My Partner and I took delivery of a used RV on 5/12/2023. The delivery was delayed about a week for what was described as a leak repair in a leveling jack. we Live in Tallahassee Fl. and drove aprox. 3 hours to the dealership in Ocala to pick it up. Once at home we found many problems with the RV. The tire pressures were very low, half of power inside was off on generator, the oil indicator showed 11% oil life, the generator showed service due. and more small problems as well. It was obvious that none of these things were checked or they were ignored. I contacted our Business manager, Tray Hill and arranged with him to have the work needed done locally and General RV would reimburse me. After having the work done, I sent the Paid invoice to him for reimbursement. I have contacted him by email and phone (his mailbox is always full) I also left messages for him to please call me with no response. I am left with no other recourse but to write here and hope for a response. I will not use the Ocala store for service because of the condition of my RV. After spending well in excess of 100,000 dollars at this store, I am pretty sure I will not do it again, and will recommend to others not to either..
Desired outcome: Service invoices paid back to me, and I would appreciate an apology.
