I've received a package form FloryDay on Wednesday (14 Sept 2016) and unfortunately I have to say that I am not satisfied with my two items.
First dress which is supposed to be made of silk looks like made of anything but silk. The quality of the material is really poor and feels like plastic.
The second one is sewn unevenly and has something that looks like longer material tails in the front and in the back.
These two are totally different than the photo on the website.
I paid a lot of money as for the plastic dresses and I need my money back.
Unfortunately OnlineChat and telephone number are not working.
I asked them for the return instructions and to start the refund process.
I wrote two emails on the address but no reponse.
After reading all those stories, I am starting to be a bit worried.
Hope this complaint is going to work. :(

fraudulent misrepresentation of merchandise
Do not purchase anything from this company This company is a total scam. The do not have a customer service department and no operational phone #. When you request a refund for low quality, mis-colored, shotty merchandise you keep getting a (form generated email). I ordered (4) dresses and when they arrived, I noticed that the color of the dresses did not match the color on the website. I have been trying since I received the merchandise on the 15th of September to get a refund which I still have not gotten. I was able to speak to a representative via their online chat (Ziaul) no help. The only thing that you will get is generated email that you cannot reply too. I have been reading all of the complaints and the response from Floryday is the same. When you click on the [protected]@floryday link it goes directly to the online website. This company should be shut down. Consumers, please do not purchase anything from this company. You will never get quality merchandise, you will never get a refund, and you will never get a piece of mind. Do not sign up for any newsletter. Be aware.

womens dress totally wrong size
I ordered a dress no021033863297 on aug 29th 2016. I arrived today and although i am size 14/16 and ordered xl i cannot even get this dress over my shoulders, i want to return it to have refund, but nowhere on your many website pages is there an address for returns.

Waited over a month for a dress. When it arrived it was nothing like the photo shown on Floryday's website. The photo on the website was actually taken from Spell & The Gypsy website of their Hotel Paradiso dress. The dress is made from cheap fabric and lacks detailing on the waist and is a very strange cut and size. Using another companies photo is very misleading also. I am now asking Floryday for a refund which if you believe what they say on their website should be an easy process. Not so far. I have had to submit photos . There returns policy does not say anything about having to give evidence to obtain a refund. I would not recommend Floryday to anyone
Floryday did quickly assist me with my complaint and refund for the dress I mentioned in my comment. They refunded the full amount of the dress which is the resolution I was after.

unethical behaviour, wrong order, breach of privacy
Very unprofessional company. Shipped me someone else's order and included an invoice with the other persons personal information. I never got my 1 dress order. Then they wanted me the costumer to pay for the re-shipping of this persons order or to meet with her in person!
Ignored my request for re-shipping my correct order and to send me a self addressed envelope so I could return the items.
I have relocated to canada and doing the shipping for them is not possible, post costs from here are outrageous $40 for her items. I have repeatedly asked them to resend my order and got the run around, generic vague nonsense and unwillingness to take responsability and fix the mistake asap, now I just want a full refund and for them to send me a return envelope at their cost. Avoid this nightmare consumers.

This dress is not the right size
XL size states that it should be L84 B88 - 93 W76. The dress is actually L84 B80 W70. This does not fit and therefore am returning it. I should not have to pay postage when the incorrect size has been sent to me. I expect a full refund as well as the cost of postage.

dress nothing like advertised
I placed an order and once this dress arrived, it looks nothing like what was advertised, it is completely see-through, very bad quality and not even the same colour. The actual dress I received looks like a low quality night gown and will never be worn, i would not pay R50 for this dress never mind R1800 (after customs) Thankfully I am a social media manager and will make sure that I will be spreading the word. I ordered three items through this company. Two were cut too small in the arms, so I inquired through their live chat about return. Was informed " we do also accept the return and offer a full refund of item total if you are just not satisfied with it( you need to return at your own cost)" Glad to do that but, even after multiple inquiries, they would not provide and address for the return.

This company fills your inbox with emails about making purchases, but is remarkably uncommunicative regarding returns.
I was contacted promptly by a Floride representative after posting my complaint. A resolution was suggested that allowed for a full refund in exchange for amending my complaint. I will repost my complaint if the refund is not completed, but willing to trust they will stand by their offer.

Hi I am having difficulty getting a response for 2 returns. Suspect this lot are the same shower behing Modlily! Exactly the same complaint. I wrangled a returns address out of them and despite them suggesting a part refund (10% of £65!) and I give the items to friends (yeah, right, like they'd be ok for my friends if they are not good enough quality for me?)
I got an RMA number out of them and was determined to send the stuff back and get a full refund (even though registered shipment to China cost £18, it became a matter of principle)
That was 8 months and a lot of 'tickets' later... still no refund.
Now having the same challenge with Flory Day. 2 hopes of a refund. Lesson learned.
My advice? Just avoid these Facebook retailers like the plague, whilst I know a lot of our in country retailers have clothes made in China, they have stringent quality controls in place. When you deal direct with these rag trade Chinese retailers it seems you have zero protection, lose your in country consumer rights.

I am supposed to send it back and have it back in their hands within 14 days, but yet i can't get an Address to send it back. I was worried the second I ordered from this place, because I did not receive a confirmation order email, but yet money was taken out of my account. I received the products, however, something seems fishy when I can't get anyone to give me an address. Live chat kept saying I needed to wait for an email back...? why can't he just give it to me? Odd.

I ordered 4 dresses from Floryday. All 4 are poor quality. I can't get a return address to send them back and they suggest I keep them or sell them to friends! They offer to give me vouchers to spend on their site instead!
The same just happened to me! I'm stunned! They would refund a 40% amount of money or 50% if I use an in-shop credit instead. That would be wasted money, indeed! I want 100%. And the two dresses are sooo bad I wouldn't even give them to a charity shop. They feel and sound like the material used for umbrellas! Let's wait and see, what happens. They were swift in their reply. That's a plus.

I have ordered a dress from FloryDay website and when I received it and tried it on I was very disappointed because it did not fit me at all. At was very small and tiny and also it was quite short even though it was supposed to be a knee length dress.
When I contacted customer service they said that I can return it back to China if I want to get a refund. But it was too expensive to return and there was no point in doing that. Then I asked for an exchange and they said that it was against their policy. They offered me a discount on my next order but I refused to accept that. I will definitely not buy anything from this site again. Very poor customer service.

Ordered a dress from www.floryday.com and required quick delivery because I needed the dress for a special event. The rep I spoke to assured me they'll make it on time and I believed them. My mistake.
On the estimated date nothing arrived but I've decided to give them a few extra days. Nothing! Emailed customer service and asked them to cancel my order.
So I went to a local shop and bought something there. When I came back there was a new message from FloryDay. They said that they were not able to cancel my order or refund my money because the order was shipped and it was against their policy. My dress arrived weeks later and it was beautiful but already useless.
Will never buy anything from FloryDay.

I wish I would have read the reviews too. I ordered a dress to wear to a wedding weeks ago and it still hasn't arrived. I have a tracking number, but all that tells me is that it was shipped on May 22. The wedding is this weekend so In will have to go out and buy another dress. I will never order from this company again.

I have ordered an item from this terrible company and I do regret that I did not check the reviews online.
I placed my order and paid for it. Later I got contacted by FloryDay and was told that they did not receive the money. I immediately contacted my bank to see did the payment went through or not and was told that FloryDay did get it. But these people kept telling me there was no money and asked me to pay again but I refused. Then they just stopped replying to my messages.
I found their Facebook page and tried to contact them there but nothing. Then I left a negative review on their page and it was immediately deleted. I left another one and got blocked.
I already contacted my bank and asked for help. Just to be sure I also blocked FloryDay. Do not believe this company, they are very dishonest!

Looking at a few items, although I knew that the materials would not be fantastic because of the prices, I ordered a top, a dress, and 2 pairs of shoes. My shoe size is 38 but I ordered size 39 as it was for winter wear. These shoes are not even size 36 ! the dress material I could use for dusting and the jumper is one of the most horrific colour and nothing to do with the photos ! I therefore contacted the return department asking them for an address where to post the goods. So far no reply and looking at the amount of complains on this site, I do not think I will. I am going to make sure that they are not allowed to advertise on Facebook any longer

Floryday is a rip of company, do not order anything from Floryday, your Item will never reach you and you will not get your refund too. I had ordered item in February came March no Item received, I had to cancel the item and requested refund until today (April) not received my refund. This company is a real fraud looking at all the reviews.
I am not complaining I am writing to go against the norm, I have received excellent service from yourselves although I had to have a refund on two of the items due to sizing but if I go into a shop I might need to try different sizes on when I try on different items so that is not a problem, my refund experience was excellent money back an my account within a few days. Very impressed. Thank you

FloryDay emailed me and told me they are cancellingwill my order because they didnt recieve verification of my xredit card in time. Okay, I go to place the order AGAIN and it's still pending on the website (yet, in this time period it has been quick and easy for them to cancel one of my preorders). I have emailed them (both service and feedback) 18 times! Eighteen! And they refuse to help me, cancel the order on the page, etc they just respond with my inquiry has been "noted." They will not send me items or cancel my transaction or even properly reslond to me!
Dont ever order from floryday - very dishonest company. they don't respond oh and the clothes are not stocked but made! doesn't say anything on the web that this is what happens!
If you value your money, don't waste it on this company, because you will receive crap product and loads of problems trying to get a refund.
