False Advertising and Poor Customer Service: My Experience with FCP Euro's Return Process
FCP Euro is a business that claims to offer "Hassle Free Returns," but my experience with their return process was anything but hassle-free. Firstly, they make their customers pay for the return shipping, which is already an inconvenience. But what's even more absurd is that they require customers to repackage the item in a different box before returning it, just so they can reuse the original shipping box to resell it to other customers. If you don't use another box to protect the original box, they won't issue a refund. This is not only outrageous, but it also adds an unnecessary step to the already inconvenient return process.
When I spoke with a representative about this issue, they suggested that I find some free boxes at my local supply store. However, having to go out of my way to find another box is not at all hassle-free. To make matters worse, the entire return process ended up costing me $95, which is more than the product itself cost, which was only $90. I am extremely disappointed in FCP Euro's false advertising and lack of customer service. It is clear that this business prioritizes their own needs over those of their customers and does not care about the customer's experience.
I would not recommend this business to anyone and advise others to stay away from their false advertising and poor customer service. It's frustrating to see a company that claims to offer hassle-free returns, but in reality, they make it difficult and costly for their customers. It's important for businesses to prioritize their customers' needs and provide a positive experience, but unfortunately, FCP Euro falls short in this area. Mixed Experience with FCP Euro: Parts Didn't Fit, but Customer Service Tried to Resolve the Issue
I recently had an experience with FCP Euro that left me feeling a bit frustrated. I needed to replace the control arms on my Audi and decided to go with FCP Euro as my parts supplier. I called to verify that the kit I saw on their website would fit my Audi and was told that it would. However, when I received the kit and took it to my mechanic, he informed me that none of the parts would fit my Audi.

Overall, I appreciate that FCP Euro tried to resolve the issue, but I wish they had verified that the parts would fit my Audi before I purchased them. The mistakes they made ended up costing me more in labor than it should have. However, I was contacted by a Mr. Shane Giumarello who apologized for the mishap and reassured me that FCP Euro values their customers. I appreciate his efforts to make things right and will consider using FCP Euro again in the future.
