Would recommend not going into this dealership. The General Sales Manager does not practice ethical sales tactics. They do not acknowledge the e-quotes they sent out and try to charge more based on the demand and low inventory as a result of COVID19.

Purchased a vehicle in March , with an extended warranty. I cancelled the extended warranty on July 27th, and have still not received the refund to the loan! it is currenty January 1st, 2022.

I sold my car to them 6 weeks ago
I sold my car to them 6 weeks ago. After I sold them my car I leased a jeep from them. After all said and done they owed me 10k in equity and the remaining equity was to go towards fees at signing. I finally receive my check 6 weeks later and its not the full amount that I was promised. I have multiple signed documents stating dealership owes me 10k but only received ***. They are claiming I didnt pay them their fees at signing.

I purchased my car from them and have called 5 times about my title and no one has bothered to call me back. I need the title so I can register the car in my name. Every time I call, they send me to a general voicemail line where I've left voicemails requesting a call back. I traded my old car in and 3 days later, saw my old car on their website. They hadn't even start to process the paperwork to send the payoff check to my old finance company and they had the car listed. Its becoming apparent that they only care about making sales and do not care about customer service.

Elgin Chrysler Dodge Ram located at 1500 West Lake Street, Streamwood Il 60107 did not complete the pay off paperwork until June 23. Due to the untimely pay off Fifth Third Bank deducted $403.90 from my checking account. For the 2016 Dodge Charger Junes car payment. I spoke with Paul *** and Tommie *** and was told a reimbursement check for the $403.90 would be mailed to me. Since that time they have not answered my calls and I have not received any payment.

Purchased a used 2014 Nissan Maxima in March . Was advised by the salesman that all of the paperwork would be mailed to me. All I have is a receipt showing my down payment for the vehicle. I have reached out to the General Manager by the name of Mo and the Finance Manager several times via phone with no response. I went into the dealership in August and requested the paperwork as I do not have a title or registration for the vehicle. I was advised that they no longer have the paperwork available at their location that they will contact their corporate office and have it mailed to me. As of today 11/30 I still do not have any paperwork for the vehicle that I purchased.

Code p00013 and p00014 came on in the test they do with sensor..took it back to dealer so they can fix since it has not even been 50 miles...they said yeah we know we said that but we ain't fixing your car that you just brought. I test drove the vehicle the sales team ran my credit, while I was waiting to find out about the deal for vehicle the sales team took the keys and gave a test drive to another buyer, while all this was happening they asked me for a co-signer my wife gave her information the finance team ran her credit as well. I'm watching all this play out and call the attention of the sales team and they say they can do this because nobody bought the vehicle yet I tell them they ran our credit which show up as a hard credit run, which affects our credit they didn't care and after I made this an issue they came out and said we have no deal. The sales team and finance team and this dealership our the worst, stay away from this dealership and any they own .

Dropped the car off on 8/26, followed up with them on 9/3 and was told they didnt start the work yet because they were waiting for warranty approval. Called 9/10 and left a voicemail for an update. Didnt receive and call back still. Tonight 9/13 I went by the dealer and found my car still in the lot and they didnt even do any of the work yet. Im going to the dealer tomorrow and picking up my car but these issues still need to be fixed. If its a warranty approval theyre waiting for they need to obtain that approval prior to having a new car customer wait three weeks for the work to not even be started.

After demanding a finance manager I finally spoke to *** who said he canceled my warranty and said my refund was around $450 I cannot remember the exact amount. I waited almost a month and no check came in the mail I began calling again and played the same transfer game I left messages on multiple voicemails and nobody returned my call. After my last attempt the receptionist told me to get a lawyer, laughed and hung up. I want my warranty refund check and I want to make sure my warranty was canceled like I was told it would be.

I went to buy a Jeep at Elgin Chrysler Jeep.in 2021. when they pull my credit.they never showed it to me. they agreed to sell me the Jeep for $22,400. when i got the contract and paper signed it was $24,400. i notice it when i was going home with the Jeep.I had to come back so they cant fix it. but then they raised my payment from $350.00 to $450.they raised the interest also.all that without telling me nothing on the agreed interest given to me before.*** sales manager and finance manager *** were the two Criminals who did that to me.*** and *** lied to me saying that after i make 3 car payments i cant refinance the Jeep. so i can get a lower interest.i found out that i could finance the Jeep the next day. I gave them a trade in of my Jeep for $1,500. that i never got.I am a *** Army Veteran. they didnt give a blank on who i was.thanks thanks
