I had to wait for over two months for the package to arrive, and to make matters worse, I wasn't informed upfront by Petyay that the order was coming from China. What a crummy mess!
Despite the delay and confusion, I must say that the package arrived in good condition and I was pleased with the product. However, I do wish that the tracking information was more accurate and that I was informed about the origin of the package beforehand.
Overall, my experience with YunExpress was a bit of a rollercoaster ride. While I appreciate the timely delivery of my package, the lack of transparency and accuracy in the tracking information was a bit frustrating. Honestly, I'm really disappointed with the shipping courier, YunExpress. I wouldn't recommend using them or any company that ships with them. If I wanted to receive the same tracking update every day, I would set an alarm for 1 am to tell me that my brain was dispatched from the sorting center.
