On the 27th of November 2023 I made a purchase of cloth online on FASHION Nova and I was debited 4,086.42 dirham. However few hours after which the money was debited I got a mail that the transaction had been cancelled from fashionova, due to the mistake With my billing address, so the order won’t process And they stated the money for purchase will be refunded within 7 business working days. I immediately send them a mail to request a refund. I waited for the refund but to no avail I haven’t received the money yet. It’s been over 5 weeks business working days. I haven’t still gotten the refund from fashionova. I have called my bank severally on this issue, they responded that this issue is from fashionova. I sent fashionova a complaint mail today. Now they are denying that no payment was taken from them when it clearly shows they debited me, I have all evidence concerning this transaction, I’m totally disappointed in this company. They took my money and refuse to refund the payment.
