Very professional. The owner came to my house a few days before and gave me a plan of what he could do and also an estimate. He arrived on time and did an excellent job of cleaning my carpet, tile, and linoleum. And he stuck to the estimate. I would highly recommend them for any floor cleaning need you may have.

My pool deck concrete was cracked, had been repaired in different spots where the coating had lifted and bubbled up, Floor Grip Medic assured me he could redo the entire pool area and you would not see any of that after he was done, I was very skeptical. They nailed it! Looks amazing and you can not see any of the bad areas from before. Very pleased with the workmanship, price and attention to detail. I was a coating inspector for 30 years and I can tell you, Floor Grip Medic does it right!

Floor Grip installed an epoxy floor in my garage. Robert got in touch with me immediately after I inquired. He sent a competitive priced estimate same day. He followed up with me a few days later to see if I had an opportunity to review the estimate with my wife. He scheduled my work and showed up on the date at the time promised. Very thorough and professional. Received emails to confirm our conversation, and reminder about the appointment date. On the initial consultation, Robert explained the entire process in detail and how they are different from other tile and grout cleaning companies. Robert also took great care to manage expectations with regard to what the tile and grout would look like after cleaning & sealing were completed. All the work was completed within the time limit that was initially laid out. The laundry room, kitchen floor, hallway, living room and bathroom floors all look beautiful...sparkly clean! I would definitely recommend them and would hire them again in the future.

Man, it's been a busy week but I truly feel good people doing great work deserve recognition. Rob Valentine with floor medic came through and did an outstanding job on our floors this past week. Made our house look fresh and new again! I give them a 5 star rating! Very hands on owner who met with us for free, walked us through every step of the process before scheduling and I didn't feel pressured like I have in the past with some companies. They were friendly, fast and very well priced for the detailed work they put it. His staff was super polite and were careful not to leave any mess behind.
