tire rotation
On 08/17/17 took my 2014 Silverado for oil change/ tire rotation/ 27 point inspection. after leaving dealership the truck " fish tailed" around slight curve. I thought i had a flat or low tire. Checked and couldn't see anything. On the way back which wasn't even 1000 ft it had a vibration at 15 mph. The cause of all this was a wheel not securely torqued properly! It was on loose!
I wasted an hour and half while they had to replace the rim, and clean the threads on the studs of aluminum shavings. For my time I received a "free oil change" and a "sorry"

My wife and I found a 2015 Silverado 2500 at Feldman of New Hudson online. Went in to check it out, they brought it up for us to test drive. It wasn't long and we noticed that half of the things listed were not on the truck. Sales rep verified by the VIN it was the truck listed. He and the sales manager apologized and suggested a 2014 with all the things listed for the 2015. We liked it, called the next day and told the Rep that we were leaving town for the 4th of July weekend and would be in on Tues, July 5 to sign paperwork. He said he would clean it up and have it ready. The Morning of the 5th he called to say they had sold it on the 4th. He also indicated they had no more used trucks but had some 2016 still on the lot. Nice bate and switch.
