- 15days cancellation policy not mentioned anywhere in the document! lost all 1250 dollars. They said they mentioned it over the initial call. I don't remember that at all and even if that is the case if you don't send an email confirmation how do you expect all customers to remember that information?
- they said i can change my date 7 days prioir to travel. I'm following up with several times from the morning on 6th December and in the evening they say date change can't be done as it is beyond airines working hours. Again an information that was misleading because the ddate change team confirmed that I can change my date till 6th decemeber, 2023. How am i supposed to know if it is 5pm Melbourne time? You keep saying Gauru travel works 24/7.
- New caluse added every now and then, things like dates for next December 2024 can not be booked, or even if I book a lower cost ticket, i have to pay additional 350 dollars on top of the 1250 I lost.
Where did you guys document it? Why can't you adjust the date change fee if I am booking a cheaper flight for say 900 dollars.
- i was following up with the complaint team to come up with a resolution. Because the complaints team didn't reply me on time, the date change can also not be done on time as informed by the date change team! This part is unacceptable as i was trying to reach them but neither complaint team or date change team got back to me on time which resulted in me not able to change even the dates. Seemed like they all knew what was happening and collectively acted to make this happen.

Desired outcome: I want a refund as initially promised. Only 450 dollars were supposed to be deducted and now i lost all 1250 dollars
