11/26... went on online and completed on line pickup request PRP460533301 for package to be picked up between 8am and 8pm on 11/28, at my residence. 11/28... got up at 7am and started waiting for Fedex to pickup package. At 11am received call that driver had been to our house and no one was home. Not True. I am handicap in a wheelchair and can't go unless I get some one to drive me. Call said they would contact driver and come back. no one ever showed. 11/29... Called Fedex cust rep to complain all she did was say how sorry she was and to reschedule it for 11/30. PRP [protected] (that number may not be right was hard to understand. 11/30... Got up at 7:30a and opened front door and waited in living room, no more that 10 feet from front door. again at 11a received call that driver had been and not one at home. NOT TRUE. I continued to wait until 3p and call the cust rep line again. all rep could say was that he was sorry for inconvenience and that he could schedule me for tomorrow 12/1. So far I have been waiting for 3 days at 12 hours a day and on one came and Now I have to wait another day and only HOPE that the driver comes. Cust Reps don't seem to care about customers. I tried to get to talk to supervisor but rep refused and would only keep saying they were sorry,
Desired outcome: PLEASE PICKUP MY PACKAGE. IT IS A RETURN THAT MUST BE BACK WITH 30 DAYS OR I FORFIET MY REFUND.,.........
