FloryDay Return ID#3149193/Tkt#[protected] ($57.56) - Returned Swimsuits that were too large

I contacted your customer service dept. via email and was given a return label. I returned the swimsuits for a refund of $57.56 on 6/12/21. I have tried to track the package and email your customer service dept. to find out when I will receive my refund. I've have as of yet to receive my refund. Please contact to let me know when I w ill be receiving it.

FloryDay Service

I placed an order on 4th May for 5 items of ladies clothing. I received the order plus another order of the same items. I checked that I had only placed the one order, so why I was sent two I really don't know. I was charged for the two parcels £62.15 each. I had to return the items because they were not suitable for me. I posted, these parcels via Royal Mail on 10th June by recorded delivery, they would have got them by 11th June. I emailed them showing a copy of the parcel receipt with the reference numbers. I couldn't download and print off the return form.
On the 12th June I received an email from Floryday saying they had received payment for my order(s) and would be sending the order, two again of the same. I immediately replied asking them not to send these orders because I already have had the order.
I have emailed, and tried live chat on numerous occasions, to get this sorted. I have not heard anything from them, it is now 22nd June and still have had no response from them, letting me know what is happening and if I am going to receive a refund.

FloryDay Order not received from Floryday. Tracking shows delivered but not received

Floryday Scam ?

I am reporting my order and tracking number as below:

Online tickets not working
No contact details

Ordered, paid and waited but nothing

Internet and reviews showing scam

I want my package or my money refunded, I will not leave this. This company WILL NOT STEAL FROM ME !

Tracking number link not valid on internet and tracking number not connected with any Couriers

I want feedback within 24 hours to get this resolved

it is Mike Forrest of kingcatbatteries.com.au contacting you because i cannot return an item because it is not mention in my orders. the item that was sent is the wrong size the size we got is small and the size we ordered was xl. The id of the item is 5577132. We have bought from you 3 or 4 times but only 1 item comes up in my orders . can you fix this please i find you return web site hard to use Mike Forrest

FloryDay Online clothing store

Nothing came after waiting two weeks, got back on website, logged into my account and there was no information about my order, no order number, nothing to indicate that I had placed and order. At first I thought maybe I didn't press the last "order now" button to place the order and that the hour and a half I spent shopping was a waste of time because I messed up ordering. And then my husbands bank statement came, sure enough they took the money $97.98, and then cleared all information about my order off of my account! I emailed them and never heard anything back, I read reviews and some people didn't get their orders, some did and it was cheap clothes that looked nothing like the website, and some people where totally satisfied, I guess it's just a crap shoot and I was a loser. My advice is don't do it unless you have money you want to gamble with.

FloryDay Floriday

After purchasing eight items from floryday I was extremely disappointed with the terrible quality. Nothing but problems trying to return.Not able to send emails despite days of trying I returned to shippers on May 7th.They took delivery and signed for my goods on the 10th.l have now received an email adverting their site when they supposedly didn't know my email address when I applied for a refund and are uncontactable. Please beware this firm are a total scam.

FloryDay unethical behaviour. No answer to my requests to return goods. No answer

My order no [protected] 0f $213.37 was well received on 22 April 21.
The items were so cheap that I had to return 6 items out of 8 items.
I filled all their on-line forms to ask for a return and a refund.
They never gave me the address where I could return it, despite they
said each time they would answer within 24 hours.
My last e-mail was returned like the address was not good.
The tracking number of my order was [protected].
Since April 27, I sent Floryday many requests, always very polite, to
give attention to my request and give me an address but they never did.
I request a refund for the items I want to return but I do not have the
address where to return it.

FloryDay Returns

I orderd £228.82 worth of items. it took over 4 weeks to arrive by which time it was to late for my holiday. i have been trying to return ever since i got back home. i have filled out all the right paperwork on line but it wont go as far to give me a return label. i have sent them an email but no response. i don't know now what to do .My order number is [protected] ordered on the

FloryDay Dress

I sent dress return & replace, why did you not replace the dress
When I asked for it instead of a refund? I am very disappointed
I wanted that dress. I am not impressed at returns service.
What more can I say about my return replace

FloryDay Never received my full order

Package 2 of order [protected] I never received. I paid for all 10 dresses and only received 7 dresses. 3 dresses show in package 2 of the order. The order was placed on 3/18/2021 I have placed multiple inquiries about the missing items and have not received any resolution. They send me automated replies and they ask me to track my order. When I track my order it shows delivered but it is not fully delivered. I am missing 3 dresses.

Desired outcome: Refund or dresses immediately delivered.

FloryDay impossible to return damaged dress i received.

Floryday WINS! you made it very hard next to impossible to return items.
So you got me for $65 for a dress you sent that was damaged.
You should be ashamed of yourselves. If you choose to do the right thing and credit my charge card please email [protected]@gmail.com. to continue credit refund info. Cell phone [protected]

first of all i liked the 3 products i received very much i have just sent one backdue to problem with the zip.i thought we did not have to pay for returns?

FloryDay Returns and refund

I read their return policy and did exactly what was asked for.
I did it 3 or4 days in a row and never did an answer or a call.
They also changed my own email address that I filled in the order form.
I called the phone number 4 or 5 times and a voice said that the connection did not happen, despite it was the phone number they give on their site.
I filled the return online form 4 times, I give my right email address, not the one they had changed, like on my first order.
Never succeeded to reach them, nor by email, nor by phone.
It is done in a way you cannot reach them when it is for a return only.
In order to fill an order, it is very easy, but one cannot get in com with them for a return, despite they said when I did my order that their return policy was so easy. I did it and after 4 or 5 days, never had any
answer.

Desired outcome: A phone call or an email at least.

Many customers report having difficulty with communications about returns procedure . I have had a similar experience and having read that they have returned item they then have difficult getting reimbursed. Such a bad experience. Would not recommend this company and only give bad feedback.

FloryDay Have not received my refund from by order

It was turned into the Post Office on 4-15-21. Why is it taking so long to be refunded back to my bank account? The order number is [protected] which was created on 3-18-21 which was the day that my payment was accepted and processing my order. Five of the dresses were refunded for a total around $100.00. It has been 16 days as of today that my account has not been refunded. All of the guidelines have been followed and am unsure why this is taking so long.

Desired outcome: To be refunded the money I am owed.

FloryDay Clothes/shipping

Ordered and paid in full on March 9, 2021. As of April 13, 2021 I have received 1 blouse out of a seven item order .
I've written over 15 emails or forms. Every reply has a different answer to the same question:where is my order and when will I receive it.
Notably, the latest goofy reply is by May 1.
How do I cancel the order and get my credit card credited for 122

FloryDay Non delivery of ordered items

On 18 March 2021 I orderd clothing items from Floryday to the value of £42.62. I have waited and waited but these items have still not arrived.
I am 76 years old and I am afraid I may have been taken advantage of.
The amount £42.62 was taken out of my account on 18 March 2021 by www.floryday.com.
Please help.

FloryDay Returns

I contacted Floryday concerning returning items that didn't fit(inconsistent sizes)agent told me to send her my item numbers, so she could send me a label for my returns. Since I didn't receive any paperwork with my order, I had to go online to get order numbers.I've repeatedly tried to send these several times with no response I would like a label for returns I have four tips I cannot use. Please advise me on what to do next.

i want to return this dress as it is to small and the quality of the material is bad, i have asked for a returns notice which i was told out of the £13.72 I will receive £5. 27 as they have to deduct the vat this site is a scam how in the world are they allowed to trade in this country, i have just been reading other reviews looks as though this country is allowing them to get away with it.

I totally agree with you it is a disgrace this is allowed to happen, we should be protected. I would not recommend Floryday to any one.
