Gaura travel customer service is really worse than bad. I booked my father’s ticket with Shelton in deals. He did not explain anything about when will they issue the ticket. I booked Qantas airline on 9th November Delhi to Mel on 17th November. I am still waiting for the ticket calling every time and the customer service says you will get it by the end of the day.
Customer service guys are not professional they talk like robots not human even robots says thanks and sorry. When I said I want to talk to your manger then he suddenly transfer my call to another person. Without even asking me.
I am waiting for the ticket all the payment has been paid and still unsure about the flight is it confirmed or not. They said it’s depend on the airline. Customer service lying all the time whenever I call customer care they says u will get the ticket by the end of the day. My father has flight on 17th of November which is tomorrow still I did not get my ticket. When I asked I need refund they said I need to fill the form we will check and then I will get the refund.
Since 9th of November when I book my ticket I am calling them everyday but they make excuses all the time.
I will not book with flight my Gaura travels in the future too much headache.
