I had ordered 2 subs at like 6pm on monday 11/13 at Firehouse Subs® located at 1781 Sharkey Way Lexington , Kentucky and when I placed that order, I tried to call this location for over 1 hour straight with no answer. The reason I wanted to call that location was because I was going to be over an hour late on picking up my order. So when. I got at that location, I asked the 3 employee's if the phone was working. They said yes and that they only had one phone call and it was a telemarketer. So I picked my order up and went outside to check my order to see if I had everything. Nope, I was missing a brownie and I had to go back inside to get my brownie. When I went back in, I called the restaurant to see if they would answer the phone. The 3 employees stand there looking at each other like what we have a phone? I was like you going to answer that? After they did not answer the phone, I was like I see and walked out very frustrated because these 3 people were lazy about not answering the phone. So disappointed. Thought you all should know how bad my experience was at this location.
