On November 1, 2023, at 9:20 AM, the Customer Service person: Jessica as pre her saying you ready to get on the register. Sandra Juanita Scott responded no I don’t clock in until 10:00 AM. This is how it went then:
Jessica: Jeff clock her in this took place in front of two lines of customers
Juanita: said Jessica you and Jeff can NOT clock me in without my permission
Jessica: with her loud and obnoxious voice said get on register 6 right now
Juanita: I responded that it is not time for me to start and I am Not on 6
Jeff: said you are clocked in now so you are on the clock
My IBS kicked in from stress so then I was force to leave work. This not the only issue I have had with Jessica and Jeff when it comes to me clocking in and out the last time they tried to make me stay past my time to get off.
Juanita: I asked Jeff if I could talk with him and he quoted I don’t want to deal with crazy stuff today.
What her and him don’t know there is EEOC, the AMERICAN DISABILITY ACT and LABOR BOARD that they must comply with. I am disabled on oxygen and mental health Jessica knows that she can make me shake when she yells at me. I am being to look at this as a racial issue. It is under professional for Jessica to be yelling at me in front of customers.
I don’t know if Jeff is a Manager or what, because he doesn’t resolve any issues between management and employees. Employees call in sick when they have to work with her, because she yells and curses at them. AT Food Lion #2520 during your 90 days probationary period: you can call a customer idiots, curse at employers, threatened to burn down the store with Customers presents during the threat, cry too keep her job and leave money, don’t drop money, and safe off 8,000 dollars and STILL HAVE A JOB WITH THE COMPANY! The police should have been called in with the threat that was made in the store where customers was shopping at.
Desired outcome: Food Lion Corporation is doing the worst to fit the problem!!
