have not received $208 worth of items from fashion nova
I ordered $208 worth of items from fashion nova and instead of shipping me my items they continue to lie to me that there is a delay in shipping my items due to warehouse . They have been using this excuse for awhile now and they have even sent me an automated email that my ordered is delay and if it is not shipped within 7 days of my order date they will cancel my order . I want all the items that I paid for . I have already reported them to better business bureau and I have also contact on the 7 eye witness news to investigate the malpractice of this company since many of consumers have complained about not receiving their items
randomly cancelling an order
I ordered 5 items on 11/17, and on 11/24 got an email saying that they had refunded my purchase, which I never asked to be done. I do not understand why this happened and I have not heard back from Fashion Nova. I would like an explanation as to why this happened without my consent and why others who placed orders for the same products on Black Friday (11/23) have their orders fulfilled and not me, who ordered well before them. I will not be shopping here again nor will my friends and family.
They did the same to me on 29/11 Black Friday sales, after confirming my order, they later sent me another mail canceling my orders without my approval...I’m disappointed!

Hello, my sister was very interested in your $30 referral opportunity and was excited about scoring some credit to Fashion Nova. She sent me her referral link and I made a purchase so that she could get the credit. After checking her account, she never got the $30 referral. We googles as to why this was happening, re-read the terms and found out (through Fashion Nova's deceptive terms) that I had to spend over $30 for her to get the referral reward. I went back to cancel my order so that I could add more to it and Fashion Nova tells me that it's not an option! This is is not a great way to treat your customers! I was very excited to shop here, but now am very disappointed. I just want to cancel my order, and redo it.

I placed an order on October 14th. I got an email on the 19th, after paying for two day shipping, that my order had been delayed and they gave me the option to cancel my order. I cancelled it and chose to receive a refund in the original form of payment. It has been over a month and I still have not received my money back. I have emailed 3 different times, but still no refund. If I don't receive my money back, I will file a fraudulent claim with my bank.

I am writing today to complain about the poor service I have received from your company in only two times I have ordered from your site.
On November 4, 2018, I placed an order (#[protected]) for the amount of $134.38 USD, consisting of NINE items I needed for a journalism work I'm doing abroad, to this date I have received nothing but your poor automated email apologies.
What I'm most annoyed about is that I wasted my time, my money and relied on your faulty service in order to do my job (which is as a correspondent for a news station). My impression of your company has been tarnished, and I am now concerned about how businesses like yours exist!
I trust this is not the way That Awful Company wishes to conduct business with valued customers, and I'm going to make sure all of my social media contacts (which are a lot) know about this, so they won't repeat the same mistake. I would welcome the opportunity to discuss matters further and to learn of how you propose to prevent a similar situation from recurring. I look forward to hearing from you.

I placed an order on October 30, 2018 and was informed that my shipment would be delayed due to the new facility that was being established. I finally received a package in my mailbox, which I thought was strange considering I ordered 6 items in total and couldn't figure out how they were able to package all of the items in such a way to get it to fit in my mail box. Well, they were able to achieve this because they only sent me 3 out of the 6 items I ordered. I did not receive an email about any cancellations or refunds so I fully expected my other items that I already had to wait nearly a month to receive.
I am only posting on here because I am now finding out that this is nothing new for Fashion Nova so I am trying to be as proactive as possible so that I can receive what I paid for. When I checked my account through Fashion Nova it read that all items were delivered under order # [protected].
terrible customer service/ shipping
I purchased two items on 10/10/2018. It's been over a month and my order #[protected] still has not been processed and shipped. I have made multiple attempts to contact customer service and each time I receive the same automated response. During the first week I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt because they were moving to a new "state of the art distribution center" but it's now been over 4 weeks and that's unacceptable.

I contacted ontrac and was told they were never in receipt of anything! I tried to check the fashion nova site to track my items and it says there isn't any info available for my order. Still not getting my package, no updates and no nothing. Emailing them but no answer why it's been taking this long but sending me stupid bot messages offering me 25% off code..I have been very patient and very understanding about their situation which is moving to a new distribution center and stuff but what disgusts me is the customer survive ain't helping at all, hell, they just ignore you like you don't even exist.

I bought a medium size black "ride with you moto jacket" on October 12 & I sent it back in the mail with UPS on October 25. UPS told me it would reach fashion nova on October 31. The item is too small and I just wanted to get a new one in a bigger size. I even called the fashion nova number which referred me to customer care online. I haven't received my refund
I canceled my order immediately after it was purchased because the purchase was made in error. I was told that my gift receipt and coupon would be added with my purchase. I clicked to see the discount i would receive and it submitted the purchase. I spoke with someone with your company after immediately emailing your customer service to request an refund. That was on November 8, 2018. They explained that I would receive a refund. My merchandise is still unfulfilled. I don't want the merchandise. I ordered from you previously and my ordered wasn't delivered completely, which is why the company gave me a gift card instead of a refund. In an attempt to redeem that and make an addition almost $400 purchase, I still didn't get my discount. I made the purchase in error. I was told I will get a refund of my money. I haven't received an update since then, or my refund. At this point I would just like a full refund and to discontinue my business arrangement with your company.

I placed an order with fashion nova on 11/01/2018 order number: #[protected] for Jennifer Ruvalcaba of eight items totaling to the amount of $83.64 USD. Today on 11/16/2018 I received my order and I only received three items! I checked my bank statement and the $83.64 USD were already debited from my account. It is really upsetting that fashion nova wasn't able to notify me of this via email! I placed an order on fashion nova's website worth of $147.93 on 10/17/18. I received an email from Fashion Nova on 10/24/18 stating that there was a delay in shipment due to them relocating to a new warehouse and that if my order wasn't shipped within 7days it would be automatically cancelled and I also had the option to cancel my order on that same email which I did on 11/01/18 for a refund. Today is 11/16/18 and I have yet to receive my refund. I have sent them several emails which no one has responded to.

Someone used my bank card to bnb purchase items at Fashion nova. They said unfortunately they couldn't do anything since the cloths were ship. I told them it didn't come to me, I don't wear there cloths. Never ever shop from them a day in my life and never will. All they could do was flag the persons account. Which I find full of [censored]. They know who did the fraud and refuse to help me. All they care about is money and I will work with my bank to expose them and the person who stole my bank card.

I'm so pissed, I ordered AND purchased $366.86 worth of clothes on 10/19. A couple days to a week later they sent out an email saying they were switching distribution centers and it'll be up to a 10 day delay, okay cool.. i'm patient I didn't think nothing of it. Since October 24, 2018 when I placed it I never received nothing, I emailed them just to get robo emails. How are they still up and running without any type of warnings not to do this to people. After a day or so, fashion nova sends a confirmation email stating both orders were cancelled(after much back&forth) & 10-24-18 FN emailed me saying they refunded both orders in full & it'll take up to 10 days. After 10 days passed & no refund, I requested a receipt from FN showing my refunds being issued to my bank. Fashion nova said they couldn't provide one. A day later, I received an email from FN stating they sucessfully cancelled my orders (again)& to wait for another email(again). They had already sent me that exact email b4 sending the email stating they refunded the money, so basically FN is trying or pretending to start this process all over again. I have emailed FN everyday since & they haven't responded, & I still haven't received my refunds. This is terrible customer service. Fashion nova is a dishonest company & should be ashamed. I have never had such a horrible online shopping experience. Lesson learned. Never order from fashion nova.

I am going through the exact same thing exactly as you have described and have been going through this since then as well. I cannot even believe this is happening this way and we as customers have no recourse. I only found this because I've been doing research to see if I am the only person out there that is going through this as well and it seems that we have no way out of this ordeal with them. For some reason when I track the package is says delivery attempted but I was home that day and no truck stopped by. I need this dress for this Saturday and still nothing. what can I do about please help.
