They said they would send me a return label in order to receive 100% refund. I have not received anything
I have made 4 attempts to contact Floryday. They asked me to choose an option, and I chose option 1 for a full 100% refund and I was happy to pay for the shipping back to them here in the states. Never received anything... I got scammed out of $153. (Order#023790894495) return ticket number assigned to my email (Ticket #5001111998)
The delivery took longer then expected but when the clothes arrives, they were hideous. The materials were very shabby, the sizing was not as described, and nothing was worth keeping. I packaged all the clothes and bagged the items for return. I first submitted the return request as described. One week later I received an email with options on how I would like to handle the situation: Option 1, 100% refund and they would email me the return address for my return. Option 2, they would send me a coupon code for 70% product value of my merchandise and I could keep the hideous clothes, or Option 3: They would refund me 50% of the product value and I could keep the hideous clothes.

They said this would allow me to track all my emails and communicate with them. All it does is go in circles and no one ever answers and the submit button stops working to infuriate you even more.

Return of items
Steer clear of this company. I received a dress which is nothing like picture on web site and is just rubbish which I wanted to return. I have sent a complaint to floryday and had a reply which just keep sending me to their website. According to the web site there is no order number for the item and apparently I have never ordered from them. This company needs looking in to as it is just misleading people and selling sweat shop rubbish

•Enclose the return form in your return parcel and package up securely in its original plastic bag. Please strictly follow the instruction on the label to return the package.
•You can track the shipment on website https://floryday.shipment.co/track/ and it usually takes 5 working days for your return to be delivered to our US warehouse. We will process your refund after receiving the returned parcel.
2. Return at your own cost
•If you choose to return at your cost, please send the package to below address. We will immediately initiate the refund process for you once we received your returned package. If you can provide us with the return proof or return tracking number, we will initiate the refund process in advance. Once we process the refund, you will receive a confirmation email.
•When you return your order, please take a picture of the return slip from the delivery company as return proof. You can simply upload the pictures when you reply to this message and please note that the picture should be a JPG file and not exceed 2MB. Did nott order these blouses and do not want them I had earleyer ordered two blouses idid not order but was told they had to be returned to china and would cost 25 dollars to send back so I gave them to the salvation army do not want these blouses I did no order just my money back

I cancelled my order 12 hours after placing it and explained the reasoning by email. They responded and were very sorry to hear that I wanted to cancel my order. No refund, no further communications for 4 days. 4 days later they informed me that the item was shipped despite they had 3 business days to process a cancellation request. Decided to file a dispute with my credit company to get a refund.

5 blouses
I purchased 5 blouses from FloryDay and none of them fit. I've tried to contact them by the email address provided to me by my PayPal but to no avail. There was no invoice included in the bag of blouses so I'm unable to return them. I'm $100 out but have learned never to buy anything that is advertised on Facebook. Buyers please think twice before ordering from this business. The blouses were all made in China and wasn't the quality I expected.

I ordered a dress 9 weeks ago. It arrived and it was of such poor quality I sent it back to you. I paid £3.90 postage to return it and despite a receipt as evidence of this and being promised a refund 3 weeks ago I still have not received my money

This is the worst experience I have ever had. When I tried to return the order I was met with every runaround trick in the book. When I was finally able to get them to issue a refund, it was in the amount of $50.99 for each dress (I ordered two of them). The amount I paid for them was $65.98 for each dress. By the way, so far this whole ordeal has taken me a little over a month to get to this point. I have not received a answer from my last three messages (the only way you can communicate with them) concerning when I will be getting the rest of my money. I doubt that I will ever get the money they owe me, so anyone thinking of doing business with Floryday BEWARE, BEWARE, BEWARE! Quite a good scam for making money!

Cannot get a return address to return the items I am not keeping and have been trying since 7/10/2020
I have tried multiple times through your inquiry page, through [protected]@Floryday.com, through [protected]@floryday.net and through [protected]@Floryday.com to get a return address to return items I want to return since 7/10/2020.
You all are saying the order doesn't exist yet you charged my credit card the $229.89
And in one email I was told to respond to which I tried but the email was a NOREPLY email address. I did not appreciate being told to respond to that email would not be possible.

Purchased dress, will not respond.
I am a senior on fixed income. Purchased dress & received it July 8th. Tried on, too small. Immediately emailed to exchange, you have to get return address from them and contact within 14 days. They ignored my question, told me to pick option when I was literally begging to exchange. Finally I said okay, give me back my money and I'll repurchase larger size. 10 emails later and they WILL NOT RESPOND. Their emails in the beginning were almost like a robotic reply. They warn you NOT to return to China address that they will give you a US return address. Please help. I feel like the stupid senior they warned us about at our senior center.
