I have been a Footgear client for quite some time. I always buy whereever i am it does not matter where I am, it is long as it is Footgear. I bought the shoes in footwear ekhaya shopping center last month. Right now it is very difficult for me to get a refund Footgear cz I could not exchange due to the sizes. I went to the Footgear in Tsakane mall where I thought I will get a refund since since it's closer to my workplace but every time when I go to the store I am being told that I should have came to buy in their store for the purchase. I should not buy at any Footgear other than them, the store manager was called and she said that she doesn't have money to refund me, I asked for the money to be paid into my account since I did not use cash and they don't have money, the store manager refused. Right now I am tucked with the shoes that needed to be refunded but I can not get any help from. The store manager further told me that I must go and do the process where I purchased the product cz she will only do the refund for the people who have made the purchase in her store
