So I would say about two weeks ago or three I placed an order for a couple of items from fashion nova and I was notified that my package was shipped back because information and the address was missing. And I emailed fashion nova and they explained that they do not do refunds they do store credit. So I waited a week or two has passed and I have yet to receive my store credit. Every time I email I don't get a response and this is unacceptable.I would rather like a refund or store credit and Immediately

I placed my order on Sunday last weekend which I know that they do not operate on the weekends so come Monday I never heard from them I Never received my dress, never received a confirmation, I want to know what's going on now. they're telling me the dress is out of stock after a whole week and I called Wednesday due to not receiving any email about the order When I called Wednesday they said it was on its way but now it's a whole other situation.

These people have been govong me the run around for the past week and I am damn mad! They have been responding with automated emails and ive had enough! I have been ordering from fashion nova for a long time and I never had an issue these people are horrible! I placed an order on the 21st of september and still have not received any confirmation! Over 215$ worth of clothing and nothing! I am going to mexico next weekend with no clothong nor a refund! I ordered from fashion nova almost 3 weeks ago, my package was shipped 5 days later and I still havent received it! I can't believe it cause I've ordered from them many times before without any problem. But this time they changed their shipping company to RRDONNELLEY LOGISTICS and it's been hell. UPs sent me a message saying that my scheduled delivery has been changed and when I called ups they told me that RRD is still in possession of my package. After reading other reviews, I think we should all team up and sue RRDONNELLEY LOGISTICS because we all have the EXACT same experience.

I returned a pair of Jean's for my daughter because they didn't fit. I paid 8 dollars to send them back. 2 weeks later no response. We call in to find out about our credit, they have no record of the return. I don't know where the receipt from the post office is, and fashon nova tells me they can't track it in their system without USPS tracking. Its total bull! Ripped off for 20$ and 8$ for shipping. Thanks fashon nova, just lost an avid customer.

I made an order that promised 2 day shipping I made the order first thing on Monday morning at 7:44 AM Eastern time. I contacted the company next day as I had yet to receive a confirmation of shippement. The company states orders made before 1:00 pm would be shipped. The customer service contact team sent automated message stating to allow 72 hours process time on a 2 day shipping order... mind you my money had already been taken. I requested a cancellation and was informed that they could not canacel the order nor refund my money and that money can only be in store credit once returns have been made on the order the never sent out! By Thursday 7:44 AM eastern time no shipment information over 72 hours since ordering at this point. No communication from the company! I have to fail a dispute with my credit card company

I have called many many times to discuss an order I placed on 9/6/18... It was shipped out by courier and was held at courier since 9/11/18 due to it missing. I have called and called finally got someone they said I have to submit a claim form in order to have item reshipped or credited back to me. They never sent email with form. I called again and again, got someone 9/17/18 they finally sent form. I stayed on phone until they confirmed they received my completed form, he said he received and would submit. I called the courier today they said they have not received the claim form! Wth! I am now once again trying to get a hold of someone... First attempt was holding for 20 mins then got disconnected... Now on hold again for going on 16 mins! Terrible customer service! No assistance on credit or re-order... They obviously know I have not received the item... They pulled up tracking order and it states I have not received... But they have my payment!

I ordered a dress September 18, 2018 they sent an email right away stating that they pulled my money already (go figure right) so the item is paid for. I was a little paranoid about the size and color of the dress that I ordered, so I called fashion nova on the 18th the day I ordered it i was on hold for 30 minutes I called way before 5 o'clock it was like 5:18PM when A recording popped on and said that they are closed now at this time regular business hours are from 8 AM to 5 PM. this is ridiculous they do not care about their customers they need to shut this place down! I called way before 5 o'clock somebody should've picked up that phone. I have not received a confirmation for shipping! Now when I called the fashion nova phone number listed online today, I get a voicemail and then it hangs up. something needs to be done about this company! If I cannot speak to somebody in person about this dress I ordered I'm asking for refund a full refund and my money back on shipping!

After ordering items I was told by email it was delivered 8/8/18. I was home, no delivery, no calling card so I complained to Fashion Nova.
Told item was due to be delivered 10/08/18.
No delivery made.
After 30 days I pushed again for refund - told crexit note on its way. I do not want a credit note. They took my money over 40 days ago. I do not trust them as THEY failed to deliver. I do not want credit - I want a refund to the card I originally paid with. Requested this but no reply nor credit as said. Disgusting service

I ordered from Fashion Nova a month or so ago. The two tops were extremely poorly sized. I ordered a XL and they were more like a small. It was unreal. I immediately returned them with a dress, in original package, and with tags on. My tracking number said it was delivered over two weeks ago and still no communication from Fashion Nova. I tried to call but guess what, a recording comes on and then the call is disconnected.
I sent an email today. Unfortunately for me I had faith in the company and when I saw my order was delivered thought I didn't need my tracking number any longer.
I am so disappointed in this site. Plus I didn't realize I could only get a store credit until I was filling out my return info. I wish I knew of all the complaints before I ordered.
I keep checking my emails and account and there is no update or status or even acknowledge of my return.
I basically just gave them $50! Never again.

I order my things on August 23, the day 28 sent me an email that my order was already on track with a tracking number from usps, order from that day does not reach the offices of usps, and I'm still waiting for it to come out, I have sent multiple emails asking for the refund of my money, or that my order arrives, and neither of them happens, they only tell me that they send me money in a e-card and that was not what I asked for, and they even dont send the e-Card I think the most just thing is that return my money, many days have passed and I do not see what I do something, I'm very disappointed

I ordered 5 pair of jeans. Going by their size chart I ordered what should have fit. The jeans were way too small and had to be shipped back. I asked for a refund and discovered they do not give refunds, but only in-store credit.
I reordered the 5 pair of jeans and received them about 10 days later, but one pair was missing. I emailed Fashion Nova and they requested a copy of my shipping invoice. I sent them the copy and received an email response saying they acknowledge I did not receive my full order and I would receive my credit. That was a week ago. These jeans are for school so we needed them weeks ago.
I emailed every day this week and they do not respond to any of my inquires and no credit has been issued. When I call their customer service I sit on hold for hours. No answer.

I finally received my credit for the missing jeans. I reordered them because my kids love the fit and style, but it did cost me another $6.99 to ship after I applied the gift card and discount. It takes a while, but they did complete my order at more expense to me. I'm scared to order again.

I sent back 4 items paid for shipping, I realized my return from one was not in my package I try reaching out of them over 6 times by email and no response..I also tried calling the only thing I get is a voicemail, I want to know how do I go about getting my gift card without my return form inside of the bag which did have my address it's been 4 weeks and I haven't heard anything back. I'm very upset because I paid to send these things back and all I want to know is if my order has been processed or what is going on I will not stop untill I get my gift card!

Hey Kalisha. Try filing a complaint in www.bbb.org. I've tried shopping with them in the past and their service is poor. They do not care about their customers. I can guarantee you they'll be forced to reply to you once you file a complaint with BBB.

I ordered for my Birthday party dress. Dress was damaged. Connected to Fashion Nova through FB Messenger and was asked to send pictures of damaged dress. Once they finally responded to the pics and saw the item was damaged, a rep. Handed Samantha ensured she would issue refund to me, because give was no time to send another dress before the party. 10 days and nothing happens. No refund, no credit, nothing. Messages ignored over the 10 day period
Finally get someone in the phone after a 30 minute hold for then to argue the point. Then decided she will issue store credit even though I was promised a refund. Had to end call and note can't get anyone on the phone again. I want my money. At the very last possible minute, I had to find and pay for a new dress in a storefront. Fashion Nova had horrible service and don't keep their word to customers. I don't want a store credit, because I will not shop there enough such poor service. All I wanted was then to do what their rep promised. I will tweet and post about it as much as I can.

I had made a few orders around August with this company, I made a huge order that was for my birthday weekend that I was planning to enjoy and a few other smaller orders after.i ended up receiving the small orders I had purchase after the big order but was yet to receive my larger order everytime I would try to track it it was always showing me that it was located in RRD logistics and had never moved from there so I decided to contact them in an email.They responded and told me that apparently my order was lost in transit and I would be ordered a store credit.I was so disappointed because if I didnt email them I wouldn't have known nothing and il be here waiting for this package which was never gonna come to me and it was for my birthday they already had ruined all that.Wrote them email stating how disappointed I was and that I would be waiting for my store credit.I am still yet to receive my store credit I don't know why they taking their time to send it to me.I am not gonna let my hard earn money go for absolute nothing my order totalled to $198.00 and I'm from Australia so that's not something you just let go of.Iv been shopping with them for years I'm so disappointed I feel like fashion nova cares more about the celebrities and influencers than they do anybody else and we are the ones even making them money but they could care less.Im not happy at all..this is gonna be the last time I ever shop with this company again.
order says “unfulfilment” and “reserved”?
I ordered a $40 dress on Fashion Nova's website on Saturday afternoon and I immediately received an email that my payment was successful HOWEVER, every time I check my order it says "Items in your cart are in high demand. But we have reserved your order." and then it has a 10 minute timer below it. Once it's done it'll say "Reserved ended". I'll refresh the page and it'll do it again and again! I don't know what that means by being reserved? And it also says that it's unfulfilled? And even though I've gotten an email that my payment was successful, I'll still get emails sayings that my item is in the cart and I should complete my order?! I need my dress to come in time before my homecoming (September 27th) Please help!

Hi, This is my first time ordering from Fashion Nova, I made two purchases one on Saturday 9/1, and one on Tuesday 9/4, both orders say they are unfulfilled. I use the track-my-order link and it states that it cannot be tracked. I paid with my credit card. I tried calling and never was I able to reach an operator or find out why my order has not been fulfilled. This is unacceptable. I want a refund, not for the store credit, as I clearly will not be buying again from this brand again. A total scam.

I ordered a pair of jeans & a fanny pack from this company, jeans didn't fit so I returned them on 8/23...waited a week & emailed the company on 9/1. They responded on 9/1 and said product wasn't received. They requested a pic of the receipt, to which I emailed, they responded & said it's being processed. 3 days later I emailed again, no response. They still have yet to email me back. I just want my money back at this point & NOT a store credit after this headache. I should have researched before ordering, LESSON LEARNED.
