Irregular clothing poor quality
Return policy cannot get through to site, telephone number does not work. Floryday is a big scam for poor quality clothing. Their chatbot as they call it supposed to contact you I've tried for 4 days no one has texted or assisted. Clothing arrived I'll fitting, substandard clothing irregular. Cannot get through on line, or through to return page. Making this return and refund impossible. I want my money back. I need help in reaching this company. Or refund from PayPal?
Amount charged and amount credited for order returned
I placed an order w/Floryday 4/6/2020 for two pair of shoes at 19.98 a pair and charged 20.99 shipping plus.99 insurance, I guess that's the cost to expedite. however I would never agree or choose to pay that much to ship something and why would I pay for insurance on something I'm not responsible for, I'm not the one shipping it.
long story short $59.64 was taken from my account. The shoes were to big and after about two weeks or more of going back n forth through emails with after sales support as to where i'm supposed to return the shoes, finally received an email with the address (it shouldn't be that difficult Floryday!) went to the U.S. P.O. at the cost of 13.25 to return it on 6/30/2020.
they agreed to split the cost provided a receipt sent to them and did so the same day. they did not issue credit for half the cost and even charged me back the measly 2.00 discount for first time ordering issuing a credit in the amount of $37.96
and it cost me $ 72.89 that's a difference of $34.93 out of pocket for having placed an order with Floryday.
THAT'S UNETHICAL AND SIMPLY WRONG!
It cost me 35.00 & I received nothing from Floryday and still have to bare the cost of buying shoes needed for work elsewhere.

I returned three items 2 of which I ordered 1 I did not. Ive been waiting to hear something about my refund for at least a month or more. Please resolve this issue. I returned because of cheap quality and sizing. Im having a difficult time contacting this company deadends at every turn this is n way to run a business and im exstreamly dissapointed please help. I returned a top more than a month ago. They are now asking for proof that it arrived. I've provided a tracking number and they still say they never received it. The top bore little resemblance to the one pictured. It was thin, cheap and nasty polyester. Refund still awaited. Not holding my breath.
I wrote a poor product review on Floryday's site, but 100% 5 star satisfaction rating still showing. Must be a fix.
Two dresses
Unable to obtain an address for returns. I'm trying for a week. Soon I will be unable to honor the fourteen day return policy!

Dress
One of the dresses I ordered is poorly made and a cheaper material than I expected. I have tried to go they the proper procedure to get a return label. I get no response from them. I then tried another way to get the request fo to see if that would work. No response. They state you only have certain amount of days to return and ask for the return label. I can't return my item if they won't respond to me for the label. I don't even know if they are receiving my messages even though I'm filling out the inquiry on their site!

I know there website sucks as far as contacting to communicate about concerns with your order. it keeps asking for a jpeg pic etc im sick of dealing with these people. I placed an order and returned it. cost me 70.00 it total n I received less than 40 in credit.

My refund
I placed an order with floryday which I spent £58.71. When items arrived they wasn't as expected (poor quality) I returned all items at cost to myself of £4.10 to the untied kingdom address. I revived an Email from them saying I would receive my refund in to my bank in 7-14 days of £47.17. £11.54 less they what I paid them. I don't understand why.

Not able to return a dress
6/17/2020 I received a dress today. It doesn't fit so want to return it. When I attempted to provide the order number, I got a message saying I've never ordered anything! I noticed they had my email address as [protected]@gmail.com. This is incorrect - my email address is [protected]@q.com. I have received emails from Floryday on the [protected]@q.com address.

Website doesn't let me retrieve refund form
I got my 2 shirts today june 12th which I ordered on may 31st. They were cut way to big and I want to return them. They said it was a simple return... Just put your order number and it would be emailed to floryday. It wouldn't take my order number and then when it did the email address wouldn't go through! I've been on my computer for over an hour and there is no simple way to get a return request.

Trying to return a product and when I go to put in the item number, it is saying that there is no number because the item hasn't shipped.

Hello, I have been in contact with floryday thru their returns page & filled out a return for a dress that is too small. All I have received from them is an automated email saying for me to wait for them to contact me within 1 week, with a return address within australia. Well that was more than a week ago now & I still have not heard from floryday. I am wanting to return this expensive dress which did not match in with your size guide, which is why it is so small that I did not even bother to try it on because it won't fit me. If i'm not given a return address to send it back how am I supposed to get my money back. I want a return address please. I have waited long enough for you to contact me & you have not done so. I am not a happy customer. If you do not give me an address to send this dress back, I am going to advertise all over social media what a scam company you are so that people won't buy from you & that you steal peoples money. Refund for two pairs of shoes
I contacted Floryday to say I would return the shoes and would like a refund. I was informed on the 5th May I would get a refund of £36.75 and a voucher for the postage all within 14 days.
I have received the voucher for the postage but no refund. I have sent numerous emails asking where the refund is and have not had a reply.
There is no contact number and no other way of contacting them.
I would like to know how I can take this complaint further with the Ombudsman to get it resolved.

I have ordered goods for 205.31 euros from Floryday on 22.04. 2020. I have never received any confirmation as of now about the order however money was deducted from my account straight away. When I emailed Floryday I obtained automatic email in broken Slovak language.
