Our family uses Geico for our cars and houses. Because the claims adjuster was incredibly rude and unprofessional - Nonie Mabini. He insisted that the fender was not covered because he claimed it was replaced before which it hasn't been since I owned the car. If this is not the place to file a claim against Nonie Mabini, I will take it to a higher level for Geico.
Geico has been a rip off for our family and we are canceling all our policies. I wouldn't never use this company for any insurance coverages.

Got hit by a car and automatically geico called me to argue about who was right. Told them my story and what happened and even gave them eye witnesses but yet they still continued to harass me saying my story wasn't good enough and denied my claim. Horrible customer service from ashley and charles. They are both thugs from geico that are giving horrible customer service. Will definitely contact corporate to complain about they're harrassment.

I initially contacted GEICO for a quote 6/2/2017 shopping around since I had purchased a new vehicle a 2016 Dodge Journey. I had been a loyal customer to AAA for 12years and was hesitant to make such a change but had got a family member refer me to GEICO.
when I was quoted by GEICO for both vehicles my scion Tc and dodge with 2 drivers I was quoted a less amount for the policy with geico and after much thought transfered to geico making sure I was going with exact coverage I had with AAA. Policy went into effect 6/2/2016 with all requested/ required information of both drivers. The agent assigned the correct drivers to the vehicles who was the primary driver etc.,
Moving forward I call in 11/8/2017 evening to cancel the journey from the policy as I no longer have the vehicle first I was told that the premium would increase due to the multicar discount being removed roughly $30 more. I questioned that and was put on hold then was told I could leave as is, keep the Journey on the policy until I was ready to add another vehicle keeping my policy the same I gave the information of a vehicle I maybe purchasing to be told the policy would significantly be increased due to one of the drivers on the policy not being assigned to a vehicle and is known as an inexperienced driver and that basically it was a system issue. This is more than a system issue I had been a customer to AAA for longer than a decade an was manipulated, convinced after being certain I was getting the same coverage etc as their policy to now be told it was a system issue when the policy was initially created. I have documentation that the driver was imputed/ assigned as the primary driver of the Scion tC. I need answers this is unacceptable
It is likely true that removing the additional car would have resulted in a premium increase. This has happened to me with multiple car insurance companies besides Geico.

I have had Geico for 7 years as my car insurance and never once have I had a problem. I recently added my husband to my policy so that he too can drive my vehicles and be insured. He's licence was suspended but reinstated I received a call from Geico notifying me that I need proof of his reinstatement to keep my insurance policy from canceling. I submitted the receipt from the DMV but when I called to see if they received it in the mail, they notified me it wasn't the proof they were looking for. I then asked if a picture of his ID would be ok and was told it would be fine. I received an email saying that they needed more because the date wasn't matching up. I got an official driving record with the current date on it that said his licence was valid and reinstated. I received yet another email saying they would not except this. After 2 week process I finally got an email stating that they wanted to speak to me to resolve the issue. I called the number on the email and Courtney picked up and I explained what was going on and the reason for my call. She immediately told me that they could not renew my policy without proof of reinstatement. I tried to explain that I sent it in. She talked over me and raised her voice at that point I asked to speak to the department that sent me the email. She was rude and after telling me not to repeat myself transferred me to someone that eventually was able to help me. I finally was able to get my policy renewed before it cancelled out, but only after being treated poorly and disregarded. I save 15% or more on car insurance but with customer service like that rather pay more to be treated like I am with their time after being with Geico for 7 years. I am still in shock of how poorly this situation was handled and how long it took for them to resolve the problem.

I had just read a complaint about a poor woman in ohio that has gieco. Ins. Filed a claim . Then one of your thugs used her mental disabilities to get her to cancel claim. For only $2900. Claim !Are you serious? I have heard its hard to get gieco to pay claim. But isnt this going overboard a bit by harassing this elderly lady with disability . Shame on you gieco!.

My baby and I were rear-ended at a stop sign by Geicos insured. Anna Condado, Laquanda Richard, and supervisor Brittany have all denied my claim of whiplash when I clearly have a letter from my doctor stating my injuries were a direct result of this accident. I was told my claim would be denied BEFORE they even saw any documentation! I paid out of pocket for treatment on my neck and back (as instructed by these women) only for my medical to be denied. I am out lost wages, medical, emotional distress, not to mention my etc. This department is a FRAUD and they need to be replaced. Supervisor Brittany refuses to even return my calls requesting HER supervisors information. I need to resolve this matter. I am not asking for a ridiculous amount, just fair compensation. I just want to be treated FAIRLY.

I had contacted an agent around 10/28 because my policy was supposed to cancel on 10-30. I explained that I had a job situation and needed until 11/3 to make my payment in full. I have had a good payment history and the agent stated I would have coverage until 11/3. I call in today because I have as having issues with online app and asked to see if there was an issue with my arrangement. The agent stated the arrangement was set to 11/1 which was not what I had agreed to or what was told to me. I am now not paying this and finding a new insurance company that won't lie to customers that make an effort to pay but get lied to.

Gecko Insurance refuse to provide insurance .The agent quote car insurance for$ 146.00. The agent had me on the phone for 2hrs.The agent kept coming back to say we are still working on the process. I asked what is the problem on the insurance. The agent told me that they will send me an application to filled out. I say why do I need to filled out a application for Insurance.The agent said that they need an agent to override this situation. The agent came back to say that there were a error on my policy. We are dealing with a SIU investigation thru our insurance, attended EUO without an attorney because SIU told us if we were to hire an attorney they will have an attorney as well and the claim will be delayed and they would cancel the original appointment we scheduled. Come to find out they did have an attorney in the room so we felt we were being lied too. Waived our rights to an attorney, and at the end the insurance company geico still had an attorney present . SIU asking questions about pior claims that had nothing to do with the existing claim that has been under investigation since August. The claim is being delayed and it's taking forever and we are not getting anywhere. I call the adjuster assigned she tells me I need to speak to the SIU team and when I call SIU all he wants to do is accuse or get something out of me. Attending the EUO and finding out geicos attorney was present I felt was unfair.

My name is Julio Cesar Silva born in Lima Peru July 30 1955 my policy number is [protected]/01288 Been more that 20 years with Geico; last night 10/28/2017 at spoke to an agent that started at 7:36 pm and lasted for 36 minutes; the agent quote me $32+ for car storage insurance in my 2010 Altima because I am in Peru until March of next year; and nobody will drive that car. Today I check my plan and it shows $63 . I call at 1:39 pm spoke for 21 minutes; and the agent that answer tells me that there was never ever at quote for $32 ;I complaint to the supervisor. I ask what is going on? She claims that is never at quote for $32. Well Someone is lying ; my car will no be under Geico policy if I don't call and ask to be place under Geico policy, and if the agent that talk to me for 36 minutes instead of saying $32 will said $63; my car will not be under Geico policy either. I will just return my car's tag to the MV; and case closed. Instead they are been dishonest specting that people will not notice the Bait and switch game. If I was 150 years old probably will go unnoticed. This is what I call criminal procedures; I am doing business for 46 years ; if I sell at home and then I switch the paper of that place for at dump place; belief me I am going to jail. The way to conduct business is unacceptable ; you guys need to train better to this agents; but the supervisor is the worst; total disregard of what is going on. I was in an accident on Oct. 16, 2017 at 6:15am. I am not pleased at all with how the claim process is being handled. I did not receive a rental car on the first day of the accident and was told the next day when I questioned my rep about it that it was a misunderstanding on Geico's part. This is after I spoke with him several times the day before waiting on the rental without any progress. I also leave messages that are rarely returned unless I call back and can catch the rep at his desk. It has been 11days. My car was deemed a total loss and I have yet to receive my check for the remaining balance so I can purchase a new vehicle. On top of it all the rental company just called me (on a sat.) and said I was suppose to return the car yesterday (Which no one bothered to inform me of).I called Geico and because it is a weekend no one can help me. I am told only my rep and adjuster can do anything for me and since they only work Monday - Friday I would not be able to be helped until Monday. The rep I spoke with did give me the numbers to the supervisors for my reps but they will not be in until Monday either! I'm sorry but I didn't know I was paying for an insurance company that wasn't able to help me on the weekends after they cancel my rental agreement that by the way my policy states I have coverage of $30 a day up to $900.00, which evens out to 30days of a rental and I have only had the car 11days!
issues with the adjuster processing my claim
Today I went to get an estimate. Lisa Strangeman was very negative from the start, questioning me as if I was lying about the accident. Also told me ABRA service centers were totally booked for appointments and I would have to wait a while to be served.
She said my accident was automatically flagged, however when I called GEICO claims, I was told Lisa Strangeman requested investigation.
Lisa was very negative, seem to not want to assist me.
I have never had any issues with GEICO. Customer service has always been excellent! I have even recommended GEICO Insurance to everyone.
It seems this individual has a problem with me!

I filed claim on 2nd oct, 2017 for hit and run. I provided the case-number created by local police department as well.
Geico claim adjuster visited my place and took the car on same day for fixing it. He gave estimate of 9 days. I was told that I can expect a call once car is fixed.
After 15 days, I started to call them to check the status of car. I called Mark Martinez and Joseph Stone every day from 17th Oct to 20th oct. Everytime it goes to their voice mail and no one calls back.
On 21st Oct, I called Geico customer care and asked them status. They bluntly said that I am on mercy of Adjusters and Geico people can not do anything in this. This was shock to me. I bought insurance from Geico and now they are saying that they don't give a damn about my problem.
I would like to file a formal complaint against Geico for this.

So I am absolutely p/od with geico my rates have gone up $23 a month due to the fact other people are making so many claims with them! So I have to suffer because yall are suffering!. Absolutely not yall need to fix my rates back to where they were. I have not made any claims with them.
I have been there 2 years and now is when yall want to raise my rates after complimenting my outstandingly good driving record. Please yall have no loyalty to the good paying customer. I have had nothing but issues with Russell Urias. He is very rude. I have since been dealing with Nicole Cook his supervisor. She is getting mad because my car hasn't been fixed by date shop said and said she won't extend it past Wednesday 10/18. I don't have control over the shop. It is your customer's fault to begin with I am in this situation. First my car was deemed a total loss. I already had an estimate it was not so I took car to another location on 10/2. Original date I dropped off was 9/27 with Russell. The shop my car is at had a shop full of repairs plus cars in the lot ahead of mine. She is rushing the shop and stressing me out over something that is out of my control. I have spoke to 2 different attorney's regarding this though I have not retained one at this time and both said her expectations of repair time is unreasonable. Plus not totatling out my car is saving thousands of dollars. This is crazy. The only nice people I have dealt with is Catherine Albreight and whenever I call the customer service line. I last spoke to Andrea. I do not want to have to take further action over something as small as rental car but I will. I want to quit stressing out over whether or not I am going to have a car to drive or not. I have to have one to get to work and to get my daughter to and from school. I am a single mother and do not have another car I can use. I have already reached out to the Kentucky Attorney General as well as the Insurance commissioner who I am waiting to hear back from.

I got into an accident on August 26, 2017 with Geico insured. I went thru the other parties insurance company as they were at fault and Geico claimed liability. I got a rental paid for by Geico thru the other parties policy. I was notified thru enterprise on October 10, 2017 that Geico stopped all payments for my rental as of September 25th. Not have a $500 balance with enterprise because Geico failed to notify anyone prior to September 25th that the insurers policy limits have been reached with the damages to my vehicle. Please keep in mind that I have not yet had my car for almost 2 months not October 13th I still do not have my car. Geico needes yo go out to the auto body where my vehicle is being fixes 3 times due to more damages found. Each time it took the adjuster at the minimum of 5 days to get out there to reacess the damages! Court case and better business beareau next!

I want to have a higher up call me in regards to a denied claim.
I was sitting in a drive through at a fast food restaurant and had been for several minutes. The line was not moving and there were several cars in line. While waiting a large pickup truck backed into me.
The guy that hit me immediately jumped out and started profusely apologizing for hitting my car. The first thing he said was "Oh my God, my insurance company will drop me, this is my second accident, I just had another one not long ago". After hearing that, I had him clarify if his insurance had dropped him or was going to. He assured me he still had insurance but he thought they would drop him after this claim.
He went to where the two cars had impacted and tried to pull my wheel well out. I asked him not to touch my car and to get his insurance information. He got his ID card, and I took pictures. I also asked for his phone number. I told him I was going to call his insurance and if he did not have active coverage I was going to call the police.
He did not ask for my insurance nor did he ask for my phone number. I called GEICO and they verified he had active insurance. I told the representative that I had just been hit by the drive and they said they would call him and get a claim started.
Now the driver, who looked to be in his 20s, is lying and saying I rear-ended him. If that is the case, 1) why did he give me his information and not ask for mine 2) Why did he not ask for my phone number or any information 3) why did I immediately call GEICO if I was the responsible part.
I am a hard working single mother who is now suffering from the consequences of your dishonest customer. I have insurance through USAA but will not be getting my car fixed because I have a $1000 deductible. I will not have this dishonest person take food out of my children's mouths which is exactly what would have to happen if I had to come up with $1000. You have contributed to him being rewarded for not being honest and punishing a hardworking honest person.
I would like someone to call me and explain to my how this is okay with your company.
