where's my order?
I ordered an outfit on 10/19 and paid extra for the two day shipping to ensure I'd get it in time for my birthday Friday. After waiting and waiting for at least an email stating it shipped, I get on the website to see they have an banner stating that a distribution move may cause a delay! WHY wasn't this stated when we placed our orders?! WHY didn't we at least get the common courtesy of an email?!

Than I called and asked for a refund on the 10/5/18 they provided me with a fake tracking number for fedx saying it will be delivered at 10/16/18 by 8pm. Come that day no package so I called fedx they told me they have a tracking number but still no package from fashion nova smh. So at this point fashion mov is closed so I waited until the next day Nd called for refund cause I knew my clothes wouldn’t make it in time for graduation. They told me they couldn’t do it cause the package is on the way lol they didn’t want me to get free clothes and my money back...well today is the 24 and still nothing plus fedx still don’t have the package ! I don't have much money and have never had the opportunity to order anything so I thought I'm going to order from Fashion Nova these clothes are cute I order by the way I had to save up my money to order I order my order is confirmed it says 2 day shipping No 2 day shipping I haven't received anything from Fashion Nova saying anything I get this link at the top of my screen saying that they're moving to a facility in that my order will be delayed I also sent an email saying that I could cancel and receive a refund I've been looking at reviews and these people have lots to say I'm hoping I get my refund as soon as possible I can't waste money I have four kids that I have to take care of I will not be ordering anything from Fashion Nova ever again horrible experience

I placed my order the 15th of Oct. I have yet to receive my email about shipping. I go on the website and see them saying that they are relocating their distribution centre and there would be minor delays. This is passed minor. I have sent emails and yet no response. I placed an order since 10/18/18, it said two days shipping and I'm still waiting for an email that said my items were shipped...I sent like 3 emails I called but I got no answer I was depending on those things cause it's my birthday. I placed an order 2 1/2 weeks ago as a surprise bday gift to have before 10/24. & paid for 2day shipping Order never came my attempt to reach someone via email & telephone have been unsuccessful, it wasn't until I mentioned contacting the Better Business Bureau that I received an email saying the order supposedly ships 72hrs after ordering again its been well over 2weeks with NO package! This was my very first time ordering from Fashion Nova and it will very well be my last time order from Fashion Nova!

I placed an order on 10/13 and spend the qualifying amount for expedited shipping. I have not received my order and my attempts to contact customer service via phone and email have failed. When calling the phone just rang with no response. Through email customer service the representative do not address my issue instead they pacify me with a generic message without actually addressing or attempting to resolve my issue. I am going to file a complaint with the BBB (BETTER BUSINESS beraru) and I encounter all who read this to do so. Through the BBB complaint the company has 3 days to respond to the complaint with a resolution.

I placed an order on Oct.17 with a store credit I had revived from a previous order. Paid for 2 day shipping. It is oct. 23 still have not received order and have reached out to customer service 4 times via email at least and countless times via phone with no response. The customer service via phone is horrible and you are literally not able to reach an actual person. I received what seems like an automated email response on today, oct.23, saying to be patient that my order has not been forgetten but that still the order has not been shipped. I order the items for an event on the 27th and will most likely now not receive them by then. I have never experienced this problem before with fashion Nova and am extremely angry. I feel as if they have stolen my money and I can't even contact them to have them cancel the order!
Never will I shop there again.

I have left voicemails, emails, instagram post with no response. I am highly disappointed in this corporations customer service. This has gone on for a month now. I would like my full credits for my returned items so I can complete a order and be done with this. I have requested a manager multiple times with no call or email from anyone fixing this situation. I am only be credited for 1 item when I returned 4. The other items I returned in the same package I paid to ship was as follows;

3 days ago I received someone else's package, not MY order. I sent multiple emails and left messages on the customer service number. It's ridiculous you cannot speak to a live person. Their automated emails say you will receive a response within 24 hours, that is a LIE. I am very disppointed and have no idea if I will ever receive a response OR my order! $30 down the drain. I want to dispute the charge with my bank. Shame on Fashion Nova!

I placed an order with Fashion Nova on October 12th. I paid for 2 day shipping. 6 days after my order was placed, I emailed customer support because there was NO movement on my order ( It was still showing as unfulfilled. ) When I emailed customer support I received 2 emails, one right after the other. The first email I received was from "a customer support agent" but the email seemed like an automatic response. The email told me that the order would be sent out soon and thanked me for my patience. The 2nd email I received stated that there were "delays, " and told me I could 1.) Wait for my order 2.) Click the link below and cancel my order / request a refund by gift card or a refund to my original payment method. The email also stated that if the order did not ship 10 days after I originally placed the order, It would automatically be canceled and refunded to my original payment method.
I did not want them to cancel my order and refund it to my original payment method, because I new it would take even longer to get my money back because I would have to wait for bank processing time.
I decided to wait to cancel my order until 9 days after I placed it. So on October 21st, I clicked the link they provided and I attempted to cancel my order and requested a refund by gift card. On Monday October 22nd I still had not received a gift card, and when I checked my order status, it was not canceled and it had not shipped.
I emailed customer service immediately and asked them why my order was not "automatically canceled, since it has been 10 days since I placed the order, " and I asked them why I had not received the refund by gift card as I requested.
I received an email from customer service explaining to me that my order was going to ship very soon and to keep an eye on my email for a tracking number.
This makes NO sense to me considering:
1.) I placed my order 11 days ago and nothing has happened with my order ( except them taking my money)
2.) When I emailed them they told me that if an order isn't shipped 10 days after the order is placed it will be automatically canceled and refunded ( that did not happen)
3.) I was also told I could cancel my order by clicking the link they provided, and request a refund by gift card ( which I did 9 days after placing my order ) and I did not receive that as well.
I'm actually VERY pissed off, because I have been doing early Christmas shopping, and after I placed that order on the 12th of October, I placed 4 other order between the 14th and 16th) NOT thinking there would be this much of a delay.
So now they have about $450 of my money, and I have NOTHING to show for it. Definitely NOT ordering from them again. This is ludicrous

None of my orders have shipped. I contacted Fashion Nova on October 18th regarding order # [protected], and I received 2 emails within minutes apart from each other. The first email basically said to be patient and that the items would be shipping soon. The second email was from " noreply@fashionnova.com "
The second email said,
"Due to delays in our warehouse, we are still putting the finishing touches on your order. " ... "While we don't have an estimated ship date for you yet, we will be dispatching your order and sending you a tracking number ASAP.If you'd rather not wait any longer and would like to cancel your order for a refund or gift card, please click here to cancel any time before we ship your order. Of course, if you want to wait for your order, you don't need to do anything.While we do not anticipate a significant delay, we will be monitoring your order - and if it doesn't ship within 10 days of your original order date (and you don't cancel prior to shipment), we will automatically cancel and issue a refund to your original form of payment."
I received this email on October 18th about my first order I placed ( order # [protected]) I decided I would wait until the 21st, to see if I received any update on my order. I didn't want fashion nova to automatically cancel my order and issue a refund because that would take even more time for it to be processed with my bank. I wanted to receive a gift card instead, so I waited until the 21st, and clicked the embedded link in the email to cancel that order and request a refund.
On Monday October 22nd, I had not received a refund, so I emailed support asking what the status of my order was. They emailed me saying that my order # [protected] was almost ready and to keep an eye on my email for a tracking number.
Well, now it is the 24th ( 2 days later ) and I have receive NO email with a tracking number, and no email of a gift card refunding the cost of order # [protected]
I have 4 orders in total sitting and not moving. I feel like my money was stolen from me.
I am going to keep posting updates on this.
If they end up contacting me and telling me half of my items were sold out after ALL of this - oh I am going to loose my mind and #notshophereagain

I ordered with fashion nova on 5th oct and today it is 23rd Oct still haven't received my order. I have been trying to contact them via calls and emails but noone has gotten back to me. Considering the name and fame of fashion nova their customer service is pretty [censored]. I am very disappointed and frustrated, I have no idea if I am ever going to receive the order or a refund.

YESSSSSS I am dealing with this same thing... I still have not received an email confirming that my order was even placed so I have no order number to even check my order. I have made SEVERAL attempts to speak with someone and still have heard NOTHING but the money was deducted from my account as soon as I hit complete order. This is ridiculous and its extremely sad that we are paying customers who paid extra for 2 day shipping and still have not heard anything from this company in regards to our purchase.
