Figs Comfortable Scrubs with Great Customer Service

As someone who values both comfort and style in workwear, I can confidently say that Figs delivers on both fronts. I have purchased multiple sets of scrubs from Figs, and they have all been incredibly comfortable and durable. The designs are not only functional but also fashionable, making me feel confident at work. One pair I bought in January is still holding up well even after months of use. Additionally, I also tried their shoes, which were comfortable and stylish, although I encountered an issue with one pair. However, the customer service team was quick to address the problem and issued a credit promptly. This level of customer care truly sets Figs apart. If you're looking for high-quality scrubs with great customer service, Figs is the way to go!

Figs Figs scrubs are the clear leader among a large field of medical scrub brands

Figs scrubs are the clear leader among a large field of medical scrub brands. Their scrubs are the most comfortable I've tried and there is an excellent variety of color choices. One major factor for me personally is their effort to reach men in the medical scrub market. A large portion of companies and scrub stores cater almost entirely to women. I appreciate the consideration and effort that has gone into developing this brand into what it is today. I have completed two orders with Figs this year and both have been perfect. You can add me to the growing number of loyal customers. Great work!

received fig uniforms as a christmas gift but did not fit since there is no store to try them. called fig employee who stated " since it was a final sale no exchange" she insisted that i try to resale them myself. I will never deal with them again and i wont recommend anyone to buy since those expensive uniforms can not be exchanged

I am not the recipient of the Figs. Our son has been completing his medical residency during these difficult years and we have been sending him Figs for a couple of years now. These lift his spirits, and the Hospital Staff love the various colors and styles. Our son was recently recognized for looking so professional in his Figs with his name on the scrubs. Our orders have always been sent quickly and accurately. The quality is excellent and our son enjoys getting his surprise orders. Keep adding the new colors and fun compression socks!

They recently changed the product material without notification. I recently bought their new Dark Magenta scrubs and the size of the scrubs is larger. When notified of them about the size discrepancy they ir response was that they go through "extensive quality assurance." The last thing that customers should know is that the puffer jackets are priced for over 200 dollars. When asked what is the puffer jacket filled with because most puffer jackets on the market with that price are filled with downed feathers. They replied "100% recycled polyfil." This is just a few of the many complaints from myself and others. Just thought consumers should be aware because I wish I had seen the same information before spending money.

The quality of this companies scrubs, jackets, coats, etc - is unmatched. As an ICU nurse working in a pandemic the last two years, the last thing I want to worry about it comfortable scrubs. I mistakenly ordered the wrong pair of scrub pants and put in a separate order with the correct pair. I contacted customer service and they replied pretty quickly and refunded my money for the incorrect pair AND refunded me the shipping since I put in two separate orders. I've never had an issue with any of scrubs and they're super cute and comfortable.

Apparently my card was lost in transit during the holidays. But after an email by me regarding the tracking information, they were most helpful and sent me a replacement card out right away. Figs Their scrubs are extremely expensive but I do think that they are very high quality

Their scrubs are extremely expensive but I do think that they are very high quality. Mine have lasted me almost two years now with no issues. The fabric is super soft and comfortable and whenever they get wet it dries pretty quickly. I think their customer service is great- every time I've had to contact them they've been super kind. My only complaint is the price of their product but I think everyone can agree they are overpriced.

Figs I placed an order for 2 items

I placed an order for 2 items. I paid and received confirmation via email & text. 2 days later I called to check they tell me my 1 item is sold out. I placed an order on Aug. 19, 2020. Order #XXXXXXX. It was confirmed. I checked the status and it said "unfulfilled" so I sent a text to customer service and their response was that my order was in line to be processed and I would receive tracking information as soon as it is sent. The next day I called to speak to a representative and he told me my item has been sold out. I did not receive any e-mails from them explaining this. This should not even be the case because my order was confirmed which means that item is mine. How do you confirm your customer's order is complete then not have enough to fulfill their orders?

order #XXXXXXX placed on 11.30.2021 I am a first time customer, I went by the measurements provided by the seller. I'm always small with other uniform makers. All of the items that were sent are either too small or too short and I'm a small human being. Part of my order is a final sale. Figs would not return calls and last time I spoke with them would not exchange the size of the merchandise even though I'm NOT asking for a refund- I just need to be able to wear the uniforms. I spent quite some time measuring myself to make sure I fit the size description- I want an exchange since description didn't Mach the size of the received merchandise

Figs Order Issue with Size and Customer Service

I returned the item for an extra small size because the small size I usually wear was significantly larger than expected. I have not yet received the replacement. Worse, customer service stopped responding to my emails. Despite multiple unanswered calls, I was initially told when to expect the items, but they never arrived. Figs stopped replying to my emails, and now when I call, I don't even get a ring—just a message that is far from the truth. Their scrubs are overpriced, and for a company of their valuation, they fail to treat their customers properly. I paid over $77 for two pieces with a 15% discount. Moreover, the waistband on their scrubs is too large and requires better adjustment.

I had purchased 3 maternity tops from this company. I had to return these items and was issued a QR code to return items. After several weeks I saw no refund for the items so I reached out to the company. The company apologized and gave a store credit which I had asked for a cash refund. The company is refusing to Issue a refund and says they will only issue a store credit. However I am very unhappy with the quality and will not be using the credit to purchase from their company in future. If I knew they would hold my money I would have just sold the shirts separately and not returned them. I am asking for a full cash refund of my money.

Figs I received these scrubs as a gift and as such do not have the order number

I received these scrubs as a gift and as such do not have the order number. I would like to exchange the scrubs. But company will not allow me. I received these scrubs as a gift. I do not have the order number since it was a gift. All the scrubs are un-worn, tags on and in original packaging. I've emailed and they said there is noway to return without the order number + Zip code . It's IMPOSSIBLE to get anyone on the phone - when you call it says press 1 to talk to their "world class" customer service, which is garbage - bc it puts you on hold for 10 min and then sends you to a voice mail. I'm an ER physician in Brooklyn, on the front lines of the COVID disaster, what I need with the little time I have is to not have to spend it calling/emailing them & I need to be able to actually wear the scrubs.

I am a registered nurse and I have been working in the health care industry for 13 years. I understand that all clothing companies have different sizing but I believe it is discriminatory to carry at 2x that fits a size women's 16. In every other clothing store a 2x is a women's 20-22. Of course the response from people is *** lose *** yes that would be wonderful to lose weight over night. I believe that this company *** against *** who are on the plus size side of women's clothing. They are not inclusive or body positive. I received 2 pairs of compression socks on 11/19. I mistakenly ordered a medium in the socks instead of small. I realized this when I was notified my order shipped. I waited until they arrived to start an exchange order but was told they are nonreturnable. I could not find in the item description that they are non returnable. I have not opened the shipping bag so the socks are sealed in their package.

With that being said, I recently purchased a Scrub Top (Final Sale) and Scrub bottoms (returnable) in the same color (Caribbean Blue) and both items were purchased in my husband's regular size, Large. When I received the items they were completely different color so they did not match. The shirt was also extremely small compared to my husband's other Large shirts from the same collection of Figs. I'm beyond upset that I spent the money on a shirt that is not the standard size and I cannot get matching pants either. They will not accept the top as defective since it is Final Sale, which I would understand with normal circumstances.

I attempted to order scrubs from Figs Scrubs. My card was declined. When I called my Walmart visa Bank card number the funds had been deducted from my card. When I attempted to call them (Figs) to inquire I got the run around. They couldn't give me a valid reason why the fundshad been deducted. They man on customer service line wouldn't answer my question. But the funds are deducted and I've not received a confirmation code. I just want to cancel the transaction and get my funds back. On May 7 I emailed Figs asking them when these tops would be available and the response they gave me was that these tops are from old previous collections and they were not going to be back. They told me the pictures I had were fraud and on May 11 the same tops are now available for purchase on the website. They gave me incorrect information saying it was a totally different color when it was in fact the new colors. The figs "ambassadors" are posting them on social media saying it's coming out soon. As a customer that has spent a good amount of money on scrubs with figs I feel upset and I feel like they tried to dismiss me and now they are no longer answering my emails.

As the website did not create a return slip (despite their clearly stated return policy), I contacted the support right away and was told by *** that I should expect to receive my return slip by email within 72 hours. Having no response after 72 hours, I contacted the support again. This time *** F. said she reached out to her manager and if I don't hear back within 48 hours, I should reach out again. After patiently waiting for 48 hours, still no response, I contact them again. *** F. responded to me saying that she put in another request to her manager. It's been 10 days since I initiated my return process and I am still waiting for my return slip.

I placed an order with FIGS on may 7 order # XXXXXXX for 2 sets of scrubs. The total shipping duties taxes cost = 64.27. If you order 1 set of scrubs the total shipping, duties and taxes cost = 25.44. Which makes a difference of 13.39. If you place an order for 1 pair of pants and 2 tops, the shipping duties and taxes = 17.41. I understand that anything over a certain amount is subject to duties, however I don't understand how the cost more than doubles when duties is being applied, and then drops, if you add another top. I did request a refund, and was told they cannot refund me the difference, they would have to cancel my order and I would have to replace the order, yet I risk of not being able to order the set in that specific color as it is a limited edition color. I feel like the shipping costs are dishonest and that this should be looked into

Figs After multiple emails and phone calls, the company is ignoring me and not sending me a prepaid return label as promised on their website

After multiple emails and phone calls, the company is ignoring me and not sending me a prepaid return label as promised on their website. I submitted a "return request" on September 16. I was advised that it would take 48-80 hours to be sent a prepaid return label so that I could send my item back, as I live in Canada. A week later and this company has not responded to multiple emails/other messages on social media, and after trying to contact them by phone 5 different times after 20 mins of waiting, I am prompted to leave a message or email them. They advertise free returns on their website and say that they are fast and easy to do. It is unfair that I am being ignored and I haven't been sent my label in the time stated by FIGS and their customer service. They only allow 30 days for a return, and if I am continuously being ignored, the window for my return will be closing very soon.

I have purchased upwards of *** dollars in scrubs from Figs. I bought them because they were supposedly of good quality and I loved the way they felt. I work in a healthcare field that doesn't require the wear and tear that you might see in other healthcare professions, I have a lot of desk work. Not even a year has gone by and one of the pair of pants I bought ripped at the seams while literally doing nothing but sitting. I was told that Figs only guarantees their product for 6 months and the best they could do was a discount code. So for a 50$ pair of pants you only guarantee that they'll last for 6 months? Not only that but I can get a discount code online. I have purchased much cheaper quality scrubs that have lasted twice as long when I've been in a department with twice as much work. I will no longer be supporting a company that charges outrageous prices for scrubs that don't even last a year.

I purchased 4 pairs of scrubs from the company which was the same style and size as I previously ordered, thus, not thinking it would not fit. When I received the scrub pants, they did not fit at all. The sizing was off completely. When I contacted the company regarding the pants and sent in pictures showing how the sizing is off while wearing the scubs and when comparing them to the previous pairs I had, they claimed that it fit as it should. They would not start a return on the order due to the pants being nonreturnable. As stated, I did not think this was a problem since I own other products of theirs and did not expect this to occur. It can be clearly seen that in the hip area and crotch area there is less room in the new pants. they are more tapered. For many people this may work, but but me i am not able to move as needed while wearing scrubs. It was suggested to me by the rep that I spoke to, that I can try and sell the pants on a third party website in order to get money back.

I placed a order with FIGS and ordered a scrub top, pant, and undershirt. *** tracking showed it delivered to my home on 2/13/22. However, I have cameras and surveillance footage and no one ever came to my home or up my driveway to deliver package. I contacted *** and followed the steps to ensure neighbors did not receive it and that it was not left in surrounding areas. The package is no where to be found. Tried to contact Figs and the number says to email or text. I did both and have gotten no response. Now I am out the money for the work attire I ordered and have no package and have no way to contact other than the steps that I have used. My house is clearly marked and GPS pulls my location directly up. There needs to be a number where you can reach someone at Figs or get a immediate response instead my package is lost and I can't get someone to answer me from Figs not *** on where my package is or what I can do to get a replacement sent to me ASAP. I use them for work and clinicals and I desperately needed those scrubs!

I am trying to exchange items to Figs that I bought for Christmas for my girls.I didn't know there was a 30 day return or exchange policy. I purchased items on November 29th which didn't arrive until December 7th. Order #XXXXXXX using PayPal. Unaware if the 30 days return policy, my daughter that lives out of state sent her figs back with my sister last weekend to return to Figs. All I want to do is exchange the items that I paid for.I contacted them and they have refused to exchange or refund the money. My husband and son are police officers and this is theft by deception. I'm not asking for anything that isn't fair or just.I have sent them text with the only replies back is they are sorry they can't help me. I asked be contacted by a supervisor and those messages have been ignored. My husband spent $20 today to return that they are refusing to exchange. My daughter for her birthday next month wanted me to order additional Figs. Unfortunately, I will be unable at this time to fulfill her request for Figs until they exchange the items that were returned.

Figs FIGS has failed to give me a return label for my clothing items and it has now been almost 3.5 weeks - they said it would take a few business

FIGS has failed to give me a return label for my clothing items and it has now been almost 3.5 weeks - they said it would take a few business days. On July 2nd, I ordered a scrub shirt and pants - order #XXXXXXX. I got my order within a few days, and realized neither the scrub shirt or pants fit me. On July 16, I requested a return label through the website for both items, I was told I would recieve a return label within a few days. I repeatedly followed up with the team every week to see what was causing the delay. Everytime, I got the exact same copied and pasted response. It is August 10 now.. almost a month later and I have no return label, scrubs that do not fit me, and *** USD wasted on scrubs - money that is a lot to me especially during a pandemic and as a new graduate still seeking a job. As a last resort now, I am contacting the Complaintsboard.com because 4 weeks is not equivalent to the few business days that FIGS promised. I see celebrities promoting FIGS all over social media and saying how they're so great, but they clearly do not care about their customers - maybe the social media starts should promote that too. I'd appreciate if Complaintsboard.com could help me acquire a return label or my money back as I could really use it. I have attached proof of my conversations / order below. Thank you so much for your help.

The size guide on their website does NOT match their clothing size plus you cannot exchange! This was my first time ordering from FIGS. I ordered my scrub set based on your size guide but unfortunately both the bottom (especially at the waist) and the top are too large. I need to tuck in the top to keep the bottoms from falling down. Additionally my top is the three pocket one (Casma) so I basically cannot use my pockets once it's tucked it. They are not offering exchange to Canadian costumers. I don't think it is worth it for me to return the items due to the cost barrier as I paid *** CAD in shipping and had received a 20% discount when I ordered. If I do re-order I'd have to pay *** CAD just for shipping a single set of scrubs. I'm just very frustrated because I did every single measurement on their size guide very carefully and it still ended up being wrong. Since they are not offering any exchanges, the least they can do is to create an accurate size guide- it is not costumers fault if they order a wrong size based on the guide and are stuck with it due to cost barriers like shipping fees. I have contacted them and they basically said you should have ordered 2 sizes and returned one to make sure you find the right fit! I guess they don't release their shipping fee accumulates as the price goes up higher. BAD COSTUMER SERVICE

Figs A travel nurse gifted me a special edition jacket from a renowned brand, now with a broken zipper.

A travel nurse that took me under her wing gifted me a special edition jacket from a renowned brand. This color was limited edition and I believe the retail price of the jacket is around $98 USD. She gifted it to me when the color was released, and since then she has moved on to different assignments and we lost contact. I was not able to wear the jacket until a few months ago due to work dress codes changing and allowing the color. However, within the first few wears, the zipper on one of the pockets came off - the entire zipper pull and the metal part it attaches to. I emailed the brand a few months ago asking for a solution because I cannot fix the zipper. They were friendly and showed concern about the issue. However, when I said the item was gifted by someone I was no longer in contact with, they indicated that there was nothing to be done if I didn't have the purchase information, which I don't as it was a gift. As previously stated, I lost contact with the lady who gifted it to me. I apologize that it's been a while since I emailed the brand. I just now learned about the issue. Typically I wouldn't try to escalate things, especially as it was a gift, but the retail price on the item is too high for the zipper to break so easily. It just fell off. I didn't do anything to break it. I'm not sure what solution would be good as it was a limited edition color so I can't ask for an exchange. I unfortunately no longer have the email thread between myself and the brand, but hopefully they have it in their records. The representative that I was talking with was very nice and I mean no disrespect in filing this complaint. I'm just really annoyed about the situation. Please contact me by email or text, not phone call as I work odd hours. Thank you.

FIGS Scrubs were ordered on 11/25, with a total amount of $141.93 including tax. Ordered two top scrubs, and two bottoms. The scrubs are still new and have not been used. I talked to the FIGS customer service about my complaint. I told them that I understand that the scrubs I bought were on sale and it's the final price and no returns allowed. I told her that I would love to wear tell but unfortunately, they are different of color. I was asking if they can exchange it but she said per policy, she cannot refund or exchange my scrubs. Instead, she offered me 20% discount upon next purchase. I said I do not have any plans to buy anymore, I just want (what I bought) with the exact same color. She said that I should have checked that they were made with the same material. She also said that the scrubs are on different trademark that is why it is different on the shade of color. Now here are my thoughts: On the Caribbean Blue section of the color, there were only three options to choose for scrubs. 1 kind of top, 2 kinds of bottom. I bought 2 tops and 1 of each bottom type. NONE of them matches. As a regular customer, wouldn't you assume that they all can be paired up since they are all on the same color category? If let's say the Trademark name is the base for the color/shade, why is it that there were no same name I saw on the bottom options that the top scrub has? The top was called "***" and I believe the bottoms were called *** There was no "***" option on bottoms, and vice versa. Is this false advertisement? I asked very politely and apologized for complaining about this but they do not want to do anything about my concern. I then asked for refund but it was rejected. Then I asked for an exchange for pairs that have the exact same color/shade but they still refused to do it. Please see attachment for the picture and also a screenshot how their website is shown. Wouldn't make sense that all scrubs on the same color category will pair up?

I ordered some items from them from their website. However their website glitched and kept giving me an error message about my method of payment so I made the order twice. Apparently the order went through the first time but They did not send me an email confirmation. So on my bank statement it showed two charges for the same amount. I told my bank that it is a duplicate charge and my bank refunded me the amount. It turned out to be an actual charge because I received the items in the mail shortly after. I originally wanted to exchange one of items but cancelled that and instead I returned two of the three items in that order back to the company. My bank later did a back charge for the entire amount that was refunded even though I returned two of three items. I called my bank and emailed the company back and forth and I still have not yet received my refund of the correct amount. I sent my bank proof of my returned items and yet Fogs has yet to refund me my money. The order number in question is #XXXXXXXX. I've been emailing *** at Figs and have no heard back from them since August 11. I returned a top and bottoms, so my refund should be

Although I'm a new small business owner, I am not new to being a Figs customer. I have been ordering from Figs since the company opened. I love Figs and have referred my last three practices to open new team accounts with them. I've done business with House on the Hill and am now awaiting approval submission for my business. All of these businesses are located in the same region. Recently, within the last three months, I placed a small order for six new hires in my company, all healthcare workers. Here are some examples of recent complaints: a new pair of bottoms split right down the rear middle of a provider in the middle of her shift, exposing her in front of clients. The spelling of a name was incorrect, a new hire had to leave the company, and I needed her embroidered top (unworn) exchanged. My patient care coordinator emailed Figs regarding these issues, and their response was not geared towards resolving the situation. All of our staff photos wearing our Figs are promoted daily on our social media, websites, etc. We have had to hire a photographer to come back out a second time and retake employee photos, have the website company take down photos, and postpone the website rebranding launch. This has cost me thousands of dollars and could've easily been resolved if Figs would've sent the appropriate scrubs. We were even willing to send back the ones that were incorrectly embroidered and damaged. I have included the account number below and also the timestamped email. I hope we can get this issue resolved and I can continue to pay it forward by helping others and helping my staff enjoy what they do while being comfortable in their Figs. Kindly

Placed an order which was claimed to be delivered on August 30th at 1pm, got home at 6pm, and it wasn't here. Neither neighbors nor managers have the package. I filed a missing package report with the carrier and called the retailer. I explained what happened and asked if they could reship the package. I mentioned the order contained limited edition items. The shirt that was supposed to be delivered was already sold out, and I was concerned I would not be able to replace any of the items. I was advised to wait 24-48 hours because delayed delivery is a common issue with the carrier and they may deliver on the following days. I suggested the retailer consider using a different delivery service if they continue to experience these problems. I believe I should've been offered a refund or immediate reshipment because the items are limited edition and might not be available in the next day or so, as apparel sells out very quickly with this company. I was transferred to a team lead who repeated the same advice. So now I have to wait 2 days and risk everything selling out. This is unacceptable customer service.

When returning all of their items because they deduct a fee like 20 dollars from each return, which is unreasonable. I called and explained that I had already placed a new order, and instead of refunding my card, they issued store credit, which I did not want after ordering the correct sizes and styles. They agreed to process the refund to my card on September 6th. It's now September 16th, and the refund has not appeared in my account. Customer service claims the transaction was completed, but I see no evidence of it. They seem to imply they can't resolve the issue and suggested I call back Monday if the refund hasn't been processed by then. Additionally, I want the deducted fees for each returned item refunded as well, since I was not informed about this policy, and I've heard similar complaints from others. My bank confirmed the original charges and the store credit refund, but not the promised card refund. Neither the store nor the bank took responsibility, leaving me to consider a dispute, which still leaves me at a financial loss.

This complaint is regarding a refund. I love the quality but the return process is a complete nightmare. Buyer beware. This complain is regarding a refund. When I received my first order I was so excited. Shipping time was great and quality was amazing. The only reason for my return was a sizing issue. I placed large orders so I usually had to return at least three items from every order. You would think this is not a problem. Since online it's pretty simple you look up your order and select the item and reason for return. However this is not the case. So for my returns I waited till I received all my items I wanted so I could return all at once. I thought why not return all in one box. So I mailed out a box filled with items to return in mid July. It's the end of September now. In a thread of emails it is confirmed they received the package but there excuse for not issuing the refund is that they have to wait for the wearhouse to confirm the items. So about a month later of back and forth emails they issue a partial refund in the amount of *** for four items. Where is my refund for the additional six items? These scubs are not cheap nor too expensive about *** But still the fact that I have a thread of over 29 emails over a simple refund is unexceptable! The costumer service department is horrible. I had to confirm over and over the items I return since it was well over a month and my package showed it was relieved to them and I didn't not receive a single refund so I was worried. But they received it. They tell you we have to wait for wearhouse but in the meantime you have to go back and fourth just to confirm your refund. Then I received an email that a rep would be more than happy to jump on a call? Are you kidding me why do I need to sit there and talk to you on the phone over a return. Then I had to email an additional three times to receive a reply over my return status. Completely unexceptable. Like I said quality is great shipping is fast. Return buyer beware! P.S. my issue is still ongoing where is my refund for the additional items?

March 2, 2022 I purchased 3 pants with matching tops, did not notice that one of the pants was ordered as 2 instead of one at a cost of $79.80. I asked the company to exchange the extra item for a different color or store credit and they refused to resolve the matter with a reasonable accommodation. Instead they offered me a Free face mask which cost $8 or 15% off on my next order.

I placed an order with the company and then found out I was pregnant. I realized I wouldn't get use out of them so I returned the items, as evidenced by the tracking information from the return label, and I have not received a refund. I sent an inquiry to the company and was told that they never received the return. They provided me with the same tracking number I had, which shows it was returned over a month ago. I sent a screenshot of the tracking and now have not heard anything back from the company, after sending additional inquiries.

My daughter received a pair of scrubs from her employer as a gift so she does not have a receipt. She needs a different size. The scrubs are new, with the tags still attached and the items are still available on their website. I contacted the company to request an even exchange for a different size but was told they will not do anything without an order number.
