we couldn't get the slide closed to get from Colorado back to Illinois for repair.
We did trade in our RV, but didn't get nearly as much as we thought we would. we paid close to $80,000 and 18 months later only got $30,000 as a trade in. As the slide came in and out off track, it tore up the floor, which we didn't realize until the slide started making noise. We saw the slits in the floor, but didn't know where they were coming from.
Claimed loss: Refund ( plus the amounts we had to pay for storage to keep our spot, while the RV was in for repair) We also had to pay for another week in Colorado, while we tried to figure out what do do.
Desired outcome: At least our loss amount
