I have sent 4 items in size M to your Manchester Returns Centre UK and even been to your office in Regent Street London but saw and heard from no one.

I have just received some dresses from you well what can I say they are awful & would like to return them I can't find ant information on how to do this. FloryDay clothes

I have two orders, both beyound the 14 days return policy. I have sent one order to the wrong place, returned to me today. I also have another order to return late. My father has recently passed away and I am really going crazy trying to figure out where the returns and exchanges go? I never received a return address or tracking slip? FloryDay return of dress

I submitted a ticket for return of a dress:

Floral Short Sleeve Knee-Length A-line Dress ([protected]) Color: Green Size: M Quantity: 1

I was told I could return the item to China.
"We can accept the return to our China warehouse, but based on our experience, the return might take quite a long time and also the return postage will be costly. "

I was given two options:

Option 1: Keep the product(s), and we would like to create a coupon valued at 50% of the item(s) value. It is valid for one year and you can use the coupon for your new purchase here.

Option 2: Or keep the product(s) and we issue you 30% refund of the item(s) value.

This is my answer:

"I do not wish to keep the product, I wish to return the product. I have read the Returns & Refunds section of your site. Nowhere does it state an offer to refund only 30% of the item value. This item was shipped by Canada Post Expedited Parcel from Flatword commerce limited, P.O. Box 6033 AMF, 211-6500 Silver Dart, Mississauga, ON L5P 1B2. I see no reason why I would return to China. There are many items in many stores made in China but I return to the store, not to China. I will return to the address on the shipping label at my expense and require confirmation of delivery from Canada Post and I will expect a full refund."

I have now received another email from customer service at Floryday and they state: "We have issued you a refund of 29.23 CAD for your order [protected] on 2018-10-02." They offered 100% refund which is why I agreed to mark my complaint resolved. Obviously it is not resolved.

The company has agreed to refund 100% for the dress and will let me keep it. The size is too big so I am going to donate the dress to the local thrift store. Thank you for your help.

FloryDay order no.[protected]

I ordered 3 dresses on 22nd Sept 2018 to go to a wedding on 28th October, and to this date 16th Oct have no news on when the parcel will arrive. Tracking records showed that the items was picked up by carrier on 27th September. Surely it don't take such a long time to come from Hong Kong. Most items ordered from Hong Kong often arrived within a week. It is so stressful for me to have to get another dress for this coming wedding at this late date besides the costs and time to go shopping.

So where is my order Now? Are you going to deliver the items? if so when? Hope soonest, Been trying to contact you guys but without much success.

Hello

I am deeply unhappy at the progress of my order. I keep trying to get hold of you by email but all you do is give me an automated bounceback with a link to track my order, something I have already done numerous times already.

Today I went one further I went on to Anjun Express (the courier company) website, only to find that my parcel is due to be delivered 'between 11.11.2018 - 01.12.2018'. This is really appalling, as I ordered the goods (several items of clothing, to the value of about £184.00) on the 29th September and was informed that it would take between 5-9 days to arrive. From what Anjun Express are saying it could take more like up to 5-9 WEEKS, not days, to arrive. Dreadful service!

I ordered from you earlier this summer and was pleased with the goods, hence why I ordered again (despite seeing the numerous poor reviews.) I am now starting to understand that the previous good service was more of a fluke.

Please, please look into this for me asap and try to sort this - I really don't want to be waiting so long for my goods to arrive.

FloryDay delivery service (not received dress)

Where do l start?
Ordered a dress it came it was so small, sent it back asked for a larger size, dress received still too small, then ordered a XL l am only a size 12.

XL dress has never been received. Missed the wedding l was attending.

I have been constantly asking where the XL dress is so l can send it back and get a refund.
All l keep getting from customer services is it's on its way ring Royal Mail, l rang Royal Mail they had no tracking for this parcel.

Then they sent me a scan of what l can only describe as a scribble mess.

All l am asking for is my refund you took my money and have not sent the XL dress.

This has been nothing short of a nightmare for me with no real support from customer services.

I want a refund and if you still refuse l will have no other action than court proceeding which l will do because of the principle here.

FloryDay awful service

I placed an order on the 20th September that would supposedly arrive in 3-5 days. They took the money instantly. I have waited and waited and still nothing. Now the status is saying shipped but when I followed the tracking number it is due to arrive on 1st November (which is after all the events I have bought clothes for)

The email address on the website returns your emails and as much as it says ‘we love hearing from you' there is actually no way to contact

Thankfully, as a radio presenter, I am in a position to let a lot of people know that this is a company to be avoided. That's my mission for today

A second attempt: I ordered an intricately embroidered blouse ( Arabian V-Necked Short Sleeved Blouse) and instead received a fake. It was horribly cheap fabric of a nasty acrylic-like green and was NOT embroidered, but PRINTED in the most primitive fake patterns in some gross attempt to mimic the intricate embroidery. This is blatant deception... a criminal offence in any business. Obviously Floryday have zero respect for their customers as they take our money and send us appallingly made fakes with no compunction.

I am asking for an immediate refund or for the originally ordered genuine item to be sent; postage free.

FloryDay poor quality, difficult returning product

The dress I ordered looked nothing like it was pictured in the photo. I had to jump through hoops to return it. I was refunded for the price of the dress but not the shipping or package insurance. And, I had to pay for postage to return it because Floryday does not provide free return labels. I've never had so much difficulty returning an item before. Very unprofessional, and the dress quality was poor. Stay away.

FloryDay where is my dress?

To whom it may concern,
I ordered a beautiful Aqua green sleeveless maxi dress in August of 2018. The order number029917547181. I have been checking my mailbox everyday, and no package has arrived. This is making me worry as to the whereabouts of this dress. Please look into this matter and resolve it as quickly as possible. As Summer is coming to an end, and I want to wear it before the Fall arrives.

FloryDay return policy

I ordered a dress from floryday and was nothing like it pictured and did not fit. I contacted them to return the dress. They gave me to option ad they didn't want me to return the dress 1. They wanted to give me a 50% credit and 2. Give me 30% of my money back. I found it quite insulting...no company has ever done this. I paid around $67 for the dress plus $29 for delivery and got stuck with another $35 in duty. I emailed them back stating their offer was unacceptable. The replied stating I could return the dress but gave no address or receive a 70% discount on my next purchase(like i would ever purchsse from them again)or 50% of my money back. After being fed up I replied stating I would take 50% of my money and it has been a week and have heard nothing from them. Their return policy states they have several warehouses around the world you can return your product to...which is a total lie..or maybe just none in Canada. After reading other posts I would now expect 100% of my money back.

FloryDay returns & communication

I ordered two dresses from Floryday. I waited quite a long time for them to be delivered. When they did arrived they were packed very nicely. However, despite ordering a larger size than usual they were too small. They were pretty enough but somewhat flimsy. To contact Floryday is not easy. It is NOT made at all clear that ALL orders come directly from China, hence the wait. If you need to return you complete an online form. It is suggested to you that the postage, to China, will cost quite a lot and the purchaser is liable for this. On top of this the purchaser will have to pay 33% Import Duty on each item. However I found that Royal Mail had a Returns Service for them to an address in Birmingham so I sent the items there. The staff at FloryDay were unaware of this and rather taken aback. This facility has now been closed... Despite this 33% Tax was still deducted. This is not very conducive to becoming a regular or loyal customer of theirs.

FloryDay dress not delivered, not in transit and company won't communicate

I ordered a maxi dress on the 28th August 2018. It was supposed to be dispatched on the 1st September 2018. I was given a tracking number but when I tried to get into my profile it didn't recognise my password. Tried to get new password but no link sent through, I looked in all files! After an email a few days ago I still have no communication from them. I put tracking number in to ups tracking, says it recognised the number but had no listing of where it was. The order no. FloryDay solid pockets collar long sleeve maxi dress

I would like a refund on order #[protected]
I was sent ticket #2018-09-14 ID#[protected] with choices.

Since I had no reply on my choice, after asking a question, I have now decided on a refund and need instructions on how to return the item. Address, label, return #, etc?
This was ordered 8/16/18 and I received it approx. Sept. 10th. I asked for return information approx. 9/12-9/13. Received a reply the next day but when I asked a question on the choices I was given, did not receive an answer.
The dress is too small.

I'm tired of spending time tying to reach the right site. Floryday has offered me a full refund on order #[protected]. I do accept this resolution but and will definitely say RESOLVED if I ever get confirmation of the refund and my answer that they have accepted my decision. They offer me choices, then fail to reply when I have accepted. Thank you.

FloryDay order [protected] foral casual round neck long sleeved blouse

I received yesterday the above item, which has proven to be much too small. I can barely get it on and it is too tight. It is size small and I was guided by your bust measurements. Please could I return the item for a Medium size as i am happy with the item otherwise.

FloryDay what happened to my order?

I placed two orders online to purchase two dresses on July 25 and have not received any communication as to their where abouts.

I have been a loyal and faithful customer, but I am losing faith in your company. You would be well advised to please look into this disconcerting matter as soon as possible. I would like to remain a customer, as the quality of your products are excellent.

FloryDay company will not accept my email showing proof of posting returns back - refund monies outstanding

Two dresses purchased from floryday website - when they arrived the sizing was off, and the quality was inferior, not at all as appears on their very slick website. there was no paperwork enclosed for any subsequent return, have had long email contact with them on their website - was told to return the goods to a Birmingham Return Address and to send proof of posting to them at service @floryday.com - once they have they will refund PART of the monies paid for these shoddy goods BUT . . . [protected]@floryday.com will not accept my emails and they keep blocking them - this company thwarts attempts to return and claim refund of any monies paid at EVERY ATTEMPT! very, very frustrated as this is so evidently a scam Company, I have since discovered running from Hong Kong.

All money FINALLY refunded thanks:- well Floryday have now refunded my money, after many, many emails, it was a long process and I had to keep up a strong attitude in the emails that I would take further legal action if they did not resolve my complaint. SO ALL MONIES REFUNDED AND I AM HAPPY WITH THAT - but I will not be using this company again.

FloryDay I send back a garment for a refund and didn't get the full refund

I bought a dress from Floryday and paid AUD 86.13 and 18.90 for shipping to Australia. I have received and found the garment looked totally different from the website that I bought and asked to return and was told my refund for the dress that I paid $86.13 plus shipping fee of $18.90 = $105.03 is $67.31 and thus I am out of pocket $18.82 for no good reason. FloryDay returns service

I am trying to return 2 dresses I ordered which have finally arrived from Floryday. There is no paperwork with them about how to return items and the website states that they have to be contacted first in order to return items for a refund. It is very difficult to do this and I want to return them as they don't fit within their 14 day policy and I have submitted a returns request but have not had a reply . I want to return these items. How can items be refunded and returned when they don't fit?.
