Can five star please expedite process for my purchase so that I can drive my new car, already?
Flew from MA to Augusta, GA to purchase a 2023 Dodge Challenger from Milledgeville, Chrysler Dodge on Friday, Sept. 8th. We had our insurance agent, from Quigley Insurance in Ware, MA and Meredith from Five Star, communicating several days before we were to fly down to make sure everything was in order. The Manager himself, just left the dealership due to family issues, so he told me. He recommended talking to Tie to iron this out. We put down $10,000 plus over $2700 toward MA Taxes/fees. We were told we had to attach our MA plates from our other fully insured Subaru Outback that we are transferring plates to new Challenger, in order to drive it home for it to be insured per our insurance agent. Come to find out we were not insured due to lack of paperwork from Five Star. Told today, 9/18/23 from Tie @ Five Star that it could take up to 45 days for the paperwork to be processed? Huh? Are you serious?"Is this true? Can someone help me. Five Star got us a good deal with 5.9% loan from Capital One for balance of $24,599. Our car has now been sitting, useless, since our purchase 10 days ago. Why is this process taking so long for an out of state buyer. This is extremely frustrating not just for us, but the people at this dealership, and my Insurance Company. How long do I have to wait for my registration/title (Tie's hands are tied) to be processed before this becomes illegal? 45 days seems unrealistic, I can get a passport quicker. Capital One will want their money, but with no paperwork, I have a hard time sending a check for a car I can not drive because of this"Process."So, can anyone expedite this so called"Process?" Thank you! Nobody wants to buy a cool Sublime Green Challenger and watch it just sit in their yard without being able to drive it for 45 days.

I was tricked into a bad loan I was sold a vehicle by Ricardo
I was tricked into a bad loan I was sold a vehicle by Ricardo. I went to look at trading in my Chevy ***. My notes were $395. I told them I wanted to stay around the same note . He ended up showing me a newer car and stated that if I could afford payments do $700 for a few months he could get me refinanced at Robins Federal. This was far from the case . Upon attempting to refinance I was advised that the debt ratio for my Loan was 200% stating that me vehicle was worth 20k but I owed them 40k and that I should have never been approved for that in the first place . I reached out to Wells Fargo dealer services and they were no help. I have checked with 3 other dealerships and based on my credit and money owed on the *** that deal should not have been done and I was lured into by a lie that it would be refinanced in a couple of months .

I believe that Five Star CDJR of Macon is being used as a front for a credit repair scam by a salesperson
I believe that Five Star CDJR of Macon is being used as a front for a credit repair scam by a salesperson. On 10/16 I submitted an application for interest in a 2020 Dodge ***. I met with Five Star's sales rep, Mr. Aurico W, on 10/17 and submitted an application for credit approval. Mr. W advised that I was denied due to my low credit score, but before I could leave, he stated that he could help me repair my credit. He showed me a program with a list of clients on his desktop computer, drafts of letters he could send from the computer at the dealership, and advised that he could improve my score well enough to secure a new vehicle. I met him at Five Star again on 10/21 and paid him $1300, the amount he said the service was worth, on the evening of Wednesday, 10/21. I was given no contract of his to sign and received no receipt except what is offered by cash app. Mr. W has refused to refund my payment, even though I requested a refund on 10/22, 10/23, and 10/27. I believe that Five Star CDJR is being used by Mr. W to gain access to trusting consumers, or the dealership is complicit is his dealings. The latter statement is something I don't want to believe as I had an excellent experience with them in previous years.

I took vehicle in for service to fix vibrating and ticking
I took vehicle in for service to fix vibrating and ticking.. No check engine light was on so the tec performed engine work that didnt fix problem... I took vehicle in last month to be fixed. Check engine light came on while tech drove and the code was fixed but it still did correct the vibration and ticking I came into the dealership for.. So service department ask could I agree for them to go inside my motor which would cost additional labor fees... I ask was the problem located inside block and they agreed that it had to be. The next day service manager Mark call and said they found 3 lifters that needed replaced was causing the my problem. He told me that the parts and labor came up to 4300 dollars which was an outrageous unexpected amount. I agreed because I wanted the problem fix and just as they assured me once a motor was fully diagnosed apart and put back together the problem would be fixed. A week later after I got paid I took the 4300 dollars to them and got my vehicle... They said everything was normal with no vibration or skipping.. Hours later after driving car i still felt and heard the same problems I came into the dealership with so I took it back. After going to another automotive shop to buy on record that my car was still doing the same and five star haven't corrected my problem.. My problem is in the transmission which I pointed out to the dealership when I took vehicle back.. they keep it for a week again third time and still did not fix the problem. All my money was used unprofessionally by certified technician towards my motor when it should've been used to replace transmission problems and the dealership is asking me to pay more money.

I had the worst experience ever with this business
I had the worst experience ever with this business. I found a 2020 Hyundai Sonata for sale by this business posted on car guru. I negotiated an "out the door" price for this car. I worked with most unprofessional, condescending, and disrespectful sales rep by the name Josie. She was very rude and even made racial comments to me. She stated that she got deal for the car that I wanted finalize and that her GM approve bottom line price of 24,800 with my car as a trade. I asked clarifying questions to make sure we were on the same page before I went to the bank and make a 2 hour drive to that location. After going to the bank, she asked me to send her my drivers license and a break down of how I would be paying to her cell phone. After sending this information she then said that the deal was off. I was very upset by this and decided to reach out to the GM Patrick and explain the situation. He spoke with me that day but seemed the least bit concerned. I advised him that I had proof of this interaction and he asked me to email him in which I did(emails and texts). He never responded until I wrote a Google review and even then he was just asked me to email him my complaint when that was already done. He never followed up with me and he never even apologized. He dismissed the situation.I am thoroughly disgusted at the amount of attention he has given a customer who was looking to support his establishment and who was disrespected with racial undertones.I hope this location is held accountable for predatory sales practices and for not honoring a deal that they said they would honor. Due to this I will be shining the spotlight on this business publicly on any platform that I have to bring awareness.

Brought my car into service for overheating paid $1500, STILL overheating!
Brought my car into service for overheating paid $1500, STILL overheating! I had my 2014 Dodge Dart GT taken to the dealership to have some work done on February 27th. I wanted a full diagnostic ran, my thermostat changed, my radiator checked out, and to flash my computer system so everything would be up to date, plus a detailing. I picked it up on March 9th after paying $1,394 I started to drive to Forsyth, GA about 30 minutes away from the dealership. Everything was going great, right up until it was time to head home and on the interstate my car started running funny and HOT. I called and they said they would come get the car and have a technician take another look at it for which I was grateful. Well the next morning they came to pick my car up. They didn't send a rollback to pick up my car, instead, a technician showed up to drive my car about 25-30 minutes away AFTER I let them know that it WAS RUNNING HOT. Finally, March 18th I was finally able to get in touch with someone they told me to come on everything was fine and the car wasn't running hot, I just needed to have the relay for the coolant fan replaced, which I did. (The same day) Test driving it seeing how it goes and BAM we're overheating YET again. Paused for social distancing. Finally May 21 still going through everything that could possibly be making it run hot I started replacing the water pump. I'm pulling off the cover and unhooking the air intake (to some degree) when I get under the coolant reservoir and can see that this whole time my air intake hasn't been correctly put back together. This whole time Five Star of Macon was telling me my car WAS'NT running hot and that I basically didn't know what I was talking about they had fixed the problem on their end and anything after that wasn't due to the work they had done. Now here I am going on putting close to $2000 into my car for parts it may not have needed all because they didn't correctly put my intake system back together proper.

Initially brought vehicle in for a repair
Initially brought vehicle in for a repair. Paid deposit on a part and chose to use different shop due to poor service and have not gotten reimbursed I brought my vehicle in on November 19th for an appointed I made for 1pm. Dealer provided a loaner at 4pm since I had to leave urgently. I received a call on the 20th from Ricky with the service department outlining cost of repairs. I brought loaner back after discussing possibility of trading in car. After deciding not to trade I paid $175 for the diagnostic fee even though the dealer stated if I had them repair car that would be waived and I also paid $300 for a deposit on the suspension air compressor because they had to order it. The dealer would not provided a loaner even after I showed them the car was not able to be safely driven because the tires were scrubbing the fender liner. I had no other option but the drive home 20 miles. On November 23rd I was notified the part was in and I scheduled to bring the car back the next day in the morning. On the 24th I attempted to drive the car but made it 2 miles from my home and pulled over because the tires were rubbing bad. I called Ricky and advised of what was going on and asked for a tow. I was told I would have to get it towed. I was told I would get a call back to let me know if they would reimburse. I called back almost 3 hours later and was told I would get call back. I decided to tow the car to my shop the same day. I call back to the service dept. on the 25th and advise I towed car to my shop and would either like my deposit back or I would like to buy the part from them and was told he would call me back. I called back on the 27th to find out about if I could buy part or get reimbursed and was told again I would get a call back. On the 30th I drove to the dealer and let them know I had to purchase the part myself due to my shop was ready to get it fixed and I told Rick that I wanted my deposit reimbursed. I waited at the dealer 25mins and was told he would have to call me back that day or next morning to let me know if they could. I even offered to pay the shipping if they would reimburse me. Today is December 15th and I have not gotten a call from the dealer since I went to the dealer on the 30th of November
