First of all, they had the car under someone else's name
First of all, they had the car under someone else's name. They said there wasn't any warranty on the car until I showed them the paperwork I had. When I told them what was wrong with the car, they said they wouldn't cover it. When I bought the car, I mentioned that the engine didn't drive properly, but they made a bunch of excuses. I really want this problem fixed.

The service manager informed me that my timing belt tensioner needed to be replaced, and it was covered under my warranty. He said he would call the warranty company to arrange the replacement and let me know when I could come in. However, he never called me back.
On 10 May , I went for another oil change and spoke to a different manager. I told him about the leaking timing belt tensioner and mentioned my warranty. He assured me that he would contact the warranty company and inform me of the next steps. Unfortunately, he also failed to call me back.
Today, on 12 July , I went for another oil change. To my surprise, I was told that my warranty had expired, and I would have to pay the full price for the replacement. I strongly disagree with this because I had requested the replacement while it was still covered under warranty, and they did not follow through.

The new sales boss *** took my call and said he made the contract for $17,000 even. I said okay and asked if I could get more pics of the car. *** said *** was helpin another customer but he would make sure he got back to me after he was done. I never heard back. I called the dealership again and got *** another sales guy who said he would get the car brought in for more pics but it was rainin and he wasn't goin out right now. A few hours went by and I still didn't hear nothin. I called back to the dealer and asked for *** who told me the car was sold. I told him we were workin on a deal but from what he was sayin, they sold the car without tellin me. I asked for the owner's contact info.

I bought a car from this dealership a month ago. Since then, I've had constant problems with it. I've been to the service department about 6 times. The check engine light came on a few days after I bought it. I took it to the service department and they told me that this car just has this issue when you put gas in it. They didn't even look at it. The light went off but came back on about a week later. Also, there was a lot of water in the trunk where the spare tire is, and it smelled like mildew. They didn't really check it thoroughly and said the trunk was probably slightly open when they washed the car. They looked into the check engine light this time and said they fixed the problem. The light was off temporarily but came back on again. This happened a couple more times. Finally, they sent the car to GMC. They did give me a loaner car though. The car has been in the shop for a while and they told me it was fixed this week and I could pick it up on Friday. But Friday came and went and I didn't hear from anyone. This has been a problem since I bought the car. They were very attentive when I was buying the car, but as soon as it started having issues, it's been hard to get in touch with someone. I've had to initiate contact each time. On Saturday, I talked to someone from the service department about the car that was supposed to be ready yesterday and they told me it's not running and had to be towed. If I hadn't called, I wouldn't have known. I called the General Manager and left a voicemail. He never called back. This was the second time this week I left him a voicemail. I talked to him once during this ordeal but haven't heard from him since. Payment is due soon, I still have no car, and no one is calling me back.
