FTD Companies never received my order!

I have ordered a plant from FTD website and received a payment confirmation email and was supposed to receive it the next day. Instead of my plant I received another message that delivery will be several days late. After a week I called and asked about my order and they said that they need more time to deliver. Then I was told that my plant was no longer in stock and was offered a 10$ refund! What a joke! Never again I will order anything from these people!

FTD Companies still no delivery

On May 7th I ordered flowers online from this 'company'. They were guaranteed to be delivered by May 8th, Mother's Day. I called the evening of Mother's Day to see why they hadn't been delivered to my mother. The lady said they would be delivering up until 9:30pm because of the busy holiday. Still no delivery. I called the next day and they said they were sorry and would give me a refund but I had to wait for a floral manager to call me back. I never received a phone call. I called a second time and got the same run around from someone I could barely understand from his thick accent. I called a third time and asked who the owner was and for that information. She couldn't answer my question. I also asked her where they were located. She couldn't answer that either. The next day I received an email from a clerk named Aaron that said I have a credit for the amount of the flowers that were never delivered. I was told I would get a full refund, not a credit. Obviously, I never received a refund but I reported them and all the info I could gather to my bank's fraud department. They are fraudulent ###! BEWARE!

FTD Companies flowers were not delivered

I have ordered some flowers from Florist website and the person I sent them to never received anything. I was contacted by Florist and they said that the address I gave them was incorrect and that they could not find the right house. That was strange, but I provided them all the necessary information again and they said that they will deliver in no time. Well, they never kept their promise and my mother did not get the flowers. When called Florist they asked me to wait and I was put on hold for about 30 minutes and then disconnected. Called again and got no answer. Scam!

FTD Companies flowers ordered for funeral

In 2012 I used FT Florist to send an arrangement to Wyoming. I ordered a specific arrangement-Eternal Lite! The time and date was given, and to my surprise, the flowers came half way during the Funeral! I was very angry and complained! They said they did not have a cross for the arrangement, so they made something else! Horrible! I swore I would never order from them again, but decided that mistakes are made and decided to try them again!
They have not changed..I ordered the same arrangement for April 28th. I asked if the florist had a cross, because I wanted this arrangement! They assured me they would make sure the order was placed correctly! I explained the viewing was at 9am and the funeral at 10am. Please have it delivered early! They said no problem..I attended the viewing as well as the funeral. No flowers arrived! I called the day after and was told they delivered at 1:28pm. Why would we want flowers after the funeral was over! And I was told I had to pay for them! I refuse to pay for service not received! The only thing they could offer was a 25% discount on my next order! I explained that I did not want to ever use them again! EVER! They do not care for their customers, and could careless about the instructions given! My advice is not to use them ever! Seriously use a private florist! You will be happier!

FTD Companies gold gets me what, exactly?

I figured if I paid $29 and got the "Gold" membership with free shipping, I'd be more inclined to send flowers about a dozen times a year. Usually I think about it but then get discouraged when I see all the fees added on.

So I go to place my first order as a Gold Member, and what do I get at checkout? "$17.99 service fee" on each arrangement. Hmmm. Maybe I am asking too much for them to be delivered tomorrow. So I look at the next available dates... Nope. Still $17.99 tacked on to the charges.

Okay. the next one is to be delivered in 3 months. That should be enough time. Nope. $17.99.

Why did I pay $29 ?

FTD Companies what a joke company!

After numerous phone calls I finally received my order. I bought some flowers for my mother on Valentine's day and they showed up only on February 17th! The original order was a flower basket, but I received a simple bouquet. When I called for the first time I wanted to ask when the flowers would be delivered, and they told that flowers were on their way. They were delivered only 3 days later. The second time I called to complain about the quality of my order and heard only excuses. What a joke company! Never again I will order anything from them!

FTD Companies deceptive advertising on internet

I placed an order with Flowers LLC on February 14 and was told they were guaranteed to be delivered that day. They were not. When I requested information about the delivery that evening, I was advised they had been delivered.
The following day, still no delivery, I was told they were unable to delivery because there was no florist in the area. Note this was the Washington DC area. Finally, when requesting a supervisor, I was told they were closed on Sunday, even though they sent an email stating again they would guarantee delivery that. I used Flowers LLC because it carried FTD trademark and logo. If you have a licensing agreement, I would like to be advised. Also, I intend to report this FTC, Attorney General and all other regulatory agencies providing oversight for Internet fraud.

FTD Companies flower delivery in a box - not from florist

FTD is the worst! I placed an order online for Valentine's Day a few days ago. I recently got an email saying they couldn't deliver my vase and flowers so they shipped it in a box. Are you kidding me? I paid $60 for flowers and $20 in service fees and they are sending it in a box. How completely tacky is that. I called Customer Service and emailed and they repeatedly told me they could not cancel my order because it was already shipped for delivery. I explained that this was impossible because the flowers are due to be delivered in 2 days so how can it already be on a truck. I will never, never order form FTD again. Terrible customer service. If I wanted flowers in a box I would have gone to proflowers!

FTD Companies horrible flowers delivered during mother's day

I will never order flowers from FTD again. I had ordered flowers for Mother's day and had it sent to my mother-in-law's house. The flower was just left at her front door without notifying her. By the time she saw the flowers, some of it have wiltered away in the hot Las Vegas heat. I paid good money for those flowers and expected good service. They have our contact numbers! I contacted customer service on the same day of the delivery and customer service stated that the florist that had delivered the flowers will contact me. They never did. The flower was delivered on 5/9/15 and until today, 5/23/15, I have not heard from them. I even emailed customer service and still no reply. Never ORDER FROM FTD.

Six days before Valentines Day I tried to go online to order, but my internet connection kept failing. The first time I made it to the delivery option, the shipping cost was $15.99. Five minutes later after rebooting, the cost was $20.99, and ten minutes after that the delivery cost had jumped to $23.99! What a scam! Needless to say, I went to another flower/gift site to order.

I placed an order several days ago with FTD do be delivered on my mom's 70th birthday. The order was never delivered. When I tried to contact FTD on the day of delivery, I never received a reply to my email, and after waiting on the phone for over an hour, never got a human to answer their 1-800 number. I will never order through FTD again.

They failed to deliver on Mother's Day. They would not answer their phones. Never again. You don't screw up on Mother's Day. Too many other flower companies to choose from. Their new CEO is only 31 and admits to not knowing anything about the flower business. Now he proved it.

Not sure about the CEO issue but I ordered flowers on Thursday (2/12) for Valentine's Day (2/14). Today is 2/16 and still nothing. Spoke to someone today who said it may not come today either... absurd.

FTD.COM are a horrible company, in my experience. Their price for a dozen roses is obscene to begin with, but they offered a 'free' teddy bear as part of the deal. So I made the order. The roses got delivered, but no bear. I contacted their customer service via email, choosing 'delivery problem' as the subject. The IDIOT who responded did not bother to actually read my email. Instead, they chose to simply confirm the delivery was made. I sent a second email. The response was 'we investigate all complaints individually so it may take a while'. A week later and still nothing. They obviously work on the basis that if they ignore you, you'll go away. In my case they're WRONG! Disgusting, incompetent and utterly pathetic customer service. I recommend you AVOID this company.

FTD online dropped the ball

I ordered a dozen roses – next day delivery –guaranteed- for my mother in-laws 70th birthday. The flowers never arrived. I called “customer service” and they said they would “Make it right” first thing in the AM (the day after her birthday). I got home at 4 pm to find out that the flowers were still not there and that nothing was done. I called them a second time and the woman on the phone said, “sorry, … I could call your mother in law and let her know that you did order flowers”
Never again will I use this company or their web site. Find a local service and save your service fees.
FTD very bad service and no follow through!

FTD Companies non delivery of order

Recently I ordered flowers for marriage anniversary from Chennai online florists and it was to be delivered on 30th October. Even though flowers are not delivered, the customer service is telling it is delivered. To the surprise the product was to be delivered to my wife and she has not received till today. They do not have proof of delivery. The customer service is very bad and this company is run by bunch of cheats. There is no way we can escalate the complaint and they are not responding at all. . Do not send any gifts through this online cheats. They are not giving any refunds.

Ordered flowers 4/30/16 for delivery on 5/6 for Mothers Day which was 5/8. Flowers never got there on 5/6, 5/7 or 5/8 after calling at least 15 times. customer service not in US and poor english.AFter call was transferred to the US, I was told that it was too late for Mothers Day delivery.

misleading price/ Delivery

I just ordered flowers and chose the deal of the day for 19.99. The flowers are for mother's day but I chose flexible delivery and time and free vase offered, it came to over 50.00 with extra fees they tacked on. VERY deceptive business practice and didnot use my discount code (Tom Joyner). The flowers were delivered to the neighbor's home. Buyer BEWARE

I wouldn't ever make a purchase with this company again. They unknowingly sign you up for a monthly membership and charge your account for 9.99/month. If you've made a recent purcahse with this company, check immediately to make sure you are not incurring this monthly charge.

Pro Flowers devilered my wife valentine flowers to LITTLETON, MA, US yesterday not to Ocean City, MD and they cannot get another shipment delivered until tuesday 2/16. A little late for valentine day- Don't use pro flowers.

I ordered some flowers for my daughter-in-law in Columbus, Ohio back in March. On my statement I found besides the transaction on 30 March, there have been monthly payments of $14.95 taken out on my credit card, ie an extra payment in March plus payments in April, May and June.

FTD Companies scam, product didn't delivered

After ordering flowers from them, they sent the flowers which was a rip off price but I had no choice since I was overseas in a trip. The flowers arrived without the greeting card which was the most important thing. My wife didn't knew who the flowers from and the delivery guy couldn't tell her because he couldn't remember.
I emailed the company twice but they didn't responded at all.
Although they ruined my anniversary, I can understand mistakes but not whenever they ignored me.
Stay away from flowers.ms if you want your event to be as planned. I guess they have enough business not to care about some customers.

FTD Companies did not receive product

On 2/13/14, I ordered flowers from this company for a delivery date of 2/14/14. They guaranteed that they would deliver them to my wife's place of business. Needless to say, my wife never got them and after several phone calls to FTD Flowers, they continued to tell me that they will have a supervisor call me within 30 minutes. I haven' t received a call yet. My credit card is now breached and I have to cancel and get another one. I requested a refund and all these representatives keep telling me is that they enter the order into the system but they don't know which florist got the order, and yet still telling me that they are taking my name and number and forwarding it to a manager to call me. What manager is going to call me if you don't know what florist has the order. This company capitalized off of using the FTD Trade name as a bait and switch gimmick. They are not affiliated with FTD and they are ripping off customers with these fake orders. My wife didn't get her flowers and I am livid. I am filing a complaint with the BBB. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

FTD Companies fees charged to gold members

I subscribed to a yearly "Gold" membership program. FTD advertises discounted prices but, more importantly, "no handling fees".

My first order was exactly as promised and everything was perfect. My second attempt to use the GOLD membership was Valentine's Day when I tried to order roses for my wife. A $19.99 "service" fee was added to my order. I contacted their customer service department and complained; the GOLD membership is advertised to NOT have added service fees. Yet, the customer service rep refused to eliminate that charge. I've received multiple EMAILs from the company claiming that "customer service is their highest priority", yet they continue to refuse to eliminate that fee. I got tired of talking with them and demanded a refund of my membership fee. They refused because I already used the GOLD membership once (which worked perfectly as I stated earlier), in spite of the fact they continue to ignore the promise they advertise regarding service fees.

I had no choice but to order from PROFLOWERS.COM - I've ordered from them before and they do a great job too. The flowers are not as great as FTD, but they do deliver as advertised.

I told FTD to give the remainder of my GOLD membership to anybody who wants it, including the customer service rep, but I'm pretty sure they already know it is basically worthless.

FTD Companies gold membership ripoff +little attention to order date details

I purchased an FTD Gold Membership ($29.99) in November and have since placed approximately a dozen orders. The membership entitles free shipping on most items. Here is the kicker, most sale items or special pricing items can not be combined with free shipping. I was not told this when I purchased the Gold Membership. Also, more than half of the sales I've received from FTD since purchasing the membership don't go through with free shipping. We have spent hours on the phone calling in orders as the website continues to charge shipping, even on sales sent to us. I feel the program is deceptive due to all of the exclusions and even items FTD supposedly doesn't exclude try to charge shipping on line facilitating a call, long holds an a big waste of time every time I order. They need to get their *@# together.

Additionally, my Christmas orders did not come when promised. Many were late even though order well in advance and my centerpiece was nearly a week early (FTD did replace this one). The tropical fruit we ordered for our Christmas table was not edible. This item was replaced with another item, however, it too came at a different time than it was supposed to come.

I don't know what is going on at FTD, however, I'm disgusted that even though I ordered early and picked the dates of delivery most of my Christmas orders were screwed up and that most of the time that I receive a promotion the website tries to charge me shipping even though we paid for shipping for a year through the Gold Membership. We order "tons' of gifts so why is FTD trying to lose our business?

FTD Companies wrong order

Flowers are beautiful except I specifically purchased this because of the gift box, they came in celephane. I purchased the regular sized card, No card was delivered. I paid for a Balloon, No Balloon was delivered. I tried calling 30 times and can't get ahold of anyone. Also delivery was an hour late but not to bothered about that.

FTD Companies no delivery

My husband's uncle died and we were unable to attend the funeral so wanted to send flowers. I ordered from FTDfloristsonline on a Friday and was told the flowers would be delivered in time for the funeral service on Saturday. They claimed to not have a delivery charge, but I paid $14.99 service fee. I was left a message on Saturday morning that the flowers could not be delivered that day, but could be delivered on Tuesday if I called back. So I called and left a message with their answering service to go ahead and deliver the flowers on Tuesday. On Wednesday I called to see if the flowers and left another message with the answering service. I received a return call on Thursday (no return call from my message on Saturday) and was told that they did not recieve the message on Saturday, but that they would "upgrade" my order to be delivered that day (Thursday, 5 days afer the original delivery date!). I expressed my displeasure, requested a discount on my order and instructed them to go ahead and deliver. On SATURDAY, I received another call saying that my flowers were hopefully going to be delivered that day (1 full week after the original deliver date). At this point I cancelled the order and requested a full refund. I will NEVER use this company again. FTD has always had a good reputation for flower delivery, but if they allow shoddy companies like this one to use their name, their repuataion will be forever tarnished!

FTD Companies order not delivered - never again

Prior to Valentine's Day, I placed an order (over $100) for delivery to a Nursing Home. When I didn't receive a call from the recipient during the day, I called to check and confirmed as of 5pm nothing was delivered. I checked again at 8pm and still nothing. In between I attempted to check status online which was not available, and then by calling FTD and was told the wait time was over 30 minutes. I then filed a complaint on the website and minutes later received 3 different email confirmation saying my order had been delivered. I contacted the Nursing Home and again, nothing had been delivered. Not only did they not deliver the product, they are completely unavailable to explain what happened AND they lied by emailing false delivery confirmations. I am completely disgusted, am disputing the charges with the credit card company, and will never, ever use FTD.com again and plan to tell everyone I know that they failed miserably and will lie about.

I will NEVER EVER order flowers from FTD.com again! I order flowers not once, but twice and the order never got processed. I was assured that my order would arrive on time for Mother's Day and was let down. Then you call customer service to complain and forget about getting someone in the USA, you get India or China! SMH!

FLOWERS WILTED THE DAY AFTER DELIVERY. CUSTOMER SERVICE APOLOGIZED, BUT WOULD NOT MAKE GOOD ON THEIR GUARANTEE. THEIR 7 DAY GUARANTEE DOES NOT SPECIFIY THAT YOU MUST CALL BEFORE SEVEN DAYS AFTER DELIVERY. IT IS MISLEADING AND THEY WOULD NOT MAKE GOOD ON THE FLOWERS, BECAUSE MY COMPLAINT WAS NOT MADE WITHIN 7 DAYS OF DELIVERY.

I placed an order for same day guaranteed delivery of flowers to the east coast at 9:30 am PST. I received a call at 1:30pm PST from FTD indicating the delivery could not be made. At that time it was 4:30 on the east coast and no one could deliver the flowers. DO NOT ORDER THROUGH THEM, HAD I THOUGHT TO LOOK ONLINE AT THE COMPLAINTS - I WOULD HAVE DONE WITHOUT THE AIRLINE MILES AND GONE WITH A MORE DEPENDABLE COMPANY!

Flowers for Valentgines day were ordered one week in advance. FTD acknowledges order and charges credit card. On Valentines Day, at 2:11 PM in the afternoon, FTD advised that they would not deliver until February 16, but did offer a $20 coupon off for future orders. The late notice was not enough time to go elsewhere.

FTD Companies bad customer service - no follow-up

Ordered a birthday arrangement for my Dad with a delivery of 5 days away. They delivered it the next morning! (4 days early). I emailed to tell them how disappointed I was in the wrong delivery and to ask for 1/2 refund. No response. Then I called them and was told how sorry they were and that someone would call to follow up on the problem. No one ever did. My mom sent me a picture of the arrangement and it was not at all what was pictured when I ordered - how embarrassing. It was cartoonish and delivered on the wrong day. Awful service, no follow-up. Avoid this online floral ordering service!

Good evening. I placed an order through their website on Wednesday 13 February 2013. I ordered product 13-V8, the large version at a cost of $89.98 after the service charge. Their on-line catalog shows this to be a really nice display of roses with a pretty heart-shaped vase. On 15 February, a day late, a completely different and much smaller arrangement was delivered to my wife. I have called their 800 number several (5) times and someone takes my information, ostensibly for a return call. I have not received a return call, and I have not received the refund that I asked for after my 4th call to them. I originally simply wanted the arrangement that I ordered delivered as promised but by the fourth call only wanted a refund. My order number was [protected]. I really hope that others see this so they don't get ripped off as I have.

FTD Companies unethical terms and conditions

On website www.sendflowerstoqatar.com, the terms and conditions are written in such a way to fool any customer who avoids reading them. The Sent Flowers to Qatar company absolves itself of any obligations to deliver an item for which a purchased has been made by words like "... we may or may not contact you before substituting the product. You are also requested to note that all the product images are Studio Images and the actual product delivered may have completely different look and feel.". It is our obligation, as citizens, to bring to your attention that such websites are meant to disrupt the good development of a country with serious consequences on consumer's rights.
As example, I just purchased a basket of Sunflowers ($145). The product was changed without me being informed prior to deliver. Due to late delivery (see unreasonable terms and conditions as well on delivery time), the product was received in an advanced state of degradation. Once the product was returned and asked for reimbursement, the company made references to their terms and conditions. Even if product was returned, the company avoid reimbursement by stating that the product is perishable in nature and thus they cannot use it anymore - but it was perishable by the time it reached me.
Even if my particular case will not be solved due to my lack of attention to the terms of conditions, please review the policy of online companies with unreasonable terms and conditions which are meant to fool lots of citizens in a hurry to have a product delivered.

FTD Companies non-delivery & poor customer service

My grandfather died at the end of March. April 14th would have been my grandparent's anniversary, so I ordered a lily plant to be sent to my grandmother in Texas on that day, because I knew that it would be a difficult time for her. I placed the order online a week in advance on April 7th. April 14th came and my grandmother told me on the phone that evening that she didn't get anything. I called FTD's customer service and got someone in the Philippines who could barely speak English. I complained about the non-delivery. She read her apology script and told me that there wasn't a florist available to make the Saturday delivery, but that they would "upgrade" my order and deliver it on Monday instead. Monday is too late and completely unacceptable! They were supposed to deliver on Saturday, so they should deliver on Saturday. That's what I paid for! At 8:16 PM on the 14th, I got an email from FTD that said the item I ordered wasn't available. WHAT?! First off, if the item wasn't going to be available for the day I wanted it to be delivered, then it should have said something on the website when I was placing the order. Second, according to FTD's substitution policy, if an item isn't available, then the local florists are supposed to substitute something of equal or greater value so that they can meet their delivery deadlines. They didn't substitute anything. My grandmother didn't get ANYTHING. Third, why is it that no one from FTD emailed or called me sooner when they realized that they didn't have what I'd ordered? 8:16 PM on the day of delivery is too late for me to make any sort of alternative arrangements to have something else delivered that day -- whether it be from FTD or a competitor! I am so frustrated and angry with FTD's complete incompetence. They claim that customer satisfaction is important to them, but in actuality, they don't give a flip. I had to set up a dispute with PayPal in order to get a refund. I will never use FTD.com again, and neither should you.
