Gear2GetMe Hoverboard

I ordered a hoverboard for xmas for my son, after 1 week, the power to the right side wheel was not functioning, i have called gear2get me 4 times and have emailed them 4 times, i only wanted to exchange the item, being it was within the 30 days of purchase policy they use. Gear2getme has not responded to either phone calls or emails. At this time, i would tell anyone out there, not to purchase anything from this website.

Gear2GetMe Hoverboard

We ordered hover board on dec 17 - $267.00 was charged against my credit card on dec 18. Was assured it would be to me before christmas. It is now two weeks after christmas and have no hover board I have made 2 dozen phone calls, left messages and texts. No response. Chris (Whoever he is) does not return any calls. I have pleaded with him on message and text. Perhaps I am overlooking it but now I cannot even find the website.

I also purchased a hoverboard recently for my son on 1/14/17 and it's now 2/2/17 and they told me it would be here in 3-5 business days. I was charged $267 as well, but no hoverboard and no response to customer service request by email.

Very upsetting. I want to cancel and get my money back at this point.

I ordered a hoverboard for my son in late December 2016 and $267.00 was withdrawn from my account immediately. As of today's date, 2/25/17, I have not received the hoverboard. I have sent emails over n over again and had a few responses from a "Michelle" who claims there was a delay with customs or some excuse. As of 3 days ago, she finally responded to me after numerous of emails, claiming once she hears back from someone in the warehouse, she'll let me know.
At this point, I want my money back. This is ridiculous.
Anyone with advice as what to do, please let me know.

Gear2getme has finally replied, it is a Customs issue, they say in a couple weeks all orders should be shipped.

Gear2GetMe Terrible website to deal with!

I bought a Christmas present from Gear2GetMe website in early December and their customer service rep promised I'll get it till Christmas but my order did not arrive. Recently when I contacted them they said that my order was shipped and will be here any time soon. I don't have a tracking number to track my order and have absolutely no idea where it is. I asked for a tracking number and they said sure but that was just another lie. I want to cancel my order and get a refund but they refused to do that! Terrible website to deal with!

They take your money on day one then two weeks later no response. Call they say email, email they don't reply, website contact no reply. Remind me not to buy from Canada. I like to support family/small business, but I don't like to get stiffed on a couple hundred.

My 12 year old son purchased a hover board with his own money that he saved up. No word in hover board no tracking number and no response from the company. These people are stealing from children! Do not ever order from them!

On 12/23/2016 I ordered the hover board from gear2getme.com. When in came in Feb it was broken. I took the video and was sent a return label. I sent it back and I have documentation that it was returned.

I still did not get my refund to my credit card.

Here is their scam: You order; you hear nothing until you email them. They send a tracking number and when you track it, it just says ready for UPS. Another email and the inventory has been put under inspection by some government entity and they will ship it as soon as their inventory is released. So you call your credit card company and dispute the charge and they take the charge off your bill. The credit card company tried to contact them and at that point they may send your order. After reading the reviews on scamadvisor.com it seems that every hoverboard that has been received arrives in the same damaged conditiion. Perhaps they just send the same one over and over. I'm sure this shipment is to remove the credit card dispute from the equation. So don't stop disputing the charge. If you received a damaged board, return it via UPS and get a tracking number. Take pictures of the damaged item for your credit card company. Follow this through to the end and let's get rid of this scammer!

Dont order from gear2getme.com...we ordered 2 hoverboards..One was sent and was what we ordered...2 hoverboard came 2 weeks later and arrived broken snd was the wrong hover board..wrong color..my daughter has been waiting for her xmas gift and my son cant ride his til we return the broken one and eventually get what we ordered. .i hope..ALSO..NO TRACKING NUMBER TO TRACK YOUR PURCHASES AND DONT BOTHER CALLING THE COMPANY NEVER ANSWERS PHONE.THEY DIDNT RESPOND TO MY EMAILS i week after i sent out several..Dont order from them...very disappointed.
