Fashion Nova return rip off

This is getting out of hand. I ordered $275 worth of clothing from this online store, I did the standard shipping and did not receive my items until almost a month later. I called everyday and they had taken their phone off the hook, stating that their experiencing high-volume traffic the holiday season of 2017. I was still panicking as to why a company would think it was normal to take their phone off the hook. That was already when I started to question this company, they have a 30 day policy that gives you a full refund in store credit, I was upset about having to shop with them still but was fine with receiving my money back in some way. So I had returned my items according to their policy, five days later I get an email saying they gave me a gift card for store credit of $12.00, I waited about two more weeks to see if it was just a delay on the rest of my clothes. Nothing. I've called 32 times in matter of 2 weeks, every single time I have been on hold for 20 minutes and sent to voicemail. I'm out over $100 and I cant fathom that a company can get away with this. I've read hundreds of the same type or horror stories of people losing their money with this site. Please help.

Fashion Nova lost returned merchandise and is not answering the phone.

I sent in two separate orders in one big bag to be returned. One of the orders was processed and I got a gift card for it. It only had one item. The bigger and second order that was in that same bag was never processed and lost. It had 9 items. I emailed customer service and the lady was not helpful. She told me that there was no record of the second order. I gave her both order numbers and she said that she would need the tracking number from the post office. Well my dad tossed the receipt from the post office. I was told to contact the post office that I mailed my package from and that they could print out the same tracking number for me that was originally given to me and to provide Fashion Nova with that. They wouldn't be able to help me otherwise. So, I went to the post office. The postal worker said that due to the date, they could not go back that far. They could only go back 24 hrs from when it was mailed. I contacted the Fashion Nova representative to let her know. She told me to contact the post office again because they could go back 60 days. I also asked the Fashion Nova representative continuously about a record of the person who processed my return within the numerous emails. There has to be a person's name in the computer of the person who processed my return. Perhaps that person can tell everyone what happened to my second order. This statement and question about who processed my ordered was continuously ignored. I contacted the post office 1-800 number. The postal worker said that if I already have my tracking number they could go back 60 days. If not, they purge everything the next night after it's mailed. The postal worker encouraged me to contact Fashion Nova's Corporate office, as she too says that the worker who processed the return ID number has to be in the system for that return. This return is over $100. 9 items didn't just walk out of the warehouse. I called the warehouse over 30 times now and no one ever answers. I would think I am getting through and on hold for the next representative per automatic message and then after waiting for like 10 minutes the answering service would come on. I have left a message on the answering service and have not gotten a call back. This is the warshouse in Vernon, Ca where I sent my return. I seriously need some help.

Fashion Nova unfulfilled order took my money

I'm trying to figure out when my package will be fulfilled and delivered, I placed the order a week ago and still no shipping confirmation. You guys charge my card 180 dollars it's been week and my stuff still haven't came. Haven't receive no email from you'll guys or nothing! My order is [protected] fashion only sent me one email and that email was regarding my order being confirm. As of today I'm still waiting. My birthday Sunday and due to go out of town Sunday

Fashion Nova fashion nova

My order said it was delivered and it never was. I've been waiting for this package for weeks.. it even gave me a time stamp that was impossible as I was in eye view of my door since I had just received another order from a completely different company. I tried calling the company that was to deliver the items and they redirected me to a phone number to fashion Nova that just tells you to go online and make a complaint and then hangs up on you. Now I am -50$ and no package. So upsetting.

Fashion Nova scam! took my money, not fulfilling order

I've attempted to contact customer service 3 times by email and countless times by phone, to no avail.

I placed several orders on Jan 26 (5 smaller orders instead of having one large shipped) and I'm yet to receive anything 12 days later. That would be fine and I would assume it was slow postage. However 2 of the orders were randomly cancelled (I had to re-order it) with no explanation and one order has not even been shipped. It has been sitting there says status unfulfilled for 12 days. I finally received a response from "customer service" that did not address the problem at all and seemed like an automated response that made no sense. This website is extremely unprofessional and seems like a bunch of thieving scam artists at this point.

Fashion Nova randomly changed order status/no customer service help

I placed an order on 1/31 and when I tracked my order on 2/5 it said that the "order has not been fulfilled yet". My online bank statement shows that fashion nova charged my card and refunded my card on the same day however I never got an email stating what happened or why this happened. I would want to know what happened so I know if I should simply wait for the order or if I should place a new order. Also, I called customer service and never got a sales rep on the phone and was placed on a 4 minute hold and received an automated message telling me to go to their website and then the call was dropped. I even sent an email over 24 hours ago and haven't gotten a response either.

While I like the merchandise sold at fashion nova, it is incredibly unprofessional to not inform customers about order changes. The lack of basic customer service help made it even worse as I was never able to get my questions answered and am unsure how to proceed.

Fashion Nova Product never received

I had placed an order from November and now is February, I had received one item but the second item was NEVER received. I being trying to reach customer service by phone which is the worstttttt ever just a nightmare waiting on line for 20 minutes it's time to hang up on me as soon as the phone call waiting reached 20 minutes, I had sent more than 5 emails which where answered with mabo jumbo nothing related to the item that was never send. I want my money back for the item I never received and if you don't answer me back about my money I will dispute you and report you to bad business bureau.

Fashion Nova did not receive item I paid for

I ordered several items from Fashion Nova. The next day I received an email stating that due to the demand of shipping and different warehouses they couldn't send me one of the items and they would issue me an egiftcard in the amount of $15.99 and if the item was still available I could order it again. The item is originally $19.99 and i paid shipping so if i was to order it again I would have to pay $19.99 plus the shipping fee again. This is absolutely absurd. Then i emailed them about it and they gave me a code for free shipping but it can't be used with any other codes so again I would pay more than i originally did for the item. Why if it is in stock can't you just send it to me and keep the egiftcard? Why would I pay more for an item that I already purchased? This makes no sense and is really horrible customer service. I just can't bekieve it.

Fashion Nova customer service & credit policy

I am very upset. I was advised via email that one of my item would not be shipped due to the demand it was out of stock. As a result, fashion nova gave me a store credit less the discount for the item. This is unacceptable, I demand a full refund to my credit card versus a credit for item that was not shipped due your inability to provide a product that was in stock at the time of my order. In addition, your 1 800 Customer does not provide live support and disconnect the call. I will never do business with you again and I will have my Bank reverse the full purchase if this not resolved immediately. Very dissatisfied customer Jasmine M.

Fashion Nova block heels

I ordered a block heel but accidentally entered he wrong address and now they do not have an update on my purchase. I just want the heels delivered to home address or even close to where I live to avoid any other trouble from this website. Customer mistakes happen but I do not want to get upset with the vendor. If there is anything this website can do I would really appreciate it.

Fashion Nova order number #[protected] still not delivered

I placed the order on December 7th and the parcel was shipped. It's been more than a month now and I have not received the parcel. I keep calling up the courier and they say we will try and expedite the shipment. Nothing is happening. As I live in India it's very hard for me to keep calling USA. Please look into order number #[protected]. The tracking number of this parcel is R000003683293.

Fashion Nova billing / unfulfilled purchase

I just Wrote out a whole complaint and my whole thing deleted so now I'm even more mad. The stuff that I have Ordered has been sitting on unfulfilled for 4 days now and I refuse to get my stuff 30 days later like everyone else I want My money back if I do not receive my stuff I do not want store credits I want my stuff or I want My money. Your call line doesn't work I've been sitting on the phone forever and honestly this is ridiculous you guys took my money and I'm not getting what I paid for .. 2 day shipping ? No nope !
I am Beyond mad because last time y'all took my money and did not give me store credit y'all gave me a coupon on that did not even amount to the purchase ! I want my stuff ALLL of it or I want My money I do not want store credit ! I emailed you guys no answer .. I message on instagram no answer ... I don't understand why my card was charged if there was a billing address problem and no one reached out to me for 3 weeks until I sent an inquiry. I think maybe because you didn't fulfill the order the product is no longer available. My first order with you all was the exact same credit card and same billing address which you can verify from my profile. I'm quite disappointed because in my business if there is a problem with a billing address the credit card will decline and the customer notified immediately but you charged me. Please be honest and not say it's a bank issue when clearly it is not. I'm still waiting on my refund to be processed.

Fashion Nova my orders

I placed my order in december 8th received it in december 26th. It didn't fit me so returned it back it has been two weeks now, I am still not receiving any feedback from fashion nova. I tried to call their customer services, but they never picked up their phone. I am so upset, I don't want any gift card from you, I want my refund. You took 3 weeks to ship my package with the wrong size, so I sent it back, it has been two weeks now but still didn't get any feedback. I tracked it and I know you received it. This is called [censor]! I ain't gonna shop there anymore, you don't treat your customer right. And, I want my refund.

Fashion Nova rip off

I bought a couple of your items from fashion nova, unfortunately I never received the items, even though it said it was deliver. I done everything I could do. Contacted the post office, spoke with my neighbors and I still couldn't get my package. I always have been a loyal costumer to fashion nova. I never have been disappointed with items that I have bought, and never had an issue with my packages being deliver. I hope you understand where I coming from, I spent hard earn money on some items I wanted for a while. All I'm asking is for my package to be reimburse in store credit or have my order re ordered again.

Fashion Nova returning item

I'm wondering why after I returned my item with the return slip, and tracking number, paid an extra 10.00 to ship it back, am I still getting an email in response saying you have no info on my return?!

This is absurd and obviously not true. I paid for those jeans and returned them as directed so I want my damn refund or in store credit as I paid and have received nothing but emails questioning my integrity. Fix this as I am posting to every site I can. Including BBB, MESSAGE BOARDS, SCAM WEbSITES, etc... Until I get my refund in full!

Fashion Nova not receiving my shipment on time.

I placed my order on January 17th and I am still waiting for the shipment. I have sent countless emails and phone calls, but neither were answered. The two day shipping was a lie and the delays weren't even notified. I would have to constantly track my package inorder to find out if it was delayed or not. In the tracking it had stated it was in North Houston on the 20th and said it was on it's way. Four days later says it's still in Houston. Obviously something is going on here. This website is disappointing and I will spread the word about it.

Fashion Nova order

I place my order on December 9 for a dress which is needed for Jan 6 weeks passes by I have no shipment info. & there is no way to reach them by phone, all you get is voicemail & no one ever returns my call, I left many messages. I've send emails with my inquiry & later received response with order cancellation, I have reach out to this company many, many, many times by email with no resolution & there was no time for me to purchase another dress, I had nothing to wear for my daughter's 16 birthday party, what an embarrassment. This company ruin my event.

Fashion Nova not receiving credit/refund for returned items

Fashion Nova is ripping people off and it is COMPLETELY WRONG! I order very frequently from Fashion Nova and sometimes I like what I receive and sometimes I don't. About 6 weeks ago, I returned a large box of clothing items that did not work out. I made sure that I got a tracking number because I had read some reviews that stated that if you don't get one Fashion Nova will rip you off by saying they did not receive the package. This is exactly what they did to me and I had a tracking number through USPS that proved when and how it was delivered!
After emailing customer service multiple times (sometimes getting a reply back and sometimes not), I realized they were giving me the run around. I was smart enough to take an inventory of every item that I sent back and I provided them with a detailed list . I also gave them the tracking number associated with my return. When they realized that I had all of this they stopped emailing me back and would not respond back at all! I sent hundreds of dollars worth of clothes back and they refuse to acknowledge that they have even received my package let alone give me a credit/refund back.
This is highly unprofessional, morally wrong, and it is ILLEGAL! I am reporting them to the BBB but I will not stop there. I refuse to let Fashion Nova do to me what they have done to so many other people! They are a horrible company, please do NOT order from them!

Fashion Nova items not received.

Ordered items on the 24th of November 2017 (paid international shipping 5-10 days) for an event the 8th of December. I know it was cutting it close but because I have purchased items with them previously, I always received my items exactly one week from purchase date.
The 8th came and I have not received any updates. I sent an email and basically got a reply of "we know it's frustrating". I am sorry, but that is not an acknowledgement of fault nor an apology. I eventually got an email on the 12th of December stating my items were shipped and I also received store credit because half of my items were "sold out" and that was my reimbursement. I managed to cool myself considerably and then made another purchase with my store credit (which is basically my own money I was paid back for the missing items). I then convinced myself that it is a good thing as I would have new clothes for the December holiday as well as a Christmas outfit. Christmas came and nothing. I thought okay New Year. New Year came and nothing. I thought for sure on my birthday "8th of January". Nothing. I sent another email in between these dates asking for contact information and all I got was "courier: USPS". In what universe is that contact information?
I emailed on the 22nd of January and got a reply this morning (23rd January) that my items is "lost in transit". I now have to fill out a form for the insurance company, send emails and wait at least 30 days for investigation to take place. I want to add as a side note that I PAID for shipping and a specific date and that date has long passed and will not be reimbursed for that!? I am now waiting for two orders for two months! Absolutely pathetic! I have promoted fashion nova to numerous people and worn new items i purchased from Fashion Nova to every event I went to for the past two years. I am not upset about it getting lost as mistakes occur and some people are dishonest within the workplace. What I am upset about is the customer service, vague and automated responses and the unwillingness to do right by us as customers.
