I have purchased me some parts and recieved as promised origional bmw parts made me feel so great that if I wouldve bought it from bmw dealership and it wouldve cost me An arm and a leg. Idk what else to say, FCP for life and trust me dont buy things for your car from ebay or amazon like I've done it before smh, it's all BS, spend alittle more to get origional parts from fcp that beats bmw dealership or any dealership prices. I can't believe it. I ordered some parts I was in desperate need of and paid 8 bucks extra for 1 day shipping. Normally it's free but they were washers and weren't over the $49.99 min for free shipping. I did this because I ordered these parts at almost 4pm. So I figured it would come not the next day but the following day. I walk outside at 9am the very next day and there were my parts. Less than 18 hours later. This is why I recommend fcp euro to everyone I know every chance I get. The parts are top notch and they all come with a lifetime warranty even on oil. Just send the used old stuff back and get new for free where else can you get lifetime free oil and filters for your car at? Fcp euro that's where lol. However, FCP Euro is definitely my favorite. The shipping speed is consistent and the selection is good, even for hard-to-find parts. I trust that FCP Euro does their due diligence in selecting the brands they offer. This is always my go-to reference list. I haven't had to use the lifetime warranty yet, but I have returned a couple of parts that didn't fit. The return process was always smooth and I never had to argue for my return merchandise authorization (RMA). I have also contacted a sales representative a few times and they have always been helpful and prompt. They also claimed that the fault was mine.
After 12 days of back and forth, FCPeuro finally sent me a return label. However, it took them an additional 2 weeks and a threat of a lawsuit for them to finally refund the cost of the part. I was not happy with the situation, so I decided to sue them for the $150 labor cost of the failed install.

I purchased 6 Index 12 Injectors from FCP Euro for around $2,000. Unfortunately, my engine blew up a few hundred miles after the purchase. Due to lack of time and money, I couldn't investigate the issue immediately, so I waited for a couple of months. After about 6 months, I sent my oil to a testing company to check if a road bearing had spun. They confirmed that it had, but they also found 2.6% fuel in the oil, which was surprising. This indicated that the injectors were leaking. Fuel mixed with oil can cause significant engine problems, possibly leading to the spun rod bearing. I removed the injectors and noticed that all 6 of them had black tips and smelled like fuel, confirming the leakage.
I contacted FCP Euro to request a full refund. However, they refused, stating that I had waited too long to contact them. They did offer a refund if I purchased another set of the same Index 12 injectors from them, but the price had increased by $500 to $2,500. They were aware that I couldn't install them as my vehicle had a spun rod bearing. I have comprehensive maintenance records for my vehicle, proving that it was well taken care of. I believe I deserve a full refund for a product that should have been functioning properly. It's unfair that a reputable vendor like FCP Euro doesn't provide a basic warranty for a $2,000 product.
