My wife and I purchased a RV from Porters RV in Coos Bay Oregon. We had to wait to pick up or RV as the slide out was out of alignment. Since then we have had to have the Whole slide out replaced as we took it camping in a rv sight and we couldn't get the slide out to go out. While driving the whole slide out shifted to the rear. Moving forward, last Friday we took out the RV again. Toward the end of extending when we arrived at our sight (I must add we have a level in the RV as we was told it has to be lvl to extent slide out) it started pinging and making weird noises. when we Finally got it in when heading home we took it immediately to the site we pay to store it and extended it out to do a deep clean like we always do we could not bring it back in. We had power from the battery and still couldn't. I hooked up the Battery from truck to see if that would help but it did not. this rv has had the same problem since we purchased and we was told when we picked it up that it was fixed and we wouldnt have to worry about it anymore.
Desired outcome: Completely fixed in the correct manner or trade it in for another company's rv as with all the problems we have had this is NOWHERE the quality of RV we was told Forrest River represents.
