Their customer service is terrible
Their customer service is terrible. The managers don't seem to care if you keep doing business with them or not. They said that because of the pandemic, they're telling customers to wait 14 days for their packages to arrive! When I asked them to confirm that my package was actually shipped, they said they couldn't communicate with the warehouse because they're in a different state. I suggested that the representative could call them, but they didn't care enough to do it. The manager said she sent an email, but she knows they're probably getting too many emails. It's time to find another company.

I had a bad experience with S&S Activewear LLC. They lost my shipment twice. The first time, I ordered 7k worth of products, and they didn't refund me until the lost packages were returned. The packages were miss shipped to another state by S&S activewear. I was scared to order big orders again because their customer service is terrible. It took me a month to get 1k+ refunded. I needed shirts for an important job, and they promised to deliver on Thursday, but nothing showed up. They told me to wait until Monday by 9 pm, but nothing arrived. They said the packages were lost, and I had to wait 8 days for a claim with ONTRAC. Then they would figure out giving me my 1,100 dollars back. As a business owner, I could never tell a customer they couldn't get their money back for 3 weeks. I won't order from S&S again.

This company's customer service is terrible. I've been a screen printer for over 5 years and was recently kicked out of my account. I had to call customer service and answer all their questions and resubmit all my tax paperwork. But they denied me an account because I don't have a website with pictures of customers wearing my merchandise. I spoke to three different customer service people and they were all rude. I'll never do business with this company again. They need to train their employees better. I felt ashamed to be a small business owner. They basically discriminated against me because I don't have a website. They're losing business because of their bad practices.

S&S got a policy of order by 4pm and it goes out the same day. I complained to customer service about not shipping on time. Friday 9/16/22 I place an order @ 2pm, with a customer service rep, that I need shipped NEXT DAY AIR SATURDAY DELIVERY. The shipping charges alone were almost $300. They promised me that we would have it Saturday before 3pm. I didn't receive tracking info till after 9pm. The next morning I tried tracking the package and *** has no record of the package. I hoped that it was a glitch with *** I called over and over and was told by a CSR that that they have to have a package before 7pm to ship NEXT DAY AIR. So S&S never shipped the package as promised! This cost my company a $3123.34. We had to go to 7 different retailers to get material and since they told me that the material could arrive as late as 3pm, I ended up paying employees double time to get this job done. On Monday I called and asked to speak with a CS Manager and was refused to be transferred. They "claimed" that someone would call me back. 36 hours later I got a call from my inside sales person, not a manager, and she tried to blame ***. The fact was they didn't ship till Monday and it showed up Tuesday afternoon. We are a 1 day ship from S&S. I looked up our account and over the last 3 months they average 3 days to get product to us. Out of 13 orders, 5 showed up when promised. That's a 62% failure rate. I'm being generous by offering a 1 star.

This biz is terrible and the employees need to be trained in customer service. I'm a biz owner that makes and sells custom ordered shirts (many with photos of small children and or loved ones that have passed away) along with other products and accessories. I recently tried to create a wholesale account with this company and provided the necessary documentation and was told that was not good enough and was expected to provide proof of my biz being a valid biz (resale license was already uploaded as PROOF I have a valid biz), I provided the required social media information as requested that shows the shirts we produce and have been given permission to share and was further told it was not enough and that it couldn't be a personal page. All social media's associated with my biz are BUSINESS pages, no personal page attached at all. I was then told that since I don't have my customers personal shirts on my website I wouldn't be able to get an account and was further directed to websites that sell to the general public. The representative then stated that the documents provided aren't even asked for by the website but it is clearly on their faq information on how to set up an account. My biz clearly has a large PRO 2A customer basis and as a result my biz has been discriminated against and in this biz's eyes is seen as not being a valid biz. I was referred to this biz by another biz owner and all they had to do to get an account is share the same biz document we did and that was it. Nothing further was needed or required from the one who referred me, however my biz is being discriminated against and refused an account.

I bought stuff from S&S Activewear LLC and they got free shipping if you buy a lot. I spent $235 but they charged me $277. I called and they said they'd give me my money back but they were really bad at helping me. I just want my $40 back.
