I placed an online order/App order for pick up at my closest location which is a good bit from my home already. Online I had customized my large Philly cheese to have No Mayo, No Mustard, Add Mushrooms, onions and peppers. When I arrived back home, of course, my Philly cheese had handfuls of mayonnaise all over it on both sides of the bread. (Only thing correct was no mustard) I called back up to the store and was transferred to a very unhelpful and un professional manager. He stated that because the app just didn’t work it wasn’t made correctly, end of story. The best he could do was give me a discount sub next time I’m up there. The app not working caused my sub to be made wrong is an unacceptable excuse, if that’s the case check up on the app. Plus how did they know I asked for no mustard if the app didn’t show my sub customization? Lastly, the manager didn't introduce himself, he didn’t explain what my next steps would be to retrieve my discount sub etc. it was just silence over the phone, no thank you or guarantee I will be able to receive this discount! This sub was already $14 as is which is ridiculous and to have a manger not even care. This is unacceptable!
Desired outcome: I’d appreciate a response back, a better explanation or outcome and even a refund.
