I purchased a 2022 xlr boost toy hauler vin# 5ZT3XL2F7NZ00145, October of 2022, RE: 37TSX Concerns *001465 with Ms. Callahan for the past year. I have run out of patience with your company, the dealership has made many warranty repairs authorized by your company. The latest disaster was when they hauled my rv all the way to Indiana and did the wrong repair on my bedroom slide out. They now have hauled it back there again. I am requesting that you ask for all the emails between her and I and that you review all of the repairs that had to be completed. If you cannot get this info, I will copy all of it and get the Work Order info from my dealership. I had the dealership install slide out awnings when I bought it and had the windows tinted. I am requesting that you exchange my unit for one that passes all of your quality control inspections. I have had two previous new units from forest River and never had such an awful unit. Every time I had to take my rv to the dealership it is a 100 mile round trip. Please help and restore my faith in your company.
