A team of 3 professionals including a husband/wife duo cleaned the exterior windows, two skylights and gutters on our three-story home. Height was no problem; they were efficient, friendly and offered expert advice. We were pleased with the results and would recommend their service.

Excellent service. I had gotten quotes from multiple other businesses for eavestroph cleaning but it was beyond slow and painful to deal with. GlassMate responded quickly, with a time and date, and even showed up early. The owner and her crew were exceptional and did a fantastic job. Cheers!

Great group of workers, friendly and answered any questions I had day of work and also beforehand when booking. I had eavestroughs cleaned, siding washed, and windows interior and exterior cleaned. Great job all around. Very efficient. Would definitely recommend this business to others.

Showed up later than indicated in quote but in these times of COVID that is something to be expected. Started work immediately upon arrival and my windows are now bright and clean. I was not aware they also cleaned eavesthroughs. I'll have them do both next year. I certainly recommend them.

GlassMate Window Cleaning and their team (three in total) arrived a bit early and although I wasn't home yet, took the initiative to get started on the gutters and outside of windows. They were very friendly, respectful, hard working and efficient people. Payment with credit card was easy. I would be happy to use GlassMate Window Cleaning company again and recommend them to others. After several months of renovations, it's great to be able to see clearly out the windows and screens again!

I had my windows cleaned this afternoon, by “Glassmate Window Solutions" Over the years there have been many companies in here cleaning windows. This is the first time that there is a “noticeable difference" in the clarity and brightness, of my windows! They did a fabulous job! They were quick, and courteous! The GlassMate Window Solutions team, John and Sarah, arrived right on time and did an excellent job of cleaning our eaves and windows. The eavestrough and soffits were immaculate afterwards, and the windows inside and out were well beyond our expectations. We first hired Glassmate Window Solutions Inc. in 2019 for an interior and exterior cleaning job of all the windows in our home. They quickly and efficiently completed the job and did wonderful work. This company is reliable at affordable prices staffed with professional, skilled and courteous employees. We were so impressed with this company that we now hire them annually for the same job. We are always very pleased with our window cleaning service. It is a pleasure working with the Glassmate Window Solutions Inc. team We regularly recommend this company for glass cleaning jobs to others and also highly recommend them on this website. We will definitely continue to use this service for the same job.

This season, GlassMate is contacting clients to have their windows cleaned and providing a written quote. Then when the cleaning team shows up day of the appointment they give a new price that is approximately 50% higher than the original quote provided. When asked about the difference against the original quote they say the original quote generated by an old system that was using pricing from past years. When I told them they provided a written quote and should honor it they said no. The quote was provided only 2 weeks before the work was done. Another customer phoned the company the same day the cleaning crew was doing our house (and they have the same model of house as ours) and GlassMate's quoted them the old price over the phone without making any reference to the quote being from their old system. They are essentially providing a low quote to get you to book them and then changing the quote once they are at your front door.
