Fashion Nova scam order not even fulfilled

I am beyond irritated right now, I spent a total of 70.89 dollars on my purchase of 3 items during their holiday sale. These items were going to be Christmas gifts... and it has been a week and the company is still PROCESSING my order. It hasn't even been fulfilled. The company just took the money from my bank account and haven't even packed my order yet. I emailed the company and all I get is a automated response, I called their phone number and nobody picks up. I have read hundreds of other negative reviews from people who haven't received their items either, so at this point I don't even want my items. I want ALL my money refunded back to my bank account, NOT onto a CARD for their website. I do NOT want to buy from FashionNova! This website is a scam and so unprofessional I am shocked. I want my money back, I paid 70 dollars for NOTHING to even make it to shipping.

Fashion Nova not delivered package

Hello,
I made an order a month and a half ago ( 9129295 ) and this was the tracking number R000003511709 . On the website it says that it has been delivered November 30th but I never received anything. I've been emailing fashionnova, the post office, rrd logistics ever since and no one replies. It was 560 dollars wasted for nothing. I'm expecting that package to come or else I'll make sure to let everyone know what this company does to steal money from people. You always seem to mess up big orders for some reason. I'm expecting some humanity and comprehension to get my package where it belongs. Thank you!

First time ordering from fashion nova. Tracking claims delivered but no package.

I've ordered items from fashion nova before with no issue. suddenly they've switched to some shady shipping company called RR Donnelly for Canadian Customers. I received a notice from UPS that I assume is contracted by RR Donnelly once the package crosses the border stating:

We previously sent you a delivery alert for the package(s) shown below. This package(s) will not be delivered as originally scheduled. We will provide you with updated delivery information as soon as we can and apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

RR DONNELLEY LOGISTICS

When I called UPS they told me to contact RR Donnelley b/c they had printed a label for UPS but had not provided a package. When I called RR Donnelley's office in Ontario I spoke with a guy who mumbled aggressively into the phone. He provided me some BS number in California that stated the office wasn't open...apparently, the genius receptionist forgot to turn the phone on during business hours.

My parcel is lost, and suprise, surprise - no answer from Fashion Nova whatsoever. I blew over $200 on their merchandise and never received it. Of course they hold no accountability for their shady shipper. DO NOT BUY.

Fashion Nova where is my package???

I'm extremely pissed off I placed my order on 12/14/17 here it is 9 days later an I haven't even received my tracking number yet this is ridiculous. This is my first purchasing from this company an first impressions are every thing !. I was expecting to get my order in time for Christmas clearly not going to happen they should have prepared better for the holiday shopping season the costumer care service sucks they keep sending me these automated apologies about how late my order is ... How about send me my TRACKING # an a email confirmation about it being shipped instead of the same automated apology .

Fashion Nova delays on my order!

So I placed my order on the 10th, it's a dress for a New Year's Eve party. I have not gotten confirmation that it shipped. I've tried calling, emailing, tweeting and have not been able to get in contact with anyone. This is absolutely ridiculous. I had to purchase a back up outfit for the occasion and it shipped within 24 hours! My order number is [protected] and believe me I'm going to keep trying to get in contact with someone and when I do they're going to hear it !

Fashion Nova there tracking.. shipment and lack of customer service

I ordered my items on nov 24th... On nov 28th I recieved a confirmation that my order is confirmed.

I then recieved an email apologizing that my item hasnt been shipped due to "black friday" and "cyber monday". This email came after me checking numerous times on their site to only see "infufilled" meaning
1. Items sold out.
2. They were still putting my confirmed order together and would shipped once done.

Couple days later I recieved a email with a 30% discount for the "overwhelming"

Then a week later I recieve another email with their " we are ashamed here is 40% for not getting your order to you.
Mind you I had ordered peices to wear to conpany functions. Nothing came and evwrything I ordered not in stock after they took my money now there are no available items.

I finally got 1 package thru ups. But the first package hasnt arrived almost 1mth now.

The post office says that the company gave me the wrong tracking number. So now I am not able to see anything beyond dec 16th.

You cant talk to anybody.
You send emails no replys

Like truly its all nice when they get our money but they have no one to answer a actual phone.

I am past disgusted. Since the start of the year ive gotten fashion nova credit because always out of stock.. I sympathize with you all.

Fashion Nova my order

I placed an order on December 2, 2017 and have not received it yet. I sent numerous of email and have got the same automatic message. Stupid me placed orders after my Dec. 2nd order and received them but still have not heard anything from my previous order. I guess i need to contact my bank to see if I can get a refund. I am so mad. The items ordered was for my birthday on December 16th and it never came.

I have been waiting on my order for about 2 weeks no one is responding to my emails. I'm really getting frustrated and want to know when will my items b shipped out period my order number [protected]
I have never experienced this with any other online company that I have ordered from. I just want my items or my refund back point blank period this makes no sense at all

Fashion Nova no customer service! stealing!

One of MANY emails I have sent to Fashion Nova that summarizes my issues with the company. I have spent about $1, 000.00 with this company and this is the type of service I receive. I have NEVER been able to actually speak with someone, I have only received automated messages. The first time I ordered it took OVER A MONTH to receive my items and half of them were not even in stock. I was supposed to be issued a refund and NEVER received it. That is STEALING! I was also issued a 30% off coupon that NEVER WORKED. The most recent order was going to be up to 7 days processing because of the holidays (which I agreed to) but has now been 10 days and my order has still not been sent out. This is the 2nd time this company has ruined my vacation. They can resolve this issue by contacting me and making arrangements to have my package shipped out TODAY via 1-day shipping that I am willing to pay for. I will continue to post negative reviews on ALL social media platforms and discourage everyone from purchasing from this company. I will be contacting bloggers and social media influencers to write about this poorly run company.

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:

I placed my order on Dec. 12th (#[protected]) and it has yet to be fulfilled according to my account. Your website says UP TO 7 DAYS processing delay and it has almost been 10. I specifically ordered these clothes for vacation that I am leaving to go on on Dec. 26th and without them I will have NOTHING to bring with me. This is the SECOND TIME IVE HAD TO DEAL WITH SHIPPING AND PROCESSING MISTAKES WITH THIS COMPANY and I am BEYOND ANGRY with this company. On July 20th I placed an order (#6047086) and I only received HALF the order. After emailing several times I was finally told I would be given a store credit THAT I NEVER RECEIVED and was also given a 30% off code that NEVER WORKED! That is practically considered stealing. I want my products shipped out TODAY via overnight shipping. This company needs to MAKE THIS RIGHT. I dont care if I have to pay for the overnight shipping but my package needs to be shipped out TODAY.

Fashion Nova my item hasn't shipped after 9 days and no one will respond to my emails

I am beyond frustrated because I placed an order for a dress to wear on New Years Eve 9 days ago! I assumed since fashion nova is located in the US I would have NO issues getting it in time but apparently I was wrong! I can't get anyone on the phone, no response to my emails. I get an automated reaponce that is not even about what I'm asking! This is absolutely ridiculous! I will never order from here again! I get my orders from China faster than this place! Do your self a favor and do NOT order from fashion nova! Especially if you need it within a month! So pissed!

Fashion Nova have not received my package

I placed my order on Friday. I reached out Monday to find out when my package would be shipping out and the representative told me, "your order is set to ship very soon". Yesterday, I checked the website to see if my package was shipped out and it still wasn't. Therefore, I reached out again yesterday but no one still has not responded. Then towards the evening, someone finally reaponds to my email only basically to tell me that he can't say when my order will be shipped out. I have placed orders with other companies such as Saks, Forever21, and DSW since then (Monday to be exact) and my packaged have already been shipped out and they informed me that my items will be here BEFORE Christmas. I need to make sure that my items from this company will be received BEFORE Christmas as well. Also, giving me and other customers 30% because this company dropped the ball does not smooth things over. We expect tp receive our packages. To not have a tracking number by now, is disgraceful. Today, I will definitely be reporting this company to the Better Business Bureau. When will my items be shipped out?

*Again, I qualify for 2 day shipping.

Fashion Nova customer service

Literally ordering anything from this website anymore stresses me out. First of all, I returned some items over a month ago and still haven't received any type of info on it which means the money I invested PLUS shipping was a waste. This company should be sued? I continued to order things with them because I like their stuff but here I am scrambling to get my stuff in time before I leave out of town on Christmas and it's been 12 days since I placed my order. Are you serious? I live in the [censor] United States haha somebody please help this company out and get me my money back.

Fashion Nova fashion nova false info and advertisement!

I placed my order on Dec 11th and havent got it yet! Left voice messages and 4 emails to their support team since Monday Dec 18th. No respond at all from them just automatic email stating they got my email and someone will be reaching out to me soon. In their website they put to expect extended processing time "Up" to 7 days. Also they have an advertisement of free two day shipping. I feel like they are not providing correct info to people. Why cant they be upfront and honest? Or just dont put any time frame at all ? They don't value their customers. They just care about the volume of orders they get which is basically all the money their making. I am posting this here as this is not the first time i have issues with my order and i want to make sure people are aware of their false info and advertisement over the internet.

I totally agree with you and their false advertisement. I have also placed 3 orders since November and I have not gotten any response from them. Every email I get is like an automatic email with different representative names. I am very upset as well.

Fashion Nova didn't receive any feedback about my order since december 8th

I am so upset actually, I placed my order since December 8th and my order has not been fulfilled yet . I tried to call their customer services number and no-one is picking my calls. this is a bad customer services. they charged me and didn't inform me about the progress of my order. I don't even want the product, I just want my money back . I ain't gonna shop there anymore.

Fashion Nova unfulfilled order

Fashion Nova status order

Placed an order Dec 7, 2017. My order # [protected] remains unfulfilled; website states up to 7 days for processing. It has been weeks and all I receive are generic emails and an automated system via phone. This is not good customer service. I Facebook them everyday and I email them everyday and no replies! I even told them that I will have my lawyer from New York Michael take a look at this. Seven days processing has past and now they want to add on that they experiencing stuff out of their control. They made me couldn't even be in my sister's wedding . I cried al day and all night. I have bin buying from them for three years now and this is unexpected.

Fashion Nova this site is ridiculous

I placed an order dec 1st its still showing unfulfilled i only get pretyped messages in response to my questions. I have asked for my money back they said they will not do that. That i can send the items back once i finally get them (which i will have to pay postage) and they will issue a store credit. I dont want a store credit i want my money back my whole issue is how long its taking to recieve my items im not hoing to wait again. I call customer service and never get to talk to anyone. The site and phone number say processing may take UP TO not up to and may exceed 7days. Oh but my cousin placed an order on dec.3 and had her order by dec 8th so where is my order? Ofcourse they took my money immediately so why cant i talk to anyone and find out where my money/order is? I already contacted the BBB.

Fashion Nova order unfulfilled

Placed an order 1st week of Dec, order # [protected] remains unfulfilled; website states up to 7 days for processing. Fashion Nova online orders and shipping

I placed an order on December 1, 2017 and I still have not received it. They continue to make excuses and sending me stupid generic email responses each time I contact customer service. They have stated on their website that ‘It Could' Take Up To 7 Business Days for orders to process. I never expected that could really should and beyond. I am very displeased with my shopping experience. Fashion Nova has my money and I don't have my order.
Now they know that women are buying their clothes etc like 40 going North. So beef up your number if staff. This makes no sense holidays or not. No other stores are behind like this.

Fashion Nova order process and refund

I placed an orders in the month of November from Fashion Nova. It is now December and I haven't received anything . I emailed them about it and they never responded. My order say has not yet been fulfilled and it's been almost a month. I
Ordered for Xmas and still havent recieved anything. When I call u can't even talk to no one. U send them email and they respond with a automated system. I see celebrity's in there clothes but that all is for show so people could order and be Scammed. Now they're saying some of my items were out of stock and gave me a gift certificate so when I try to re-order the stuff they're saying that I have to spend more money in order for the order to go through I don't want to spend more money for my order already spent as much money as I was planning to spend I should be able just ordered the message and that you didn't shed and the gift card cover it all is that of me having to add more to my card in order to place my order
