over team who are very rude not responding to my concerns properly, they are keep repeating the same thing and not reading my email they've asked me to complete out of form which needs to be printed and completed and signed and sent back quite frankly I don't have the time to do this nor do I have a printer to do this also I shouldn't have to do this.
So what needs to happen is you need to contact DHL and inform them that the address the delivery was sent is the wrong and question why they changed original address . I cannot find a contact number for them to call them myself so it needs to be done by you.

I place my order at 10/26/2019 and I didn´t receive it yet. I informed Fashion nova about the order missisng at January 15th, 2020, and today they sent me an email saying that I should claim befor complete 90 days, knowing that at january 15th was on their time frame. I ordered this item from Fashion nova since the 3rd of December 2019 and is over 35 days and my item has still not been delivered . This shouldn't be happening when I use paypal! I have contacted the seller so many times they don't respond to emails and when they do it takes weeks or they ignore your email .
They have been ignoring my emails and i have spent so much contacting them on twitter email and instagram.
They later confirmed it is with customs however I received no notifaction to pay any customs charge . Chased Fashionnova so many times to provide me with the reference for customs but they ignored. I have contacted Parcel force spending hours on the phone who have confirmed the following .
Address provided by the retailer was wrong ! so it was sent to the wrong address ! this Is bad service
They provided me the referenece to pay and confirmed that customs charge us £99 ! this is outrageous for a £132 order as you can see from my statement . Parcel force confirmed that the reason is fashion nova provided them that the amount for the order is $329 ! when I clearly paid £132 hence the reason for the high customs charge. I need this money back in full for the inconvenience and poor service received from this company. And I haven't also received my order!

order voided and no refund received
it has been over a month since i placed my order. i have been given the run around and basically ignored by customer service. i spent $753 dollars and tracking shows a label was created on dec 6 and then voided on dec 19. No refund has been issued and the reps are telling me to check with the carrier whose tracking show they never even got the package. fashionnova stole my money and never sent my package and have not issued a refund! terrible service and i do not know how to get my money back!

Today I called customer service and did not have the pleasure of speaking to someone named Kevin that didn't have a mother to give some phone etiquette phone manner, KEVIN was nasty on the phone and also hung up the phone on me. Mutli billion dollar company should not have people like Mr. Kevin doing customer service when you are dealing with probably drunken trying to recover from the night before people. And all because I was asking for his name, people should know customer service job is dealing with millions of different people at once. He should of never hung up the phone because if he didnt I probably would of not made the complaint. But rude Mr. Keven Merry Christmas little tip you should go back to school for some English. Not being petty just the boy needs a little schooling.

Back in October I sent back my items that all fit horribly, I had to pay to get it shipped back and yet I STILL haven't received my refund. I emailed them countless times and NO response what so ever. I got an email saying they received my return and I should be getting my credit in 72 hours. It's been 3 weeks and still nothing. I had purchased a dress on December 2nd and it was already frustrating that they took a whole week to even ship it. You sold me items and then told me that they are not available anymore. You gave me no choice in replacing these items, because placing 2 orders requires 2 times shipment. You said that you issued me a gift card with the amount of money that I PAID you already, which i don't need.
I do not need your giftcard, I need my money back. You are not a bank that can keep my money on your bank account. You have no rights to keep my money. You don't provide a good you return money back.
If you don't have these items and if you would never ship them to me than I don't have any reason to keep MY MONEY on your bank account.

I paid postage but when it arrived in the UK I was contacted by customs who demanded £21.13. I queried this with Fashion Nova who gave various reasons why this was nothing to do with them, blaming the post office and YODEL. I ended up paying the fee.
I then received several emails from YODEL saying the package was on its way and giving dates and times for delivery. It never arrived. I contacted them and was told they had attempted delivery 5 times and they couldn't find the address. They confirmed that they did not have my address as stated on the delivery receipt and said they couldn't change it as only the sender could do this. They returned it to Fashion Nova.
I contacted customs to check the address and they replied that the address provided by the shipper Fashion Nova was 99 Church Rd, Bolton BL1 6EE.
I contacted Fashion Nova to advise them of this and to request a full cash refund and refund of my customs fee as I had never received the parcel due to their error. I have been corresponding with them for several weeks now and all they are offering is a credit note as they say this is in line with their returns policy. This is despite them previously saying they would redeliver the parcel once they received it back at no cost to me. However, I did not receive or return the parcel so do not feel their offer is appropriate.

I ordered an item(domestic ) just because the shipping chart said it'd ship on the 17th of December. Once I paid the money it said estimated delivery time is the 19th.i can't reach them anywhere and I'm getting generic emails each time. No one will be home on the 19th of December for three weeks due to Xmas holiday, the post office only holds on to the package for two weeks. I received this order yesterday day and it came without the corset. I explained that to Jose and he verified this information and escalated the images I sent him (this is what he told me). He then said I would have to return the blazer so you guys could send me another one or I'd have to accept a store credit. Now, I could understand if I misordered, why I would needed to pay to send it back. I already had to send back the same dress because the first one was too small. However, this is not MY error. I made a purchase for 11 items on cyber Monday, today, December 2nd, 2019. The total before the discount was $212.83. After I had put in the Cyber90 code, I received 50% off the items and the total price was listed as $106.42. On the page where you review your card payment options, billing, and shipping address, The price was listed correctly as$106.42. However, the second I hit place my order, a confirmation screen popped up saying my order was completed for $212.83, and the code was gone.
This is not the first time fashion nova has scammed me and I have tried calling their bogus line numerous times and emailing but I'm sure they will not reply just like the last couple times.

So I was on the app I had 1000 worth of items. My card kept being declined and I could not even sign on to my account due to a bug on the app. I spent 3 hours trying to checkout with several cards. Finally I am able to log on on my new MacBook and most of the items are sold out so my grand total is different. I put on my code fn50 in which I have screenshots for and I should take them to court. My total $322 and I go ahead and I use my Apple Pay. They charge me a whole 644.00. This is outrageous and shady company. How are you going to remove the promo code when it was clearly there and the price was already deducted. Now my bank cant do anything about it because it's still processing. I used the portal on fashionnovas site.. it wasnt working. After 30 plus minute of trying, it finally worked. I selected three items of my full purchase to return since the items didnt fit me. I printed the label sent to me through the portal. I out the new label on my bag and accidental put my copy of the tracking number in the bag with the return items. I never got my return gift card thereafter. It's been since the first week of November since I sent it out. I called costumer service and they said there Is nothing they can do.
