customer service and product quality
Ordered over $150+ of merchandise in June. During the shipping process it stated that it was in transit to be delivered a week after purchase (says there's 2 day shipping - not true). Then I received a notification that it was not delivered and at the warehouse. Confused I tried reaching out but they didn't respond for a few days. Found out my merchandise was lost in the warehouse (by the delivery company). I filled out an investigation report by fashion nova and was told after 30 days I'd have a response. I told them I already confirmed with the shipping company they lost the package and they did not care.
Finally after TWO MONTHS I received a gift card (after threatening to sue) and made my orders again. The package finally was shipped (still a week, not two days) and the product quality is horrible. The sizes (small) are way smaller then what's on their measurement charts and do not match (some are smaller than others). Additionally as I was putting on one outfit I found a huge hole in the leg! I can't even return the product.

I made a purchase on 6/26/18 and it was my first time ordering from this company. I ordered 2 different sizes since depending on stores or clothes sizes can change. Happen to find out the store policy was store credit only. Had i known that i would of never placed that order and especially a 650 dollars order. I called the company and was honest and they did not care. Meanwhile i had shipped the order back on 07/05/18 and a month goes by my credit is no where to be found. Called the company multiple times and was told they never received the shipment and need my tracking number. They received the shipment back on 07/17/18 and as of today 09/07/18 they are still holding on to my 650 dollars. How is this normal to them. The customer service is the worst there is. I have been on the phone for 1 hour and 45 minutes trying to get my money back and they still would not credit my account. How do you expect me to still spend my money here after all this. Since July 17 when they received my return up until today 09/07/18 and the only thing the floor manager Dorian could do for me was to apply a $10 credit. I don't want your 10 dollars...i just want my money that i work hard for! And she had the nerves to call me"love" ...really i am not your love and that is not professional. Also i filled out a survey and no one seemed to care about my frustration or try to reach out to me.
It is unacceptable the way business is conducted in this company. All i want form them was nothing more than just my OWN MONEY!

I order a red dress from fashion nova and they sent me a burgundy dress. I returned the dress and sent them an email. So far I haven't got my refund it's been 2 days and I tried contacting them. Still no answer. This is the worst customer service ever. I would never shop at fashion nova again. If I need to get a lawyer I will because this is basically scamming people out of their money!

I returned my Fashion Nova purchase of $122.66 (over $140 with shipping and taxes). I was not pleased with the quality of the clothing, as it felt cheaply made. I received an email that i would get a $20 gift card for my return. First of all, why do I need a gift card to shop again at a place where I did not like their material or quality in the first place. But most importantly, I returned over $100 worth of clothes, un-worn with tags attached and only got back a $20 gift card. A slap in the face would've been nicer. I emailed customer support, "Monica"and confirmed I only have a credit of that amount and needed proof of shipping for the return. If i knew it was this difficult, I would've never shopped here OR I would've taken a picture of all the dresses in the box before shipping, but I figured that's what the point of the return slip was. I am very displeased an just want either my credit card credited back or a "gift card" for the appropriate amount. This is not right.

I tried the clothing. it was so ill fitting that I just want my money back. I won't be continuing to shop their website. HOWEVER they only offer e-card credits. they basically stole my money and are not going to give it back even though im so dissatisfied. this is incredibly aggravating as I won't be visiting this site again so ive lost my money and im stuck with these awful ill fitting clothes.
however they advertise "easy returns" on their website. its not easy -- you have to pay for your returns. so you dont get ANY money back...and you have to PAY for your own return. im losing money. why would I pay to have the clothes returned?

After 20 minutes of holding for someone to answer the call gets disconnected by their auto answer machine.
Its been a month and I was missing 1 of the items from one of my orders. Contacted them the day after I received the incomplete order and one month after still no refund. Although I provided them with all of the paperwork they claimed they needed.
Had another order from them and I returned 6 of the items - tracking is showing as delivered and one week later still do not have my funds.

#1.Customer service via email sucks. They always provide a generic answer instead of really investigating and finding out a true reason as to why you are having this issue
#2. If the order has not been placed in transit I don't understand what is so hard about being able to change the shipping address.
#3. If you say you have 2 DAY shipping...let it be just that. Do no let me pay $6 for 2 DAY shipping and I have not yet to receive my order.
#4. Also, do not send me a "HURRY" promo when you are not going to ship my order in a hurry.
#5. If all the above fail I feel the customer should receive a COMPLETE refund instead of a store credit. As the credit is not worth two cents if you can't even complete complaints 1-4.

I ordered three pairs of pants and a jacket, I was sent an email saying there was a failed delivery. Then I got an email saying it was shipped so I opened the package and I didn't see anything I ordered. There was shirts and jackets and a pair of boots. Tried calling and got put on hold for hours. Not sure if I have to email them or send the stuff back. I looked at the packing slip and it had all the things I actually ordered on it so I'm not sure why I didn't get one thing I ordered.

I bought two items from fashion nova and I returned one of the total cost of $34.99. I sent it back after reading all the policies and returned it unworn, with tags attached and in the same packaging as stated in the policy return only to get refunded $17.50! This is stealing! and I wrote several emails explaining the issue for a rep named Victoria Quezada to tell me she looked in to the issue and an e-gift card its on the way. I have not received anything! I sent another email asking if I'm getting the refund or not.

So I ordered from Fashion nova today and 5 hours later in the day I recieve a email basically stating they refunded me my order with no explaination. I've honestly had it with them. Like They were my go too for plus size clothing but the customer service is a joke. This isn't the first time this has happened I have verified my billing information with my bank and everything like they told me before and the same issue keeps happening. This place is most definitely not what it use to be before they got all the celebs involved. They show no appreciation to the customers that's been with them since day 1 and I am one of them.

August 3, I reached out fashion nova about returned items . That I returned 3 weeks prior . Order number 7764136 . I order the same items twice in error and returned one of them. The item, never came back to me as undeliverable. I believe this company has a high demand and a fast pace, and my item got lost in the inventory. I believe no search is being conducted from shipping and receiving . No contact with the shipping and receiving dept as well. Horrible customer service. Had this problem, with an order I placed and paid for, and after 3 weeks, I finally received my order, after I went back and fourth . I'm going to file a complaint with the better business bureau

it has been the second time my parcel is being redirected back to fashion nova due to incorrect address. Does it make sense to you if my first 2 orders were successfully sent but not the subsequent ones?! firstly, it was redirected fine, i placed another order with the store credit and paid more for more items. And now it happens again. Its a vicious cycle. I want my refund back not store credit. It does not help because each time the address provided by you to ship will be still wrong. Fyi, once my parcel was returned with store credit, i have tried to edit my address even though nothing was wrong. Now that i have changed it, it is still wrong. Tell me what the hell should i do. I do not wish to purchase further as this is the second time my the amount paid for delivery will be ceased for store credit. I want my refund now. Thank you

I placed my first order late last week, and having read reviews, I was not expecting it to ship for at least 3-5 days.

The package shipped the next day and I received consistent tracking updates via email. The package states it was delivered, however I never received it. I waited 24 hours, as I know that USPS is not very reliable, but alas, no package still. I contacted their customer service to see what my options in terms of a refund or replacement order, but only received their canned response when a lost package is reported. I was told that I need to do all the legwork to contact USPS and that I should follow up with them once that's done. I reluctantly did that, and followed up with them to provide the claim information. Again, I asked what my options in terms of refund or replacement were (as most companies, including the one I work for, will offer some type of resolution for their customers), but was met with a second canned response. This time, I was told that "If it states delivered, Fashion Nova can no longer accept responsibility for the package."
I was never asked about or informed about any type of shipping insurance, so I'm not hopeful that my money or my order will be recovered.
I'm truly disappointed in my experience. You'd think a company that spends so much money on their advertising, especially on social media, would care about their customer experience but it's clear that they don't. I will be filing complaints and claims as high as I can go regarding this issue until a resolution has been reached.
FashionNova stole my money and I intend to make this situation right.
santa cruz bikini set sent incomplete
I ordered the santa cruz bikini (size small) in red from fashion nova's online store. I received my order yesterday. When I opened the bikini set, I discovered I was sent two pairs of bottoms - one pair is part of the santa cruz set, the other is not. The top was not included in the set. I took pictures of my order slip and the bottoms and emailed customer service requesting the top to complete the set that I purchased.
This morning I get a response from fernando caceres explaining that my options are accepting half credit for the missing top or send the order back, receive $10 credit for shipping, and credit for the order. Except fashion nova states swimwear & lingerie sales are final and cannot be returned. I respond to the email with that information, and again request that the top that I purchased be sent to complete the order. I received the same email from fernando in response. I will be calling in person today to get this rectified.
Update TUE, August 28th: After finding a Customer Service phone number, I waited on hold for over 20 minutes before I got connected to someone. Initially, the responder had a hard time hearing me due to a bad connection... I was told they could not send the top to complete the order because the items come in a set. They did not want to break up a set to send me just the bikini top. I argue that unfortunately some sets of bikinis were disrupted in order for me to have ended up with two different pairs of bottoms, and sending the top would be the most efficient way to correct their mistake. They continued to offer the store credit option, which I was not accepting. Finally, they ask to put me on hold again to see if there may be anything else the can do. I wait -at this point the call has lasted about 40 minutes (mostly waiting to be connecting). After some time I hear the hold music cease as if I've been taken off hold. I say "hello" several times before the call is dropped.
I call the number back, and am on hold another 15 minutes before I'm connected to a different responder who says her name is "Haiti." I explain why I'm calling and what happened in the previous call. I'm put on hold again for a few minutes before she explains that per her supervisor's instructions, they're going to re-ship the entire bikini set. I am instructed to check my email for a tracking number that should be sent within the next 24-48 hours. Having little faith at this point, I decide to give until the end of the day Friday. After the calls I receive a series of emails from a "Maria" explaining what I was told over the phone about a re-ship, with an added caveat of "However, there is a low stock of the item sothere may be a chance your order may become out of stock by the time it gets processed.
If the order does not become out of stock, you will be receiving tracking information within 24-48 business hours." By Thursday (48 hours) I had not received an email. By Friday, I had still not heard anything and decided the issue would never be resolved.
UPDATE TUE, Sept 4th: The bikini was delivered though I had never received a tracking number. At this time, my order is complete, but I do not intend to continue purchasing from Fashion Nova going forward. I personally do not feel I should be spending money on a business that were unwilling to correct their mistake in the most direct and efficient manner until I hounded them. Store credit does not complete an order, and it should not have taken several avenues of communication with several different people over a week to attend to the customer's request (not pushing the solution they'd rather do).
