FloryDay Order no [protected] item dress bhodgjsz3862

I ordered the dress in good faith but on opening the item supplied was not mint green as advertised but very bright turquoise. I contacted Floryday re return four times seeking advice and return label, to which I have had no reply in respect of postage which amounted to a £12 charge. It is now nearly 14 days since received and I suspect the company will say I am now too late to seek a return.
When I look at reviews and hundreds of complaints it is clear that this company should not be allowed trade on the web as they are demonstrating fraudulent practice by sending the wrong goods and ignoring the request to return.
Considering I paid over £12 for delivery of the dress supplied, weighing only a few grams, I would expect to hear from the company that I will be, both reimbursed the original postage and have return postage paid in full.

FloryDay 3 items ordered 2020-04-18 its now 22nd of may have received nothing

Ordered 3 items back on 2020-04-18 order #[protected] have not heard one thing back. You got your money on 2020-04-18 and i've received nothing. Whats going on? What kind of company runs a business like this? Cancel my order and refund my money to my card or send the product. Send an email to [protected]@yahoo.com. I will be waiting for your response.

FloryDay Took my money. Did not receive dress! Do that! I this my fault this company doe not

My order #[protected]. I placed my order on April 17, 2020. Floryday took the $41.13 from my bank on April 19, 2020 . I read the reviews, they are terrible! FLAG! I immediately contact Floryday thru email. Ask to cancel and refund order that I changed my mind. Emails dated April 20, 2020 state, your order is shipped on April 19, 2020 .
I ordered a dress. Floryday took my money. I have never received the dress. Be a smart consumer, read and believe the reviews of a companies business BEFORE you let them have access to your MONEY!

I think this company dont exist or is a scam. No one answer the email back in 72 hours.
I sent 2 emails waiting need to track my package I'm still waiting for customer service to call me or respond

FloryDay They are not giving me my return instructions as per their website

I ordered a blazer which does not fit me. Then I completed the return form and have not heard anything from them. Their website indicates that items must be returned within 14 days. I requested my return form on may 8 and have not heard anything from them. So then I requested another return form on may 14 and, again, have not received my return information. It appears they don't want to refund me for it

FloryDay Unable to get an email to them to answer my question.

Trying to find out why I pay for shipping, says 7-10 days after payment and now a month later still waiting for my orders. I have several items ordered and when I go to track order, it only says it has been shipped. Does not indicate date shipped or where it is. Click on to customer service but no where to write an e-mail for an answer. I really needed these items for a special occasion and if unable to get in time I need to know to go somewhere else and order them. Why do they lie about the travel time. Planes fly everyday, I know it takes several hours even from China, but not a month.

FloryDay Return merchandise

Please, please help me! I ordered 4 items on order #[protected]. I typed in wrong e-mail not sure what and I could not even get into the system! No confirmation or shipping info As it who knows where. I have left many messages and also robo and no one returns message! I would like to return all if the 4 items as they do not fit. My correct e-mail is: [protected]@comcast! I need a ra and address so I can return! I'm on disability and this money is very needed. Please contact me, ASAP so I can return. You company is a complete SCAM ! you have my money I Ipaid for 5 items in the amount of $147.23 I was only able to use 2 items and the other 3 Items I have been trying to return for over a month. You did not have any return address on the package that was sent to me nor do you have any customer service help. WHY are allowed to trade on internet!

I do not want a credit to purchase another item with 70% off or whatever.

I WANT MY MONEY BACK TO WHERE IT WAS CHARGED, IMMEDIATELY!

Impossible to get a return address! I have tried & tried & tried to get a return address from the company, you have my e-mail address order no and item that I want to return.

FloryDay my order for over 200 euros has never been received or any info either from floryday

I ordered in the beginning of February several clothes, shoes etc. it was charged from my account on the 4th February. delivery was promised latest 50 days! later. now when I look at the order it said they sent it in the middle of March.
it never occurred. never heard from this order nr. [protected] and it never came to its destination, i.e. to me.

FloryDay No return address or reply to email requests to return

I have received the items for this order number [protected] but they do not fit and there is no return address.

I've completed the online request 2 times and have also sent an email to return the items that are not true to size and have heard nothing back.

Please get in touch to let me know how to return the items and get a refund for the items I do not want to keep.

FloryDay I am asking you for help

On March 13th, 2020 I ordered online a dress described as follows: Solid V-Neckline. Long Sleeve Blouses ([protected]), size L, colour - grey. Payment details: Acquirer [protected].15 Pl. The number of my order was No.[protected]. I got the dress on March 23rd, 2020  and when I put it on, I was disappointed because in general, the dress did not come up to my expectations.
The sleeves are too long and too wide, the fabric of which the dress has been made is stiff and unpliable, thus the dress does not fit well. As a blouse it is too long and as a dress too short. 
For these reasons I want to return the dress to you  and get my money back. As on your site us you have assured me that returns are quick and easy, I am asking you for help. Please tell me to what address I should send the dress back. Thanks for your assistance.

FloryDay Dress

Purchased dress and received it. Dress looks nothing like pictures. I immediately contacted Floryday and was told through online chat a ticket was made for customer service to contact me. 0% response a till 3 days later and they stated within 24 hours I would be contacted by a human agent. No one has yet to get in contact with me. Very poor customer service. I will not order her again. Still need refund of more than $75 for item that looks nothing like pictures.

FloryDay Swimsuit

I ordered a swimsuit on the 31st January and the payment has shown up on my credit card statement but I still have not received the garment please could you let me know what is happening. If you cannot provide this swimsuit please coul you refund the amount of £13.05. Hoping you will give this your full attention. I do not know what else to say to make up 350 letters.

FloryDay coat

ordered a winter coat for my mother in November 2019. order # [protected]. received tracking # LW232079965CN in January 2020. All I am getting is "preparing shipment". if it isn't going to be sent then I want my money back! contacting them is nearly impossible! I have waited long enough! so disappointed. will never order from this company again. horrible (read nonexistent) customer service.

FloryDay flats fabric low heel pumps ([protected])

On the 26/11/2019 I bought the Sneakers flats fabric low heel pumps yellow, code for sneaker: [protected] and it was delivered on the 20/12/2019 at my work place and the parcel was nicely sealed & when I open the box on 06/01/2020 want to wear the shoes I discover that Heel of the shoes was not nicely glue, below is the attached photo. Kindly exchanged the shoes for me or refund because it's not in good condition. Your quick response will be highly appreciated

FloryDay exchange a product

I sent for a dress which should have been my size but on trying it on is too small. I wanted to exchange for the next size but couldny find the order no. so I explained the situation. It isnt as if I wanted a refund. I like the dress and wanted a larer size. Now despite your attractive products I will not buy from you again and will warn all my friends to avoid your company.

I have had a problem exchanging a dress for a larger size. INstead of exhanging they have oferred me a reduced amount of credit on any future purchases. However I cannot print off their offer and cant link it to another purchase there it is worthless.

FloryDay floryday is a scam company

I should have realized that Floryday was a fraudulent company. when they will not provide a return address. They make you jump through so many hoops that most people would give up. Money is hard to come by these days and I had saved for 2 months to purchase this blouse for Christmas and now I have lost my money. It states on the website that they are happy to return or exchange your purchases but when you fill out an online form, which is required to receive a return address, there is an error, try again later. well, I've been trying "later" for 6 days now and you just have 14 days to notify them.

FloryDay refund not received

Floryday have charged my mom's card but then said the transaction had failed. Which it had not. They asked for PICTURES of the card which my mom of course refused.

They initially said my mom will be refunded within 14 working days but that has not happened and Now they're not responding to requests for a refund! Total scam and the company should be ashamed stealing money from vulnerable people!
