FloryDay return process

The dress I ordered is nothing like the dress that is pictured on your website. I know you get what you pay for, but this is unacceptable. There is no invoice included in the package, only a packing list with an email that doesn't work. The order number is [protected]. If I do not receive a response on how to return this dress before the 14 day return period, I WILL contact the Better Business Bureau along with my credit card to stop payment. I will also be contacting Pinterest, as I first saw a picture of this dress in the wedding section. Photos can be deceiving, and this one certainly is.

FloryDay clothing

On the 20.12/18 I purchased from floryday a dress order no [protected] and still have not received it and have been unable to track my order to find out where my order is. I paid for the garment on the 20.12/18. On the 20.12/18 I purchased a dress from Floryday order no. [protected]. It has not arrived and I have been unable to track my order on line. FloryDay red sequin dress - [protected]

To Customer Services

Received this dress long after the expected delivery date, unfortunately the quality is poor and I wish to return, I am now wishing that I looked at these reviews before ordering, there are no return details, or any paperwork to aid returns, however, you seem to have put in clauses I.e difficulty contacting and a 14 day window, it seems you are deliberately making it difficult? I am hoping that this is not the case and I can finish this complaint with a positive outcome, I have sent an e-mail, which by the way the link you have, doesn't appear to work, so entered separately, I await your urgent reply, if this is not forthcoming I will indeed be in touch with the necessary trading standards organisations.

After contacting Floryday, I am happy to say all has been resolved, I received a full refund with a very pleasant e-mail advising me of exactly what the process would be. Thank you, although you probably need to address your website for returns, along with quality of the garments.

I have been tryhing to contact customer service for a return form and refund. The website will not let me submit the details . the email address does not accept emails they are undelivered this is appauling service.
will never buy from them again. Base in Hong Kong ? No good. !

FloryDay two dresses concerning order#: [protected] floryday.com

I ordered two dresses on 9th Dec and hoping to receive them in time for Christmas, I paid €20 extra for a quick delivery (Floryday estimated 3-5 workdays). Christmas passed, I managed without the dresses and-well, yes. The deliverery came 27th Dec. I am very disappointed. I would appreciate it if you sent the €20 I payed extra IN RETURN!

Quick response from customer services. Very satisfied with both the response and the recompensation. Hopefully their promise concerning refund is accurate and will be carried through. I am content with the two dresses I bought and if the refund reaches me I will consider ordering from Floryday again.

FloryDay floryday no returns facility

I can't tell you just how many times I have had to write this information and it is getting rather frustrating.
My name is Patricia Duckworth. My order number was [protected] for three items all of which are far too small as follows:-

White top JLJSZ10769 ID 5221054 size medium
Burgundy dress ZHSZ139191 ID 5232269 size small
Dark blue top ZQPSZ44018 ID 5344812 size small

I paid £91.34 which was immediately taken from my account. On FINALLY receiving the goods, all items are far too small, the white top does not open as the buttons are sewn so as to look as though the garment opens but it doesn't. There was no return paperwork included and my MANY attempts to make contact with Floryday have fallen on deaf ears. IS THERE ANYBODY LISTENING!

It's very strange that Floryday continue to send me emails advertising items and yet they fail to contact me regarding MY requests.

If they do not contact me, I will have no alternative but to report them to the trades description organisation and take legal action against them.

FloryDay bags

They simply refuse to provide me with a return address. They instead give you multiple options where you are strong armed into keeping their defective products. They go back and forth with you daily to ensure their 14 day return time lapses while you're begging for an address. This is the address they sent me- honestly?!

I have tried to forward an email to them stating that all the items are too small and that I need to return them for a full refund of £91.34 but unfortunately there was no paperwork included in the parcel to enable me to return the items. I am concerned, as I have checked on line and discovered that numerous other customers have had the same problem.
The email I attempted to forward to them requested that they provide the necessary paperwork and assurances that my refund can be recorded. When I "sent" the email, it failed to appear in my sent items so alarm bells are now ringing as £91.34 is a very large amount of money to me. I also requested they call me on my number [protected] as I am concerned that their failure to respond would send the permitted time of 14 days in order to return items to lapse. Should this occur, it is their fault as they have failed miserably to conduct their business in an acceptable manner as other providers do. I have also tried to find a telephone number for their so called Head Office in Regent Street, London but the only number that appears is a Hong Kong number +[protected].
I would be grateful for your assistance.

FloryDay item nothing like the photo cheap and nasty itchy fabric with damage

Ordered a tunic length brilliant white T shirt and received a short dirty cream thing like a piece of old rag. Sleeve had hole in and other sleeve sewn in twisted. No labels or wash instructions not that I would have dreamt of wearing such itchy rubbish and sizing way to small. Asked for a refund they said they would refund but only if I took review of another website which I refused as that is blackmail . I will not be blackmailed into removing honest review to get what is rightfully mine a full refund including postage. I opened a claim with Paypal who immediately sorted the problem and guaranteed my refund within 10 days. Also said they were UK based they are not because parcel arrived from China

If you have had the misfortune to order anything from this site. You should be covered by the distance selling rule and floryday should pay for the cost of the return not you. If you paid by Paypal ask them to open a claim against them to get your money back.

FloryDay scam

I ordered an expensive dress to be delivered within 2 weeks from Floryday.com which provided info on one of its Facebook profiles as it's based in UK. Processing time should take 5-7 days. After 8 days it was still "being processed". I was then apologised and told that my £42 dress will be shipped after another week and delivery will take 2 weeks. I found contact details to complain and was shocked when I realised they are placed in HONG KONG. I cancelled my order so they promised refund which is going to be "processed" in about 15 days! I hope I'm going to get it. They take your money within seconds but reluctant to give it back.
Floryday have many profiles on FB. Each one is located in different country.
I would have never ordered Chinese dress for £42 plus delivery.

FloryDay no delivery

Order # [protected]. My name is Martha Brink. I placed an order on Nov 18 2018. I kept checking everyday on the tracking site ( which by the way is a joke). So I checked this morning and it said DELIVERED! No I did not receive anything. I didn't even get an en email or no form of notification. I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED. I WANT MY STUFF. MY HUSBAND AND I ORDERED SO MANY THINGS FROM DIFFERENT SITES FOR OUR KIDS AND GRANDKIDS AND FLORYDAY IS THE ONLY ONE WHO HAS GIVEN US NOTHING!

Your web site clearly states that the dress material is 'linen, cotton'.
The dress that you forwarded me a few days ago clearly states on the attached label 'polyester 95 percent, spandex 5 percent'.
Please explain why there is a discrepancy between your Web site and the actual dress material.
Please also explain how you intend to rectify this error.

As I have a very busy career, I asked my sister to order a dress for me saw on line whilst at work. Unfortunately I wish to return it as it is too large and ask for a Medium.
I see there is no return form as is normal with on line purchases.
I work for the BBC Breakfast programme, reporting on Media activity, so I find it somewhat ironic to be in the position of so many of my clients that we talk about on the show, who are not satisfied with on line purchases and whether the country is turning back to the high street for their shopping.
Please could you respond asap, with an amount of postage required, my researchers will check out postage average from the UK to China to make a fair comparison.
I do hope this can be resolved without any problems, it seems straightforward.

FloryDay clothing

After receiving three dresses from this company and being dissatisfied with the irregular fit, and the poor quality of the material (the lace on one dress looked like crepe paper) I immediatley tried to "return" this merchandise to "Floryday", but the company did not include a "merchandise invoice number inside the package, nor did they include any "information" on how to return the items. Therefore, I had to go online to their "web links" but none of their "web links" provided me access to their customer service representative's because no phone number was provided and their "contact us" and "chat line" required customers to put in their "merchandise invoice number" (which I did not have). Moreover, they advised customer to check their "email, junk mail and spam box " for their supposedly "sent merchandise invoice number" I did, but nothing was sent from this company. After numerous attempts and unsuccessfully being able to contact this company to get a "merchandise invoice number and a product "return label" I called my credit card company and explained my situation on July 16th 2018 (well within this company's fourteen (14) day return policy) and filed a complaint.
To date (Nov 22, 2018) this issue has not been resolved because of this company's "scammed" business practices by of "sending ordered merchandise" and then "getting lost" by providing not legitimate links for customers to contact them within their fourteen day return policy (I found this out on the internet). Therefore, I'm stuck with this merchandise that I should have been able to return. Moreover, I am not the only person to be "hit" by this company, because on the internet there is a "BUYER BEWARE" posting, but unfortunately I did not read it until after I had difficulty trying to make contact with this company. On the other hand, I have contacted FTC and consumer.gov, because I don't think this company should be able to continue to "take money" from customers by "dumping" on them faulty merchandise and providing no means to make a "return" in a timely manner (by no fault their own) but only because of this company's "faulty and deceptive business practice policies and procedures!"
This company owes me $180.96 and a "Free" shipping label because my order was over #150.00. The items remain unworried, in its original package with the "tags" still on them, and ready to be shipped back to this "Deceptive" company!

FloryDay shipping fraud

I purchased $300USD of clothing however on the shipment for customs they listed it as $1200 USD. I ended up having to pay another $200 USD in custom fees. Floryday would not return my calls or emails. My order # with FloryDay was [protected]. I tried disputing the charge with Fed Ex however was told there was nothing they could do since FloryDay listed the shipment amount at $1200. I am attaching a copy of my original invoice + the customs bill + the Fed Ex invoice.

FloryDay never received my item!

I ordered a beautiful blouse but after almost 3 weeks of nothing in my mailbox and no communication, I tracked the shirt and it went to an address in the continental U.S. (I live in Hawaii). There was never any indication that the address I gave was an issue, I receive all my mail at the address given.
The tracking information given was insufficient, and there was also no email to inform me of a problem until I initiated the inquiry.

Do not buy from this site, I believe the item came from China which tells me a lot. Thankfully I used my PayPal account to purchase this item, and they investigated the transaction and FloryDay refunded my money. If I didn't use Payday, I'd be out almost $40 for the blouse.

FloryDay finding it impossible to reach their online complaints/returns section,

They have a SCAM return complaints board and their ad has been closed by google and is still being used

Floryday Returns Policy : impossible to get on to their returns/complaints section online.
My dress arrived very quickly but alas my body and the dress were a mis-match.
I wish to return the item but I cannot access their online complaints section to acquire an address.

FloryDay failure to complete order.

I placed an order weeks ago which said order confirmed, however, despite charging my credit card for the full amount, I received a challenge requiring verification of payment. I complied with your request sending a photo of my ID and credit card yet the order was canceled anyway. I reordered and once again received the message that payment verification was required. Again, I complied sending the appropriate documentation but have not heard anything regarding whether my order has been accepted and will be shipped! How can you challenge verification of payment while accepting my money both times?!
Of course, refunding the money you have already taken will take weeks. So, you take my money twice but won't ship the order despite the fact that I have complied with your payment verification! We call that fraud in the United States! Once you have accepted my payment, you are obligated to uphold your portion of the contract— providing the goods already paid for! Either provide the clothes I have already paid for or refund my money immediately! You don't get to take my money, hold it for weeks while providing no service and then return it at your convenience! FRAUD! Ship order or refund immediately— how would you like to be banned from selling anything in the United States due to unethical, illegal business practices?!?! If this matter is not resolved to my satisfaction, I guarantee you I will make it a personal mission to have your company banned from doing business in the United States! Judging from the multitude of complaints regarding your business practices, I can't imagine it would be that difficult! Last chance, respond!

You show online and describe it as cotton which it is not since it has no label I think it is one more polyester blouse which I don't want...it is a pain to return so I will have to donate to Salvation Army, etc...why are your so called blouses so long? It is a misrepresentation. its is a tunic so just say so...I like the polka dots and the color but not the fabric...I look for the cotton which it is not as you describe
