Partzilla Great Source for Genuine OEM Parts with Fast Shipping

Partzilla.com is a fantastic source for genuine OEM parts for motorcycles, ATVs, and more. I've had the pleasure of using their services multiple times, and each time I've been impressed. Partzilla They have it all!

Partzilla is my go to for the parts I need. I have a Honda Goldwing that's 10 years old and I've always found everything I need at Partzilla for the best price. Their website is easy to navigate and their service has been outstanding. Shipping has always been on time (quick) & usually free, (or reasonable cost for small orders). I also appreciate their superb attention to detail - everything I've ordered has always been in the box - no substitutions or errors of any kind - genuine parts every time - my expectations met fully. Thanks Partszilla - keep up the excellent work - from a grateful customer for life!

Partzilla SAVE TIME, MONEY, AND HEADACHES BUY HERE AND YOU WILL NOT BE SORRY

Restoring a 82 Honda Gold Wing Standard, and going thru it front to back and top to bottom. From brakes to hoses, timing belts to the fuel tank. I have found that Partzilla is my first stop to go to. Overall the prices are the best, Ok maybe one or two might be 25 cents higher but the shipping charges and the money you save on all the other parts you order, and the time in shipping is the best I have found. There will be that one they do not carry, and you might find it else where on ONE site and have to pay thru the nose but shop here first, save the extra money, fast shipping, and never had one problem. And not had to bend over once.

Partzilla Good Review

I have been reading these reviews and don't understand how I have NEVER had any issues with Partzilla. My only complaint is when I ordered an OEM Polaris part, they didn't have it in stock and had to wait for Polaris to ship it to them, and they never told me about a delay. However, now that I know that they don't stock ALL Polaris OEM parts, I understand. Any time I have emailed them with a question, they have always gotten back to me within a day. All parts I have ordered that have been in stock have taken three days from order to shipped to my front porch. I don't understand all the negative reviews. They are still, mostly, cheaper on most parts than other stores/websites.

Partzilla Lots of Parts in Stock & Quick Dispatch

I always make sure to check part quantities before ordering. If they have an item in stock it will normally ship the same day. Dealing with the Boats.net and Partzilla.com for years now and very happy with all aspects of service I receive. Phone calls and emails are always answered, which is not the case with many online sellers. If your part is not showing in stock best to give them a quick call and have them check availability if you are in a hurry for the part. They are upfront and honest and will give you the lead times provided to them by the OEM Manufacturers. Due to the nature of my business I deal with many parts suppliers and these are the best and easiest to deal with.

Partzilla Very Positive Experience

When you service 100 people and 1 has a negative experience he wants to tell the world, the other 99 just go about their lives. I'm sure the others with complaints are sincere, but their experiences were completely opposite of my experience. I ordered a complete seat assembly for a 2014 Honda CB1100. The order was placed late on a Thursday night (standard Free shipping) and the seat arrived the following Thursday: 7&1/2 days later. Details of Order:
1) List price: $391.75 Partzilla price: $269.33 Savings: $122.42
2) Totally FREE shipping and the item was "double boxed" for protection
3) No sales tax or any other fees.
I would gladly order from Partzilla again and would recommend them to others.

Partzilla Commercial customer Heaven

We have been a commercial customer (independent repair facility) of Partzilla for the last 5 or so years. We buy a lot of parts from them. I am pleased with the inventory stock ( they stock far more than most dealers, and I used to be one) have excellent pricing, great customer service (if the rare problem ever does occur) and the shipping time and cost is very reasonable (we rarely pay for shipping as we rarely place small orders). Their online microfiche is quite good, however, since the last update the scrolling schematic until you get to the bottom of the parts list is annoying but manageable. I am very pleased to be a Partzilla customer and will continue to be for the foreseeable future! Great job guys! Keep up the good work!

Partzilla Partzilla.com actually came thru!

I initially posted a negative review of partzilla.com but after the supervisor Chris reached out to me and offered a refund and sent the right part expedited, i decided to give them another try. I am a repair shop them so its really important to save money. They also offered me a commercial discount which is easy to apply for and now i save 20% off additional. I think the reason a lot of people are upset is that the estimated ship time is not clear. It says ships in 2-4 business days but that is when the part leaves, and then you have to allow extra time for the carrier. Its worded confusingly. Plus the cart empties a lot, but they said they are fixing that. This time I got my parts on time, and all was as expected. I will be giving them another try soon.

Partzilla Love this Company & Website

I operate a small rural motorcycle repair shop and love Partzilla for all my OEM part needs. I use them almost exclusively. I like being able to go online, find the parts diagrams and pick those exact parts that I actually need. Almost all parts I've ordered have been right there in stock, and I've had great customer service in those few instances when finding those hard-to-find parts. Partzilla has helped me out when other places couldn't, or wouldn't. IF I had any complaint at all, it would be not having a faster shipping (such as overnight or a 2-day) option on the smaller parts. It would be helpful to have that in certain situations, but usually, shipping has not been issue for me, especially when compared to some of the other online web sites. Partzilla is definitely my "go to" company for OEM parts.

Partzilla Great Place to buy OEM Parts for HONDA

Needed some more parts for our 2016 P1000-5D. Parts search function was the only way to order the parts as the 2022 parts catalog had not yet been uploaded. I found the part numbers on another site and entered them into the PARTZILLA Search bar, they came up immediately, good pricing and in stock, ready to ship. I was surprised because these were new parts for the 2022 models. Parts were in stock, better than local dealer pricing (by a LOT!), cheap shipping and arrived in about a week from placing the order. These parts actually arrived faster than if I had bought them locally. Will do business with them again. I am a certified Honda Technician (Retired) and I enjoy doing my own work and saving big. I figure that by doing my own work, I saved thousands of dollars over using the dealer for this project and I know I got a better product in the end.

Partzilla Excellent first purchase from Australia

This is my experience from my first partzilla order. It took just over 2 weeks to arrive to Australia including over a long weekend (public holiday), I thought this was quite quick. The parts were significantly cheaper, especially shipping costs compared to other places I researched (still not cheap for 2 o-rings and a special o-ring seal at $25 AUD including shipping). The parts came well packaged and as described (even GENUINE HONDA!). Overall very happy and now I can hopefully get my xr600 intake manifold to seal properly and allow me to tune the engine correctly. On a side note, all the negative reviews almost prevented me from using partzilla, but I'm glad I took them with a grain of salt. If an item works out cheaper using partzilla and isn't a priority part I will gladly use them again. Another side note, items listed as available in x-x days obviously means it's not in stock!

Through Partzilla,com, Order #XX-XXXXXXX in case they want to respond to this complaint. I ordered an ATM quad part on May 16, 2020 that stated it was in stock and would be delivered to my on May 22.
I called on May 23, was told it was back ordered and I would have it June 1. Called June 1 and was told I would have it June 8.
Called June 9 and was told I would have it as expedited shipping and would received it June 29.
Got an email on June 18 saying it would now be shipped on July 20. I called on June 18 (number 42 in the que, waited over an hour listening to their spiel and hold music) and cancelled the order and requested my refund. I had located the part on Boats.net that said there were 3 in stock. Guess what, they are the same company and again, there are no in stock. I will be posting the review on Boats.net on another complaint. Their sites are using fake inventory to get orders.
Do not shop through either Partzilla.com or Boats.net

No shipping and they keep putting me off. I do receive a callback but every time they tell me the part is on back order and will ship soon. Nothing as yet. They also cancelled a part due to not having it. I'm still waiting on that refund as well. It's been over a week so far.

I had ordered some replacement parts from partzilla, they were advertising free shipping over 150 dollars. Parts ordered were 450 dollars. After weeks of waiting for 1 out of stock parts to come in. Part was in stock, received an email saying they wanted 166 dollars to ship and if I didn't accept they would refund the order. I let them know it was free shipping and have a paid invoice saying so. No answer from them and a week later I got a email saying I was refunded. Bad for business and will never shop here again.

I *** only order from partzilla again IF I can't find the part anywhere else. I will then expect to wait 10+ days for my parts to even ship out. Not to mention, be lied too about when the parts will be shipped out. I hope the parts quality is better than their shipping department.

I called and waited about 2 mins for a rep the answer. The part was sent to the wrong warehouse for shipping. A little disorganized maybe but very helpful. They refunded my payment in a matter of a couple days because I no longer needed the part. I might do business with them in the future.

I had ordered some replacement parts from partzilla, they were advertising free shipping over 149 dollars. Parts ordered were over $200 dollars. After weeks of waiting for 1 out of stock parts to come in(even though it said it was in stock when I ordered it) Part was in stock, received an email saying they wanted 166 dollars to ship and if I didn't accept they would refund the order, but I didn't get that email until I called complaining to customer service. She sent that email out and claimed she didn't. I asked to speak to a manager, I let them know it was free shipping and have a paid invoice saying so. He proceeded to tell me they have a shipping clause stating they can charge extra after the items have been order if it's heavier or large in size than thought. He also offered to cute the extra shipping cost in half. Which is still ridiculous. Their "free shipping on orders over $149 is false advertising. With that being said I will never use this company ever again. Go to *** if you need off-roading vehicle parts.

Ordered $115 in parts after shipping, all parts were in Stock when ordering. It said 1-2 to ship. Ordered on a Saturday was watching to see when shipping was going to happen. Nothing on Monday, Tuesday checked again then 1 part was out of stock, then it updated to part was coming in on Friday. Called them on Thursday to let them know that I wasn't happy. Friday 1 pm I checked again and still not shipped. Call them about it then noticed part wasn't showing up till Monday. That's when I called & canceled the order, went to *** ordered the same parts for less & all have been shipped promptly. Don't waste time with these clowns.

Wish I had read this review before ordering from Partzilla.com. Every item I ordered still states it is in stock and ships within 24 hours. 5 days and counting and counting and my order is still being "prepared". Have called twice and the first operator told me orders ship within 24-48 hours when every item I ordered states on the website that it is in stock and ships within 24 hours. Your poor business /shipping model is why this company will eventually fold. I'm canceling when they open in the morning and I'll take my business elsewhere. Not sure how this company has managed to stay operational this long. I was just trying to help the local economy and support a Georgia business but they just lost a first time customer. Won't be fooling around with them again.

Partzilla Fraudulent and misleading advertisement and billing After several notifications of parts being back ordered to complete

Fraudulent and misleading advertisement and billing After several notifications of parts being back ordered to complete my order, and patiently waiting fro several weeks, Partzilla sends an email notifying me of the need for an additional $154 dollars in shipping charges. The order placed was for over $200 dollars and qualified for the free shipping. It was understood that several parts that could be ordered would qualify as over sized, thus inuring additional charges. In this order no part was over sized. The largest component was a plastic skid plate which is by no means heavy or over sized. After giving Partzilla a chance to correct their stance on the issue an option was given to them to remove the supposed over sized item and refund that amount plus tax. Partzilla chose to forgo this option and only left the option to cancel the order with a full refund. It is currently unknown if a refund will come through. I have lost several weeks of time with no compensation. This company institutes the common bait and switch by allowing consumers to believe they are getting one thing and then try to scam customers out of additional funds for shipping. If Partzilla wishes to continue the use of advertising free shipping on orders over $149 dollars than guidelines of exact weight, and or measurements need to be posted for full transparency to notify customers of what components will be charged an additional fee, several weeks after the order has been placed.

I placed an order with Partzilla, which states it was shipped *** Both *** and *** have no record of this product even being shipped despite what Partzilla states. I have e-mailed Partzilla twice. Do they have evidence that the product actually left their warehouse and was shipped? According to both *** and *** it was never shipped. Also note, the one part was limited, only 1 left In stock when I placed the ordered. Will they offer a replacement and will that replacement be shipped overnight? Partzilla has not taken any responsibility for the tracking, none. They have made no effort but instead return vague e-mails instead of actual details. Why is it, like others have stated they their web site states in stock or shipped in 1-2 days when that doesn't happen and the actual product doesn't exists. Why are they not following up on the product tracking? Was this product ever actually shipped?

I ordered a part from this company on line and they charged my account for the part. Even though i sent a screen shot to them of my credit card being charged but there saying the they have no knowledge of it and refuse to refund me or send my part. Thats shady business practices and they dont deserve to have a buisness liscence if they cant coduct them selfs professionally

I was charged for an item they did not even have and can no longer get and now I have to wait up to 14 business days for my refund ? This company is terrible at keeping track of inventory and it has caused me problems the last 2 times I ordered anything . How can you have an item on sale on your site that you don't carry and can no longer get and then charge someone before knowing if you even have it ?

Apparently I am not the only one who has experienced this company's predatory sales practices. Look around online and you'll see plenty of experiences like mine. Partzilla outright lies to you about their available stock and shipping times. What appears as 1-2 days lead time with 4-7 days shipping is actually weeks upon weeks of waiting. This is because they don't actually have a warehouse with stock, they drop ship to you from the distributor so any delays getting those parts to you are entirely for you to wait for. When you bring it up to customer service, they give you the ring around and tell you it will be available immediately, but the next day nothing will have changed. Days and weeks later, it's still the same. Their customer service told me 3 different times that it would ship the next day, and when asking to follow-up, I was told the same exact thing by another customer service rep. Their prices may be low, but unless you want to be lied to and jerked around and to wait for weeks you're better off spending the extra few bucks at a dealership or retailer that actually has the product in stock. If you want to wait much longer than expected for your parts, to be lied to by customer service, and to generally have a bad customer experience, this company is the one you want.

I tried "contact us" and sent a message 2days ago, I have not recieved an answer. I tried online chat, sent message. No response other than an automated one that says we will get back to you.

Partzilla polaris parts

[protected] is my order number.. I ordered on 6/20/22 and never recieved the item, cant get in touch with anyone about my refund.. I'm not gonna wait over a month for a part.. Part was on backorder, I patiently waited while the backorder date kept getting extended... I am now at the point that I want a refund..

Partzilla Wrong parts sent

Ordered parts from Partzilla and after waiting 3 weeks they sent the wrong parts. I go to their website to return them and got a notice that I needed to call instead. Well the wait time was 3 hours and 45 minutes. Who in the hell is gonna wait that long on the phone. I tried the online chat, same thing. They have no email contact and make it impossible to get ahold of them. I’ll never use Partzilla again and I guess I’m out $80. Buyer beware, Partzilla sucks.

Partzilla Nearly killed me

You sent me defective oil filters that nearly killed me. Im contacting my attorneys to see if i can sue for negligence and reckless endangerment. Last night after changing my oil and filter (emgo brand), The new filter shot off my bike on the freeway and got oil on my front and back tires. I thought i had must have double gasketed the filters but after pulling the old filter out of the trash i see that it was not in fact my fault and that emgo sent me a defective filter, and that the threads arnt long enough to properly seal to a Kawasaki vulcan (although partzilla claims it is the original Kawasaki part that comes from the factory). Im contacting my business attorney now (Charles Rowe) to see if i have a case against partzilla and emgo.

Partzilla bad business practices

TO MANAGEMENT: We are VERY dissatisfied with your service and lack of customer support regarding this order, It has taken over 2 months for this order to be in stock, you received over $2600.00 back when the order was first placed 8/22/2018, your shipping cost blow out by another 200% or more after shipping was already calculated and paid, And you cancelled the order 3 days after all parts were in stock.
the refund was over $400.00 short on what was paid, And on re entering the order most of the parts have a price increase.
Sorry but cannot do business with this type of standard service, Because this job has been quoted to the customer base on your costing including shipping you have created a loss for our business for over $2500.00.
As we have a close relationship we most small engine workshop in the state of south Australia as we have been running this for over 30 years and supply to local government departments we will not recommend any to this kind of business practice via social media and internet forums
We will not be completing this order as we have tried to come to some arrangement but you are not interested in what has taken place.

Partzilla Order #: [protected]

Ordered a part that, according to their website, appeared to be on-hand so I purchased it. A few days later, received an email that there was a delay of a few days. Okay, I can deal with it. The new shipping day comes and goes. Nothing. I contact Partzilla. They don't have the part and don't know when it will come in. Well that would have been good to know before ordering, right? I ordered the merchandise February 24, now they tell me the part won't be available to ship until March 25. Now that really would have been good to know before ordering. I told them to cancel it but get no response from customer service. They suck big time.

So, I needed two brake pistons for my bike rebuild. I had purchased a used set on eBay which didn't work out. The lag time put me behind schedule so I needed a new set of pistons. Partzilla was the only supplier that said "In Stock - Ships Tomorrow." So I thought that I'd give them another chance. This morning, I received an email from Partzilla announcing that the parts will (supposedly) ship in 1 or 2 days. I went back to their web page listing the item and...now it "ships in 1 or 2 days."

This is what happens on a continual basis with Partzilla. I very much expect that I'll get another email in 1 or 2 days stating there's been a delay and the parts will ship in about a week. There you have it ... Standard Operating Procedure from Partzilla. Buyer beware of their misleading tactics to get you to buy.

Partzilla Cheater

I have ordered some parts from www.partzilla.com website and they said that it was free shipping. About two weeks later I received a call and was told that I need to pay for shipping if I want to get my order!
I asked Partzilla what was going on and they said that my package was too heavy so they had to charge me a shipping fee. They refused to cancel my order so I had no other choice and paid. I will never buy from this cheater site again!

Partzilla They provided wrong parts and their services were awful

I ordered car parts from the company www.partzilla.com, but these jerks shipped me wrong ones. I contacted the customer services and asked to change it, but the rep refused. He told me that it was only my mistake; therefore they weren’t responsible for this. The company turned to be really unprofessional and bad, so better avoid them. And share your views.

Car parts? You've just exposed yourself as either a bot or a competitor. PZ does not sell car parts, only powersports (bike/ATV) parts. False posts like yours undercut the value of sites like this one.
